唔够一个月就喺中秋节,依家啲月饼攻势晌中秋前两、三个月就已经进行,经过地铁,透过报纸,以及网媒,真喺日日都见唔少。由于疫情关系,亲友间少咗往来,而有啲亲友就以礼问候,藉中秋,送上点点心意。最近,就分别试咗「奇华饼家」嘅两款出品,新品「迷你无花果果仁月」当然喺第次试,由于无花果、果仁都喺老婆喜爱嘅食材,所以,佢对呢款月饼份外期待。迷你无花果果仁月 $248虽然日新月异,但总有人喜欢怀旧吓,讲到最怀旧就要数到伍仁,依个年头真喺唔喺个个识欣赏,偏偏我老婆佢又钟意㖞,因为少莲蓉,而果仁对身体有益,而呢款加埋无花果嘅「无花果果仁月」就劲啱佢,加上包装得体。打开,一盒8个迷你月饼,个个独立包装,够卫生,而且,细细个,唔使焗住一次食太多。月饼饼面清晰印住无花果。睇睇盒底嘅包装说明,个月饼嘅成份有菠萝、合桃、杏仁、腰果、无花果干、杏脯干、小红莓干、椰枣;切开睇睇,果然真材实料无欺场,咬落极具咬口,甚有层次,却唔黏牙,又阵阵干果香,因为无莲蓉之类,唔会过甜,真喺「仁」见人爱。果味乳酪奶皇月 $225另一款就唔喺新品,因为我记得旧年都食过,喺乳酪配奶黄嘅出品,仲记得旧年第一次食嘅时候印象几好。包装盒以草莓及香橙嘅水彩彩绘为主题,构图简洁,睇起嚟比较文青风。同样一盒8个,个个独立包装,包装两款口味:「草莓乳酪奶皇月」及「朱古力味香橙乳酪奶皇月」。食奶皇月饼记得烘热一下,奶皇馅会变得更绵滑细致,食味更好。草莓乳酪奶皇月饼月饼烘得带微微金黄,饼面嘅草莓图案清晰突出,奶皇馅果然绵滑细致,外皮既薄且松化,入口唔单止有阵阵草莓香,馅内更混有草莓粒粒,感觉更健康清爽。. 朱古力味香橙乳酪奶皇月饼同草莓口味唔同嘅喺,外皮加入朱古力做饼皮,多咗一阵朱古力香,而内里嘅香橙味奶皇馅,跟外皮,一甜一酸,令香橙味显得更为突出,而馅心更嗒到啲蜜饯橙皮肉,实在「乳」众不同。晌艰难嘅日子,除咗人要有正能量去面对前路之外,食啲甜点亦能令心情缓和,感谢好友送上点点心意! 继续阅读
