The congee was nice and warm. We particular like the century egg lean pork congee.Flavourful and pork was done just nice and I think they did not add msg as we didn't feel thirsty after eating the you tiao was awesome too. we buy back to eat at our hotel as we stay just opposite. The 2nd round we try their fish slice congee, it wasn't that good, there was so many tiny bone and my daughter got so tired trying to spit out the bone during eating that she didn't manage to finish eating the congee. Overall not too bad but depends on your expectation.

今日去咗佐敦食粥,上网睇过话呢一间啲粥品唔错就入左去试下。入到去见到墙上有个大餐牌,系一个有泰文翻译的餐牌,可能佐敦附近都有啲泰国人居住啦!环境比较旧式,一入去就有啲焗的味道,坐耐左就冇左浸味,仲觉得都几凉快。粥品我拣左及第粥,粥入面有猪腰、猪润、肉丸,除咗肉丸有啲调味料腌过之外,其他的味道都比较淡。食粥要配油炸鬼,油炸鬼唔系好脆又唔系过左气,属中间口感。食完粥已经有啲口渴。店入面的伙记虽上左年纪,但都几有礼貌。

When I arrive at 8 o'clock in the morning, I have to line up, many people. Wait a minute, then go in and eat. Point and porridge, fritters, noodles. The environment is generally the same, but the waiter is an uncle, and the public is awkward, and don’t care too much. The stuff is very delicious, the porridge is delicious, and the fritters are cut into small pieces for a short period of time.

外卖左一碗皮蛋鱼片粥。拎到返公司打开盖先发现漏左皮蛋,但粥舖同公司都有段距离就无返去换了。鱼片新鲜,粥底(应该)无味精,但颇稀同埋有啲结埋一旧旧。$48(外卖双并)值唔值就见仁见智了。建议外卖就当面 check 清楚先走。

当食物越来越多花样,这个fushion那个,新鲜的感觉吸引人走在潮流。随著日新月异的味蕾挑战,有时候,还是想回归基本、重回初心。💖一个旧招牌、一碗不花巧的粥面,加上朴实的港式装潢,「传统」终究是最大的根本。🙏在佐敦走著走著,到了不起眼的「弥敦粥面家」。一般的粥品供应齐全,约40元一碗,慨叹时而转易、物价飞腾,小时候的一碗粥只算十余钱呢。店内最特别及贵价的是饱鱼粥,每碗过百。👀我们叫了生菜鲮鱼球粥(左)👈 及 传统及第粥(右)👉。 粥绵,滑而软 ; 料足,配又香。虽不是食过而来最感动的粥品,这种单纯的感觉却是丰足。😙😙😙当然,怎能忘记粥的好朋友--油条呢? 👭永远的配撘,找不到一个更好的。比起复杂的调味,单是一口粥更使人满足。😋反正,难免人心怅惘时,何不暂且停下,享受简约的味道? 😊
