开饭介绍
囍宴 厨‧艺严谨地预留给一座位的午餐和晚餐。它奉行一个哲学,只会用市场上每一天最新鲜的材料,由采购到准备为尊贵的客人提供美食。厨师会计划每一天菜单。每一围必须点6至8个菜式,而晚餐必须点10至12个菜式。无提早预订位子的客人不能享用菜式。

The menu looks very good but only the appetizer (drunken clam) was good, fresh & tasty with a nice pepper corn kick.The spicy chicken - the chicken texture wasn't good, no chicken taste, the clear noodle stuck together & too soft. The dish has no flavor.The steam garouper - overdone & no freshness taste.The fish maw soup - tasted like clear seawater but not any sweet fresh taste.The prawn - size was impressive but they were raw in the middle and it has no taste - i need to ask for soy sauce to eat the bits that was cooked.Waiter serivce wasn't bad except it was quiet last night and only our table was left and we started to share something more personal - the waiter was standing in the next table listening. We felt uncomfortable and left.Also, he saw that we all have some prawn left in our plates but didn't ask if something is wrong.Funny, the cook left and say good bye to us while we were in the middle of dining. Who actually cooked the latter dishes -or did he pre-cooked them?

亲友到贺拜年,送来一盒囍宴萝卜糕。红色盒子甚有新年气氛,拆开后是一砖以胶兜盛著的萝卜糕。单看糕面已知道十分足料,腊肠虾米干瑶柱通通俱备。糕身很易切开,不会边切边崩溃下来。萝卜糕煎好了!只用了极少的油,已能造出外层金黄香脆的效果。萝卜很多很甜,每一啖都有配料,腊味不干硬但有咬口,而且糕的质地是腍得来绝不糊口,所以吃完没有满嘴的油或很劲的肥腻感,小人的胃还可容纳接下来的晚饭盛宴!过年吃煎糕,步步「糕」升!

好朋友生日特意选囍宴吃私房菜,一早在网上看了套餐Menu,有带子皇、虎虾、生蚝、龙趸…全部都令人很期待!一到步已有员工招待,地方宽阔但枱不多,每张枱都有足够的空间。环境比较静,绝对适合朋友慢慢吃,聊聊天的好地方。我们点了桂花乌龙茶,桂花很多,味道清香。我们边喝边吃话梅花生,花生是冻冰冰的,软腍入味,酸酸甜甜很开胃。黑松露香煎北海道带子皇带子皇未放到枱上已传来阵阵松露香气,北海道带子皇大大只,上面的松露蛮多。表面稍为煎香,里面仍是刺身。肉质爽滑清甜没有雪味,吃完想再吃多1只~haha香酥南乳炸生蚝生蚝炸得脆卜卜size很大,跟带子皇一样是吸精菜式!! 一口咬下去热荡荡的而且有汁弹出,蚝味鲜甜。蚝肉仍是半生熟状态超滑~正!! 惟南乳味不够浓。金牌口水鸡朋友怕辣,店员细心地为我们将辣油分开上。他告诉我们这个是改良版本,比正宗的少一点辣。然后替我们将口水鸡拌匀。口水鸡酱汁味道十分浓,跟皮蛋、芫茜的香味融为一体,粉皮及鸡吸收了酱汁的味道,口感丰富。金银黑蒜蒸老虎虾老虎虾有点韧,可能是蒸的时间过长,蒜味不够香。粉丝吸收了酱汁及虾的精华,很入味。自家制雪葩雪葩被安排在套餐中段送上,清一清味蕾。是话梅青柠雪葩,下面有芦荟肉。酸酸的好吃,但朋友觉得太酸。榄豉酱炒龙趸球吃完雪葩我们已有8成饱。龙趸球薄薄的,充满榄豉酱味。龙趸球旁边还有煎米粉,米粉煎干身好吃。雪影蟹皇花胶冬茸羹冬茸羹的正中圆点是蟹糕,冬茸羹味道清淡,花胶数量不少,但有点腥。最后还有时蔬及汤圆。汤圆皮太腍,里而有咸蛋黄、花生及芝麻。本人比较喜欢甜的汤圆,咸咸的有点不习惯。店员每次收走吃完的碟子,下一道菜才会送上,感觉很贴心。另外,店员亦会不时介绍一下菜式,态度诚恳有礼。私房菜套餐价钱$490, 有CITI BANK 信用卡每位为$368。这里菜式特别,份量足料,以三百多元吃到以上菜式我们都认为合理满意。

冬至大过年,午餐当然要食好啦,所以同同事一齐去左囍宴食私房菜去过的同事都话好好食,一直都想试,今次终于有藉口去食啦!!个场唔大,望落去好似有五枱左右,但地方都算宽敞。佢啲摆设都几特别!一堆小军人好cute首先,先上泡菜同汤汤: 好似系粉葛加菱鱼,平时D汤好多油浮面,但呢度无,赞!!口水鸡: 我平时都唔食呢D又冻又油的野,但呢度真系整得几出色,起左D肉唔怕要咬骨头!而且佢个底有皮蛋同粉皮,吸哂D味,赞!梅子骨: 个名好似系咁,够松,而且个味都唔错松露炒滑蛋虾仁: 本来以为好似出面果D店甘松露加系面,但原来呢度系捞左入蛋浆入面,啖啖都系松露味,!糯米鸭: 我一直都唔系好好食糯米,所以唔觉得好食…山楂咕噜虾: 山楂味我就食唔出但睇得出>< 个味同平时食开的咕噜肉差唔多,只系转左做虾豆豉蒸豆腐: 豆腐好滑,不过豆豉好似太抢味啦,唔太Match的感觉冬阴公鱼: 咩鱼就唔知,但同事话有D腥同有D泥味。但我食落又唔多觉,可能早就当腥同泥味系鱼味的一部分啦佢个底都有粉皮吸汁,个人认为粉皮先得精点所在另外仲有个菜心,白饭任装,甜品系紫米糖水(十分甜)呢度D侍应都几细心,我地六女一男,个侍应姐姐送饭果阵比六个小饭我地,比男同事果个就大少少的饭,仲同佢讲: 添饭可以同我地讲 好赞呀!!
