15.10.2011妹妹近年爱上韩国菜, 所以特地找了一间比较正宗的韩国菜馆作为她的生日饭的地点. 说真的, 我们几个除了细姨和妹妹去过韩国外, 其余的都没有去过韩国, 也没有吃过比较正宗的韩国菜, 所以大家都十分期待.打开menu, 有很多选择呀真的不知吃什么才好. 于是就由细姨和妹妹负责点菜.先来前菜, 有薯仔, 泡菜, 鱼仔干, 沙律和韩国粉丝. 每一样前菜都用小碟盛载著, 而且可以添食. 哈, 前菜都这么丰富哩 薯仔是腍腍的, 甜甜的. 泡菜不是太辣, 鱼仔干太硬了, 沙律里有生果, 又爽又甜. 韩国粉丝的份量很多, 夹杂住白菜丝和红萝卜丝一起吃, 口感很丰富. 之后我们都追加了薯仔和沙律哩.然后有韩式薄饼, 很香口, 质地似煎薄罉一样, 但厚过煎薄罉少少, 不过太过油腻了. 牛肋骨煲虽然只是细细煲, 但里面都有很多牛肋骨. 牛肋骨也算多肉, 亦很入味, 正. 韩式紫菜卷就好像日式的寿司一样, 紫菜里的珍珠米包住青瓜, 黄瓜, 蛋条和香肠等. 吃得出珍珠米和青瓜是用寿司醋浸过的, 绝不马虎哩.泡菜炒年糕竟然用了很多汁浸住年糕, 好像水浸一样年糕很腍, 很入味, 泡菜辣得好好味, 不错.在烧肉方面, 我们拣了猪, 牛和鸡. 肉类虽然切了薄片, 但都是大大块的. 就算不用再落酱汁, 也很够味哩. 其实我都是第一次这样用蔬菜包著烧过的肉来吃, 原来这样的吃法可以减低油腻的感觉. (不过我仍然觉得很油)吃韩国菜, 怎可以少了石锅饭? 侍应在我们的隔离台即时把饭和材料拌匀, 知知声, 热辣辣的, 不过原来我们六个人, 每人只分得少少饭咋. 饭很香, 够热, 有少少辣味, 香口又惹味. 但太热气了, 少吃多滋味, 多吃坏肚皮!!最后来的是人参炖鸡汤, wow, 想不到如此这般大煲汤中有浓郁的鸡味和人参味, 汤料有差不多一只鸡, 人参也有不少, 的确真材实料呀!! 我们突登吃了几块鸡肉, 嗯, 嫩滑的, 也带有人参味, 不错. 这煲汤实在太大煲了, 然而, 当这煲汤来的时候我们六个人也开始有点饱, 所以我们也饮剩了些汤, 可惜.这一餐总共要$1,562. 其实我觉得有点贵, 不过最重要妹妹喜欢, 况且, 有机会吃到高质素的韩国菜, 也是值得的. 继续阅读

i don't normally write reviews and stuff but thought we should because we used open rice to find this restaurant in the first place!so i thought it would be good to just give our fair and honest opinion because we realised some comments are quite old. me and my friend are from london travelling around asia and stopped by hk to see some old uni friends. Anyways, my friend really wanted to eat Korean and our hk friend said we should search it up on open rice so we did and decided to go there for lunch. plus it was really near our hotel where we stayed. didn't have a hard time finding the place. there's only one korean restaurant on that street. there was a person handing out leaflets right outside and glad we took one! because it had a FREE DRINKS coupon. wanted to get one each, but thought that would be pretty cheap of us, so we restrained ourselves. the place looked alright i guess, it was clean, bright and korean pop music was playing in the background.the decor was pretty cute. it had random art pieces around the whole place and the place wasnt too busy. the menu was cute and PICTURES!! yes yes loads of pictures (what we foreigners like to see) but better still the menu was in english too.we wanted to order grill but ended up ordering from the lunch menu instead. i got a bibimbap (my personal favourite) and my friend ordered galbijjim (braised beef on bone)soon after the 7 side dishes came (free of course) and they were nice enough to refill some of those when we asked. the food was really quick to come out. we were served nearly simultaneously, which doesn't happen sometimes in asia we learnt. and were happy we could start eating at the same time. wish we took a photo of the dishes! my bibimbap was exactly like the one in the photo and the braised beef was deliciousi really liked how the food it wasn't too salty, or too bland. Normally we don't really finish the side dishes that are given to us because they are too over seasoned, but the seasoning was really great here. you could actually taste the natural ingredientsin all the meal cost us just over @110 for two people plus the free drink. they didn't even take any service charge!!! wow. so we tipped them $20, would have liked to give them more but didn't have any more small notes. in london i'm used to tipping way more than that even for a meal i didn't particularly enjoy. my hk friend said korean restaurants are pretty expensive, but i must introduce him to this one, cus i personally felt that was a bargain for good authentic korean foodthey gave us 2 pieces of gum and loyalty card (the ones where you collect stamps for each meal thing) with our bill. it already 3 stamps on it. they explained one extra stamp was given as a' service'. and that if we collect 12 stamps, our next meal is free. i must remember to give the card to my hk friend cus we'll be off to shanghai next week. on the way out there were some framed autographs of local hk? korean? stars i guess. don't know who they were but took some photos next to it just in case and will probably ask my korean friend later. overall, really enjoyed the meal. thought it was a bargain with the free drinks coupon, quality food, no service charge, loyalty cardsmight go there again for grill sometime this week before we leave hk cus its so near to our hotel. 继续阅读

看到openrice的食评才选这里,但来到才发现名不乎实。进了店内5分钟也没有看见服务员,坐下来看到menu的价钱已经觉得贵咗d,但想可能味道真的不错便算了。两个人点了一份宗合烧和一份炒年榚,价钱330 110。份量不多而味道只是一般,失望!早知道去食海鲜啦 继续阅读

早前香港曾经刮起一股韩风,应该是由韩剧开始吧,连带韩国菜,也在近年火红起来,令到普罗大众认识到,韩国菜并不只那些廉价任食韩国烧烤。如果你问我,在那里卖韩国杂货好,我的答案与大多人一样,也是叫大家到尖沙咀的金巴利街,这条小小的街道,外号称为小韩国,除了杂货店之外,更有好几间大大小小韩国料理。便宜一点,汉城美食或南大门,负担得起的话,可以去清溪川。其实在尖沙咀区,也有不少出色的韩国料理,随口也说出有新罗宝,锦城,还有一些新店如阿利水等等。。如果在尖沙咀区外,想吃韩国料理,有什么好选择?在铜锣湾区,十个有八个朋友,也会建议到庄园。上一次到访已是五年前的生日,今次来是为了替两位旧同事庆祝生日,一行八人,将一张大桌坐满。近年也吃过不少大大小小韩国菜,对这夜吃些什么,大约也有个概念。吃韩国料理,总会有前菜小碟供应,这一夜总共有八小碟。泡菜酸辣得够劲度,对办了,甜薯做得香甜松软,其他还有炒粉丝,辣豆腐,银鱼仔,芽菜等等。。最后更追加了泡菜和银鱼仔。生牛肉是我最喜欢的韩国料理的头盘,说到底,我是喜欢吃不同地方的生牛肉,不论是法国的牛肉他他,意大利的生牛肉薄片,甚至是越南风味的生牛肉,统统是我最喜欢。这个生牛肉的外表,与其他地方没有两样,同样是伴著生蛋黄,雪梨丝,生蒜一起吃。有些地方解冻得不够好,吃落仍有雪味,庄园的生牛肉处理得好,没有雪味,更有肉味,连带生蒜一起吃,有助杀菌,如果还不放心,可以喝些烈酒杀菌。韩式炸酱面的风格,与中国北方的相似,大家也是黑漆漆,味道浓甜,而这个炸酱面,上台是热腾腾,快手将其捞匀,浓甜的炸酱挂在粗身而烟韧的面条上,非常惹味。海鲜煎饼份量大,煎得金黄,入口香脆不油,但海鲜材料来说,还是锦城比较豪气一点。经常说在铜锣湾庄园,吃过最好吃的牛肋骨煲。是夜与牛肋骨煲重逢,还是高水准!牛肋骨用上最肥美的货色,每一口也是松化,浓惹,香甜的感觉。酱汁更将煲内的萝卜活化,索了浓甜酱汁的萝卜,更加好吃。牛肋骨煲与踢波一样,也是打整体战的。辣酱炒八爪鱼味道辛辣,八爪鱼炒得够入味。只是比例上八爪鱼的份量,实在不多。日本人统治过朝鲜,某些菜式是带有日本色彩,紫菜寿司正是其中一款日韩混血。平心而论,这个寿司的味道,没甚特别之处,只说是不过不失。同样是辣的泡菜炒猪肉,以铁板盛上,因用上泡菜,味道比之前的辣八爪鱼,多一份酸辣味道。韩国料理之中,石头饭是大路之选,用石锅上当然热辣辣,将所有材料伴匀趁热吃,当然很滋味吧。如果人多的话,可以来一个锅物,我点了韩式肠子火锅,价值三百多块钱,已够我们八个人分。此火锅以泡菜来做底,酸辣度十足,大热天时喝一碗,出一身汗,整个人也醒身起来,肠子是猪粉肠,牛肠,更有牛肉等等材料,全部也很入味。饭后店员奉上香口胶,不要少看这个细节,有很多地方也不懂得去做,吃罢韩国料理,一定大口气。区区一块香口胶,花得你几到多钱?其实,不吃韩国烧烤的话,账单银码也不会太过离谱的,八个人吃了千八块,平均每人二百多,论质量去算,绝对是合理价钱。假若到新罗宝的话,一定不止这个数。 继续阅读

同友人系附近行街行左一日。又肚饿又落雨,正系饥寒交迫加手紧之际,友人提议是但揾间M记搞掂。虽然对M记无咩好感,但人生路不熟,我唯有将就将就。行下行下。「咦,翠华WOR!不如食翠华啦!!」 又好,正当行向翠华之际「喂,食呢间韩国野好冇?」本住对朋友GE信心,我问都冇问就跟佢。抬头一看,庄园韩国料理。我脑中霎时浮现出一位台湾"幻美男"庄圆大师的姿容......好,题外话到此为止。系连MENU都冇睇到GE情况下,我地就上左去啦。个日唔多人,唔洗等位就直接可以入座。睇落有D似家庭式小本经营餐厅GE装修,旧旧地逼逼地,不过胜在环境干净舒服。加上冷气开得大,隔离烧紧肉都闻唔到酒烟味。朋友一坐低即刻睇MENU,我挂住左望右望。过左一阵,友人突然压低左声线,神神秘秘咁同我讲「喂...不如闪人啰!」「下?咩事?_?」「冇啊,你粮尾啊嘛!我惊你...」讲完仲抓起个袋,一副想夺门而出之势。唔系一个饭几百咁大件事啊!我抓起个MENU一睇。哗,真系几百㖞D烧肉。不过都有百零左右GE饭,我头先SHOPPING有留手,而家勉强够比自己个份。「哦~冇洗担心,我冇事。咩你唔系食过先介绍我黎嫁?」「下我都系响OPEN RICE见过呢间野炸!我都未食过!」FINE! 落单 !我叫左"锦石头锅饭" , 朋友就叫左" 泡菜海鲜汤拉面" 。岩岩落完单30秒左右,侍应就马上上左D头盘又放埋餐具,真系非常极速!!手脚俐落,值得一赞!一共有8种小食做头盘。都系一D好似系泡菜、芽菜、蛋沙律(?)、鱼干、辣椒豆腐之类GE冷盘。我对韩式料理冇咩研究,我估系食烧肉个时用黎去油腻同开胃挂。因为以头盘而言,泡菜鱼干味道太浓,容易抢左主菜GE味。大约8-10分钟到,就已经上齐哂D食物啦,快到我地仲未食哂D头盘。侍应姐姐帮我兜埋个石头饭呢一个服务实在系太好啦!!唔洗我笨手笨脚咁乱铲一通。佢仲会细心咁问下你食唔食得辣,唔食得会帮你落少D辣豆瓣酱。仲好细心咁拎左4个碗仔比我地(2道菜4个碗),等我地SHARE食个时D味唔会沟到乱哂。石头饭真系好好食,料同饭份量刚刚好,唔多唔少。而且D料同个饭好夹,唔会好似出面D石头饭咁,料有料食,饭有饭食,又㶶又痴底。个豆瓣酱又唔会太辣,带少少泡菜GE酸好开胃!同埋时间掌握得好好,有小小香脆GE饭焦又唔系㶶㖞(黑色我一开始以为系㶶左果D其实系海苔!),石头饭呢家野果然系要专业GE先好食~对比系石头饭,个汤面就显得好普通啦。不过依然系非常足料咁面一半,海鲜一半。泡菜汤好红,我初头仲以为好辣。不过泡菜GE辣只会止于口,唔会落喉咙,所以怕辣又想食GE人(例如本人)都可以放心咁食,饮番多D茶就OK。反而中意食辣GE朋友就有D失望啦,因为汤底红色GE原因系因为入面加左蕃茄。蕃茄中和左一D辣味,汤底反而系微辣偏酸甜。可能各人口味唔同啦。我觉得几好,不过朋友好似唔系几LIKE咁。食到八八九九果时会送4块柑(定橙?唔识分@@)比你清下味蕾。埋完单仲会送一片香口胶比你去口气。呢种细心GE态度系我几欣赏GE!是次埋单连加一一共$220,如果银包松动应该好食得过。 继续阅读
