Another HK style hamburger place, where they claim to make their own beef patties.However the patties here are 1 inch in thickness.When they are being grilled, they smell of the typical barbeque in England, giving off that strong smell of onion.As for the beefburger, it tastes like the hk style burger with rich tomato sauce.The other interesting burger tried, was the chicken burger with crunchy crisp. It was quite nice as the chicken was juicy and tender, and combined with fried wonton layer, it made it more interesting.I also like the way, the burger was neated wrapped up, making it mess free to eat.

I think the burgers in this place is quite good! I definitely have the right to say that because im a burger/hot dog fan...ive been to triple O's, shake'em buns, mos, freshness, toppings, mcsorleys, and probably more (but i cant remember)...The 手打至尊汉堡is quite good, the patty is thick and rich...the one with cheese is even better! They cook it right after you order so its quite fresh and hotThey also have 制奇趣汉堡包and 地狱汉堡包, which are quite creative and definitely worth a try! I have never seen such burgers elsewhere, 10/10 for creativity and they turn out to be quite tasty(the 地狱汉堡is quite spicy so beware!)Overall a very satisfying burger shop...and its cheap too! (but i heard they're moving soon and they're also changing their name...)

6Nov2007 1900当各大电子报纸杂志传媒「互相力谷」几间「人气」汉堡包店时，位于湾仔道后面街的汉堡包店，标榜手打至尊汉堡、95%纯牛肉及1吋厚牛肉汉堡，只是18或20 蚊，就算是平庸货，卖点已嬴。幸好呢个时候未被他们「攻陷」。今日去维修中心取回相机后，当然要即刻实战映相，第1时间去左这里医肚先返归，环境绝对是港式外卖店环境，只有两张细椅系柜台前，我就要坐底睇下有几好。隔离两三间铺卖的是鱼蛋三宝一类港式街头小食，因近十字路口，非常旺场，亦形式强烈对比。黎到呢度，当然要试这里的手打至尊汉堡，我就叫了芝士牛肉汉堡，比起免治牛肉汉堡多一块芝士及贵两蚊，另外加10蚊有乳酸果汁，我就选择左冰极薄荷特饮。它们是即时制作，先把汉堡扒煎熟，包同时洪干，另外要求芝士要溶一点。等既时候，问佢地个店名，真系好难想像系卖包，同埋年头时先系隔离印度食店帮衬过，都唔觉有，员工说大约半年前都系卖面。大约过10分钟便食得。包除了三位主角外，还有新鲜蕃茄及生菜，芝士够溶，汉堡扒真系有一吋厚，食落有细细的牛肉根，还有真系手打，与机做明显有分别，包够热，第1步已合格；但有个重大问题系欠缺洋味，不是因为杯特饮，情愿将其中5%放洋/香料，或者将生菜或蕃茄转为洋，呢个笑脸真系比唔落，不过算系咁。这里卖汉堡包外，还有热狗、椒盐小食，及不少人叫的秘制奇趣汉堡包及地狱汉堡包系列，味道应该比手打至尊汉堡还好。ps: 昨晚放工后立即落黎再试，点知卖剩热狗，咁鬼快冇晒，否则个题目叫「多一点洋立即俾笑脸」。
