每个星期都会揾一日同同事出去食lunch,西餐食得多,今次同事就带左我去食日本野。佢话呢到嘅二人前好丰富,啱晒我 🍽奥和风御膳(二人前) (午膳时段) 沙律同前菜,每人系各自有一碟,前菜每次黎都可能唔同。今次呢个系鱿鱼~正常味道~~ 食完前菜,就上刺身!今次个刺身好靓,整左朵花花,见到都加分但系上次黎系无咁靓架~每款刺身一人有一件。我无深究花花系咩鱼,但三款都好新鲜!好有质感! 金铂鲍鱼,一人一只。已经细心地切开左一片片,唔会食到论尽。最好趁热食! 鱼生饭,鱼生相对刺身就无咁新鲜,同事仲食到某只鱼有d腥,但我就唔觉得有腥味。不过食到呢个位我已经开始有d饱~ 之后再上蒜片牛柳粒,又香又juicy,而且我好钟意食牛呢~ 天妇罗味道正常,不过不太油腻呢点值得赞你以为食完?其实仲有面豉汤同甜品,甜品可以拣雪糕或者柚子蜜!很满足嘅午餐!2个人食咁多野盛惠$328,价钱算抵!只要like餐厅专页同打卡仲有折扣优惠添!不过记得要事先book位,walkin嘅话十居其九都无位架!

Most rip off Japanese restaurant in townBring two of my clients to OKU on Monday, for the respect of the chief, we order “omakase,” which means “I leave it to you” chef. They serves average food, both amount and quality but charge very very expensive rip off price. Over 1,300 HKD per person. what is worse is they do it without asking us nor letting us to know, what as most of the "omakase" will do. OKU staff is TOTALLY misusing our respect and trust of a Japanese restaurant chef. What a ShameAdvice to OKE, please respect your client and other. Ripping clients off is bad and we are not stupid. Change your business model. otherwise, you will close business soon.

今日食在告士打道,品尝手握寿司早阵子读了本关于寿司之神的书,内容介绍了好多新鲜的食材,以及点样先可以整一件完美的手握寿司,书里面没有写明步骤,但成功的方程式就显然易见,就是坚持+勤力+钻研+要求,嗯,不容易呀!!lahris点了厨师挑选的9件寿司定食,当中有沙律、前菜、9件寿司、乌冬/荞麦、面鼓汤、咖啡/茶/甜品这里的手握寿司用了赤醋,闻说成本比一般寿司醋贵三倍,米饭部份呈淡粉红色,米饭体积比较小块的,lahris倒是觉得方便进食,而且lunch hour食太多饭也不好,睡意一下子就会来啦!虽然你可以话lahris懒,唔想拣,就交畀厨师帮我哋拣,不过,又真系每次都有惊喜,有时会食到好多连名都唔知道的新鲜食材,这个就值回票价了! (其实应该问吓店员用上甚么食材,只是我们都挂住倾计,忘了)今次lahris觉得特别回味无穷的有海胆军舰卷,橘子色的海胆堆成小山丘,一啖放落口,溶化了,而且海胆和寿司饭的份量匀称,所以每一啖饭都有海胆墨鱼脚也超新鲜弹牙,软软的,好吃!带子也超鲜甜,还有的就是SALMON ROE,粒粒饱满,不腥,够juicy,而左下的maguro也不错,脂肪比例不多,是中赤吗? 也只是lahrish道行未够深,仲学紧点分maguro...其他的,都好吃,只是我不认得它们啦!这里的TAMAGO 好香、松软,而且色泽好美,好似在咀嚼软绵绵的蛋糕一样,不过lahris觉得TAMAGO还是较湿润的好,现在这个稍为干身最后以日式咖啡作结,有机会会再来的!

成日陪朋友出铜锣湾行街既我,
第一次黎呢间日本餐厅食晚饭,
餐厅既气氛都几有情调,星期五夜晚8点几, 餐厅门口都仲有2、3张台轮侯,
我地好快就入到去,既然咁早入到黎,于是我地都唔急住咁求其叫啲野食,
我地两个人拣左几款野食.
煎鱼扒,刺身,布丁,多士仲有个2人定食,最值得赞既系件鱼扒,咬落去几乎系入口即溶,简直食过返寻味。本身仲谂住惊唔够食,但全部野食都够哂份量,一啲都沽寒。下次有机会一定会再去试

身为饭桶,见到这日本餐厅有「二重饭」Set Lunch(HK$118),马上拉著同事来试试﹗我选了「黑豚肉生姜烧饭」和「盐烧鲭鱼饭」,十分美味,尤其盐烧鲭鱼烧得外层香脆,内里鱼肉又不会太干,我们个个赞好(另外同事还点了照烧鹅肝饭」和「照烧鸡扒饭」,都很不错)﹗Set Lunch还附上面豉汤、沙律、餐饮 / 超浓香味的芝麻雪糕,值得一试呢﹗
