My visit to this nice GuangDong cuisine restaurant took place in June 2006. I was brought here for lunch by one of my boss' rich friend Master Yeung, a retired rich uncle, in his early 50. Thanks for his treat!I can't remember exactly what we ordered on that day, but the delicious taste of the 老火湯 and 涼瓜炒牛肉is still in my mind. 好平凡旣小菜都做得十分出色,個鹅掌扣得好入味!

I can't remember exactly what we ordered on that day, but the delicious taste of the 老火湯 and 涼瓜炒牛肉is still in my mind. 好平凡旣小菜都做得十分出色,個鹅掌扣得好入味!

過時過節,想食好o的又唔使同人迫,走o左去食中菜。叫o左兩份一人餐(每位$780),有翅,吉品鮑,蘇眉,菜心,炸子雞,椰汁官燕同埋美點雙輝。翅做得好好,翅(普通貨式,唔o係好o野)份量足,發得有水準,夠淋身好味!吉品鮑好有鮑魚味,軟硬適中,以乾鮑o黎講算做得好好,不過我一向都唔欣賞日本乾鮑,唔值得買咁貴,我寧願叫隻新鮮南非鮑,又抵又鮮味;菜心當做,配鮑汁,好味!蘇眉肉質爽口嫩滑,好味!炸子雞都好味,不過祗可以講係一般水準;椰汁官燕梗好味喇,不過美點雙輝就係全個餐o既敗筆,核桃酥同椰汁馬豆糕,一來太普通,同成個餐格格不入,二來馬豆糕極甜,核桃酥普通,呢兩個甜品,唔上好過上。總括o黎講,780蚊有齊咁多好o野食,而且煮得有水準,唔算貴。

昨天有幸到此餐廳一嘗魚翅、鮑魚、鵝掌、遼參、蘇眉、芋頭肉、荷葉飯、美點雙輝、杏仁茶作午餐,真的很回味。雖然我不吃鵝掌及遼參,但同行者皆指兩者煮得很入味,而且很有口感。而本人最欣賞的是杏仁茶,杏仁的香味夾著啖啖蛋白,很棒!!
