星期六同几个旧同学喺铢记食完饭,再去莲园食埋甜品,发觉都唔系好够饱,正谂住返出铜锣湾再揾嘢食之际,俾我哋发现到呢间小店,我记得早排喺饮食杂志都睇过佢哋嘅访问,一场嚟到跑马地,梗系要试吓啦!我只系叫咗几个净𩠌,我最钟意佢嘅萝卜和猪红,萝卜清甜无渣,好似食紧日式的关东煮咁;猪红无腥味,口感亦佳;另外鱼蛋弹牙,辣味适中;猪皮爽脆,唔会浸发过度,最后要一赞佢哋个汤,好明显唔系味精水,唔会一味死咸,食完唔会觉得口渴。唯一尾中不足系无冷气,现在大热天时食就热咗D,不过我下次都一定会再嚟,因为真系好好食,流住汗食都值得。 继续阅读

The food and setting was clean.Best Lemon tea: Even though I rarely drink it, I will here!!Best Laksa soup.Best Tom Yum Kung soup:Again I never have this, but here it doesn’t have that lemon grass taste and the onions matched the soup base very well. It basically tastes lemony, and the soup tastes just like Mama’s brand Tom yum instant noodles. Best chow mein:All the strands of noodles were evenly covered with flavour and colour, every mouthful was packed with ingredients such as red sausage, sesame.Best liver:Tastes even better than Trusty gourmet, cut to small pieces, there was so much in my bowl, I thought I was on the last piece, but I kept discovering more at the bottom of the bowl Best menu: Nice and clear, with ENGLISH too! 继续阅读

再防已差不多有一年,舖子多了报导,多了点名气。这次点了3𩠌:猪心,猪肝和菜肉饺,加上米线。 猪肝相当不错,猪心就煮得过火了,而且很"咸"。菜肉饺不过不失。汤底清甜,吃后有点睡意,不知是否下了味精?! 继续阅读

复活节出黎玩, 无野做同女朋友搭叮叮到跑马地闲逛系横街见到呢间车仔面, 见出面有好多报纸介绍, 伙计又系咁同我地介绍入面既食物, 所以就入左去试下跟住伙计既推介, 叫左个猪红, 萝白, 牛腩, 金钱肚面. 另外仲叫左个贡丸, 蟹柳, 支竹面- 猪红 我本来唔系好食猪红, 但系呢度既猪红唔错, 少少辣几得意- 萝白 又系本身我唔系好食, 我觉得系咁多歀𩠌入面最好食, 好甜无渣唔苦, 好食过平时柱侯牛腩入面既萝白- 牛腩 好软甜甜地, 唔会咬极都咬唔开- 其他𩠌都唔错估唔到系跑马地都有咁好食既车仔面, 同鹅颈桥街市既车仔面有得比, 下次又系铜锣湾搭两蚊叮叮入去食先 继续阅读

在跑马地练跑,也在这附近吃东西。除了锁定去吃正斗的炸两之外,就是要试试这一间车仔面的新店。店子不大,只放上几个简单的座位,似乎也是以做外卖生意为主。一个人来,面壁而坐,有店员来招呼的,服务还不错。 吃什么是剔纸仔,就来个猪润猪肠米粉。 先喝汤底,不错。猪润薄身爽口,猪肠稔身,味道据说是特别腌制的,可以一吃; 埋单32蚊,多加二元有杯饮品。 看来这里是可以做下去的。想看足本食评及更多的食物相片,可以来这里: http://gourmetkc.blogspot.com/2010/03/blog-post_02.html 继续阅读
