星期六同老公特登行去食lunch,食完覺得定價貴得黎,食物份量好細,唔抵食,慶幸唔駛加一。Poached egg, smoked salmon, avocado, on 100% rye sourdough勁細碟,有一片薄既健康麵包,搽左青醬,配料有煙三文魚、半個牛油果、好細粒嘅流心蛋,絕對食唔飽。Brioche French Toast w/Raspberry, Maple Syrup French toast非常之甜,甜度有10粒星,起碼要少一半甜先合理,但係個麵包係好食嘅,索晒啲汁,非常鬆軟,但真係超級甜。Cappuccino 酸酸地,唔係我哋鍾意嘅咖啡。Flat White正常。食完會送碟飯後橙,幾好。 继续阅读

每次搭巴士經過這條街,都被這間餐廳吸引住視線,因為鋪面望落開揚和新束束,與周邊的舊 鋪形成對比;單憑外觀覺得這是一間西式café,今日去北角順道試下這間鋪頭。入到去才發現 是一間售買酸種麵包的鋪頭,是輕食café。餐廳設計以簡約和綠色為主,近入口擺放一列麵包櫃,再過小小是收銀處,收銀後是一個好大 的開放式廚房(餅房),可以見到麵包師傅在工作,而右手邊一列就是枱和坐位。找好坐位後就去買東西吃,餐牌上約有7至8款選擇,價錢走高檔路線,80%都是接近$100但沒有飲品跟,出面以這個價可以吃一個意粉套餐仲有餐飲,但這裏只是麵包而已。最後選了黑麥酵母麵包配煙三文魚和牛油果配水煮蛋($108),付款後會有一個取餐機仔比你, 收到通知後可去取餐,亦有白開水供應可自取。麵包口感較乾身和硬,但配上煙三文魚、牛油果和水煮蛋這幾款配菜吃很不錯,能夠中和麵包 的乾和硬,但如獨立吃這些酸種麵包就比較寡了。現世代以健康為主,酸種麵包是天然發酵和無添加的麵包,所以價錢略貴,間唔時食下是可以的,因為健康的食物和食材還有很多的選擇。 继续阅读

麵包質量同味道都可以,不過收銀職員態度都奇差,特別係後生噶果個女仔,好似自己高高在上好巴閉咁,生意太好唔憂做?!。幾好噶店都俾咁差噶員工敗曬好感。一次起兩次止三次唔好旨意啦 继续阅读

嚟過好多次,麵包好味、咖啡好味,呢個收銀見過幾次,感覺一向麻麻,眼吾望客,但今次真係頂佢唔順呢個四眼中年女收銀態度超差,今日年三十見門口有特別營業時間通告寫收六點,我4:30入去見收銀枱面寫:「八達通壞只收現金」(上次見到佢又係壞八達通,有冇咁蹺),我未開口佢就寸嘴態度話:「4點截咗單,伙記要早走返屋企食飯」⋯⋯成間店好好就輸佢一個人!希望老闆睇到👆🏻👆🏻👆🏻 继续阅读

Recently I’ve been hooked with the Levain bakery sourdough. Yup, I had it for breakfast, lunch for one week then next week I had home breakfast coz I bought some back.For breakfast, they had the combo with jam and butter, plus a coffee. They won’t charge extra for alternative milk which is good news for someone like me who is lactose intolerant. Jam and butter is already the best of both worlds. Their Jam is homemade and superb. And we also ordered an extra cinnamon danish. They give you a huge tray for the breakfast which psychologically made it extra hearty. You have to have sweet after savory. I would need a separate post for lunch coz they look just as good.For lunch, we had pesto sourdough with avocado and rocket salad, also a Parma ham and Brie sourdough, plus coffee again. The pesto sourdough was refreshing and they gave you different sourdough from breakfast so happened. The rocket with feta cheese and tomato was crispy and some greens will do you good. 继续阅读
