上次食 lunch 见装修、气氛像日本店,所以今晚专程试下晚餐。成晚只有两枱客人,共四名食客而已。我地主要食串烧,2串烧冬菇,要 40蚊,大葱串,又要 40蚊,烧鸡翼串,58蚊,都几贵。House sake 大吟嚷居然冇货,要叫一支不知名的清酒,好失望,300ml 收 $128。环境尚算不错,但员工多过客人,讲嘢唔太方便。下次一定唔会再去。

相片又系整唔番直好想食烧物,所以去朋友介绍呢间试试星期五夜晚,条街D舖大多是海味舖,所以关了门,店面又唔系太突出,差D走过头....店内坐位比想像中要阔街舖做到咁,都好得...一般我都系叫鸡翼,猪肉,好少点牛肉而且串烧紧系要饭酒啦鸡翼,有点焦,正合我意,只系肉汁少D,但系都要比个Like佢猪肉有猪颈肉,大葱猪肉串(唔记得系咪黑毛猪),都几OK点咗个串烧墨鱼嘴,加上酱汁,一流我好少食鸡软骨,但系朋友要食。果然冇点错,我平唔食都觉得正,因为唔太硬,又有D焦,今次食咗唔多,朋友请,所以唔好意思点多下次最好就一大班人,食酒食吓烧物,讲吓老细坏话....最主要就系相对比较唔贵呀

As I have gone out in search for food quite late during the kunch hour, most places are having lineups so I decided to give this a try (no people waiting outside). Turned out the menu posted at the door is different from the menu I received inside, esp the prices. But there is nothing on the menu that attracts me except for the pork.A while later, the set came with pork, rice, and salad. I became a bit hesitant as I thought the set comes with soup? It took me a bit of time and courage to ask for the soup and the waitress responded with 'oh you didnt drink it yet?!' and gave it to me. The pork tasted alright with lots of onions and soy sauce. In fact, it tasted like something I can make at home. The rice is japanese rice alright and the salad is wirh balsamic vinegar so it's not supposed to fill you up. The miso soup is those instant ones you can get from supermarket and its a bit on the salty side.I notice the service is really quick like a fast food joint rather than a restaurant. The food is nothing special in here and considering the price its more like a take or miss. Weird thing is the customers around me (at least two groups of customers) have complained about the menu change and the portion of the lunch set has gone down etc. They even suspect the owner has changed from previous. Guess their reputation is going down as we speak. Hope they can still make it in rising rent and competition in Central area.

某天途经上环的苏杭街时,于街尾之处,见到一间名为岚川的日本料理,见到门外的午市定食选择,可有我喜爱的蒲烧鳗鱼饭供应,凭著一些食客的独特的触觉,相信会在这间餐厅之内,找到一些有趣的物事,可惜那天事忙,惟有记下地埗,于十二月的首个周六,择日亲自前往。有别于其他日本料理,这间小店所供应的,是以各路的日式串烧(即日本人所言的烧鸟Yakitori)为主打,期间可看到挂于墙上的款式菜牌。骤眼所见,亦找不到刺身及寿司这些类别。可能是周六关系的缘故,午市的客人不算甚多,所以即使仍然播上了轻音乐,气氛上也偏向于宁静。而站在厨房内的年轻小伙子,其实可是当日的主厨之一。没有刻意用上日文作欢迎招呼,店员所抱持的态度,就像一般的餐厅侍应,算是不过不失。至于环境设置方面,虽类以日式食堂的格局,就好像以前提及过的万豚屋一样,仍然残留著一股「港式风味」;言归正传,既然有备而来,那就不作他选了。点餐后没有奉上茶碗蒸及和风沙律等物,只送来一碗味噌,浅尝下还是感受到些许豆香,内里也有少许豆腐粒及海苔,只略嫌味道淡了一点。等候的时间不多不少,约廿余分钟的时间吧,上桌时的卖相可有点特别,因为所呈上的正是一个杂锦锦盒,内里可分作多格,包括右上角的饭底,份量倒少得有点可怜,主角分别是两份的烧鳗鱼串,合共下亦有四件之数,此外亦有额外的鸡肉及茄子串烧,再加上几条甘笋及青瓜,虽然多上了不少「额外之选」,既然已经呈上,也没有拒绝进食的理由吧!拍照后不作多想,立时拿起一串鳗鱼送入口中,骤眼下的鳗件也算厚身,作为蒲烧之物,只觉肉质于软熟松化之余,期间也感受到鳝肉的丰胦肥美,单论这点已是对办有余;再配合香浓蜜味的烧汁,其底部的的鳗衣更发出脆身的撕裂声,一切看似感觉良好,却是面层的饭身有点偏烂,不似日本米饭的粘口之感,加上饭香及份量不足等垢病,拉上补下来个初评,还是失色了一点。锦盒内还有两串串烧,分别有茄子及鸡肉串两项,试后觉得前者还是较佳,起码外层来得香口,亦尝出淡淡的茄香出来,至于鸡肉来说,却是干身了一点,如作为串烧专门店的话,应不会是这样的水准吧!还好内里还有点冷吃的蚬肉,总算是「罗汉拜观音」,每样也有一点。阵前配套略见不足,到最后还是奉送了餐饮及甜品,稍为弥补了相关缺憾,随意点了一杯即磨咖啡,入口下还是偏向于香浓,至于甜品方面,所吃的只是市面随便购到的雪榚糯米糍,总算是聊胜于无,而且还是我喜欢的荔枝味道。计上贴士后约为九十五元,价钱还是其次,以今餐味道来说,只来得不过不失,确有不少可垢改善的地方,看来今次的食客触觉,可有点不太灵光了;却是那两串烤鳗,也真喜欢到不得了,相信如果晚上再来,来上几串烧鸟,再配多一杯清酒的话,又会是另一番的气象。说起来可有点前后矛盾,却是放落到人生层面之上,确有不少类似的情况发生。陵之微调:平(以全盖偏)评分(以10分为满分):味道 6.5 环境 6.5 服务 6 卫生 7 抵食 7用餐于二零一三年十二月七日中午
