啡癮起, 怎麼避 .... 萬大的事都要先放下, 喝杯啡來充充電 ~ 大杯裝, 味道 芳香濃郁, 不知道咖啡師是如何沖調的, 這杯啡的味道獨特和有性格, 是偏向先苦澀, 後搭中等的果酸度, 非常合我口味 ~本篇完 ~

原本為喝一杯含酒精的咖啡而來，可惜因為店方的酒牌未辦妥而要暫停。特登跑來，離場又看似有點戇豆, 只好盡量找一些與一般Pacific Coffee賣不同的飲品。紫蘿蘭牛奶咖啡 $42被我找出來了！她同時有位姊妹可供選擇: 玫瑰牛奶咖啡。 溫和的咖啡有一層柔滑的奶泡，使用了紫蘿蘭糖漿，喝著還嚐到有淡淡的花香，始終咖啡內有大杯加熱過的牛奶，再者坐在這寧靜的店內，只會越坐越舒服，越舒服越想睡覺 ……zZzZz

有時一個人想 hea 下飲杯咖啡。Pacific Coffee 未嚐不是一個不錯選擇 , 但要識搵地區, 呢間基本上幾幾易搵位。雖然 Lemon tart 賣相唔係咁靚, 仲要柴晒皮咁樣end up 都係點左佢檸檬吉士邊硬硬地, 應該放左成朝, 又無乜檸檬味, suppose 係脆既批邊都淋到化開, 感覺好唔新鮮Green Tea Latte 反而唔錯, 呢個咖啡師落耒抹茶粉較重手, 味道好濃郁。溫度亦夠熱, 合格!

Book了facial，但早到了個多小時，而且下著雨，就隨便到了附近的Pacific Coffee閒坐兼食lunch~點了最近promo的Matcha Peach Chillino，走cream~ 抹茶綠色很深，但茶味不濃，桃味亦十分清，但比起早幾天在又一城分店喝到的更甜，可惜甜到蓋過了抹茶的甘香~食品要了Truffle Mushroom Quiche~ 個人很喜歡quiche，可惜它的皮不夠脆~ 不過內裡的雜菌餡不錯，足料夠菌香，只是黑松露味道太淡，不符其名~在下兩天時，坐在咖啡室內，慢嘆一杯飲品和一份小點，細賞雨中街景，偶一為之也夠寫意~

原本只是想走來喝杯咖啡，竟然發現此Pacific Coffee賣的是與其他Pacific Coffee賣的有不一樣。Iced Chocolate with Whipped Cream我要求濃一點，barista也能為我做到，他還走來問我覺得濃不濃！ 吸入口，朱古力是厚身的，甜味有稍為提高，不過這是愛喝的質地。最初沒有望清楚，原來有焗牛肉醬千層麵千層麵當然不是即製，barista從雪櫃裏找出這兜，並放進微波爐裏番熱。面層是芝士，下層是頗軟的千層麵，混合了大量的蕃茄牛肉醬，味道是可接受的，屬西餐那種肉醬味而非茶記港式款；至於質感這方面，我還是覺得軟了點。

呢間Pacific Coffee 好多甜品wo!擺曬喺廚窗好吸引呀><點解樣樣都好似咁好食嘅？以甜品黎講呢個價錢算公道，而且仲可以有位坐、坐到收，成班人傾計就最好啦。Strawberry Affogato粉粉紅紅，令我忍唔住叫左一份。賣相係味好好睇呢！？同display 一樣咁靚! 上面一粒粒五顏六色的係包左朱古力的脆米，食落效果比實心朱古力豆好，而且冇咁難消化。每粒朱古力脆米都唔同味，粉紅色真係士多啤梨味架!雪糕好smooth,好濃奶同士多啤梨味、有一絲絲果肉，亦都唔容易溶。執邊係一杯細細的朱古力，唔係咖啡黎架。我估係俾我倒落去個雪糕度食，但我冇咁做，因為唔想個雪糕溶。食完凍野飲返杯細細的朱古力都幾享受，最少甜味唔會重疊、有唔同的質感同層次。

It's newly opened in causeway bay Which is very convenient. 很喜歡這間Pacific Coffee的裝潢，樓底很高，大幅落地玻璃引入日光，且別具型格﹗那天經過，見到店外有Waffles的照片，身為Waffles之怪的我當然忍不住進去試試﹗這個Strawberry Waffles只是HK$48，本來沒有太大期望，沒料到新鮮即叫即烘，熱辣辣，大大份，而且賣相非常漂亮(我見到店員非常用心的炮製)﹗ 儘管Waffles的質感不算是我最喜歡的，但也絕不會太硬，草莓甜美，就連中間那球雪糕也很好吃﹗以這個價錢這個環境而言，我覺得絕對超值，大家經過也不妨試試啊﹗
