为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施,与顾客共同从源头减少厨余,环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划,参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴,以供张贴於店舖内和宣传,供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请,申请费用全免。

原来半山也有不少茶餐厅,这次同事带我来到小地方,有浓浓旧式冰室风味,看来颇有历史,餐牌非常简单,6/7个餐就是了,有几款蒸𩠌,几款扒饭等等。蒸鲩鱼超级大件,卖相令人惊喜,$5/60元是完全抵食,难怪早早就卖完。XO酱蒸腩片$55大大碟,XO酱当然不是质素很高,但都惹味的,整体大份,味道正常,唯一要吐嘈的是,真的只有肉,整餐没有菜呢。素菜类只有红烧豆腐饭,也是不到1点就卖完了。跟餐还有奶茶,+$6还有大大碗汤!比楼下中环还要抵食!

Friendly boss and daughter both speak good English and Mandarin. They serve local HK homefare and its very homely. They have very affordable set dinners could go as cheap as HKD65 that comes with rice and soup WITHOUT MSG. If u order beer there, you could BYOB (wine) and no corkage fee for the wine you brought. Their stir fried black pepper beef is a MUST try. Recommended to my Japanese friends and they LOVED it too. Bon Apetit!

晤打晤撞入左去食,老板介绍左几味招牌菜-虾多士, 煎风鱼, 咕噜肉, 蒸扇贝, 西芹腰果炒鸡丁, 老火汤咕噜肉-唔淋, 仲脆蒸扇贝-好大只, 好多蒜同粉丝, 好味煎风鱼-外面香脆内软,成条炸到脆晒骨都好香脆,极速成条食晒虾多士-唔油, 香脆虾肉弹牙老火汤-无味精最令人回味系虾多士同煎风鱼半山竟然有间有心又特别既小菜, 难得一间有诚意既小店!

中午和朋友食凉瓜牛肉饭,12点去到都要排队,多数系附近的地盘或清洁工人,不过10分钟入到去坐低,之后都好快上饭。牛肉唔会太韧,都算几多片,不过个汁就好重口味,凉瓜索哂个汁,咸左少少,而且薄切少件,唔知系咪呢排凉瓜太贵?成碟饭份量好多(已经少饭咗),女人仔食唔哂,不过见D地盘工友又食得哂,有D仲要添饭(免费架!)

在这地段价钱算不错了,味道还可以,但肉质差到不得了。服务又慢又不仔细,好几次过来看单子才知道叫了什么。整个餐厅那时候才有3桌,但服务员要催才过来下单,出菜也很慢。牛肉跟鸡肉是硬到嚼不了,跟本吃不下、吞不下去的,从来没有吃过这么差劲的肉质,对他们的quality非常失望。
