招牌菜
我从来系openrice 只作search engine, 很少写食评, 但今天实在感受太深了."囍" 我食过好几次了, 由他在小巷的时候已有光顾, 今天刚刚去完养和医院覆诊, 一离开便想起了"囍", 因为我还记得他的车仔面很好食. 二话不说便行了过去. 一进舖头只有一枱客人, 心想可能因为已过了午饭时间吧, 不过, 记忆中自从搬了大舖好像也没有见过坐满席的场面. 我刚才一进舖头, 刚巧正面有位店员向我走来, 我便问他"我想叫外卖", 点知他眼也没望过我一下, 便向那唯一一张有客人的枱走过去. 好吧, 只好再望望有没有其他店员. 幸好有另一位店员走过来, 我便跟他说我想叫外卖, 他也客气地给我一张外卖纸. 我也快快地选了要吃的东西. 等了几分钟, 很快便包好了. 我也抱著开心的心情拿回公司吃.今天我点了净𩠌: 迷你墨鱼丸, 卤水鸡翼尖, 猪大肠, 鱼皮饺. 另外再叫了一份烧卖. 迷你墨鱼丸 , 不见了, 多了咖喱鱿鱼须. 相信又是店员搅错了, 这不是第一次了, 不是给小, 就是给错, 不过真不明白, 店里也没有其他客人, 何解还会错? 算吧, 照食.....可惜....很难吃, 没有味道, 脆脆的, 有点怪. 卤水鸡翼尖, 我一直觉得他们整的卤水没有卤水味, 今次还带点烧焦了的味. 猪大肠, 很细条, 内里滑滑的, 很怪. 鱼皮饺, 我估这些也是很普遍的, 应该没有什么问题吧, 可惜, 内里粉粉的, 也是有点怪.余下的只有烧卖了, 这是我最爱吃的东西, 希望可以吧........... 味道都可以吧, 没有什么特别, 不特别差, 也不是特别好吃.我记忆的"囍"是很好吃, 我还介绍朋友来吃呢. 相信自今次后, 我再也不会来光顾了. 是因为他们以为自己变大舖了, 所以水准不需要保持吗????

其实之前啱啱开𠮶阵都买过外卖,都冇"好食"嘅印象。今日瞓醒谂唔到食乜,决定比次堂食机会佢。点知都系冇惊喜。 睇吓张点𩠌纸,未见过一间车仔面会话九肚,牛腩同牛肺系要side order。简直神奇! 喺冇选择情况下,叫咗一碗三𩠌(鱿鱼须,猪皮,粉肠)油面底加咖哩汁。我男朋友话都尚算有味。 可怜嘅我碗四𩠌(萝卜,大肠,鸡翼同鸡翼尖)米线底加腩汁淡而无味,仲清过清汤。问佢可唔可以啲腩汁,又话要加$,懒矜贵。米线"碎湿湿"。萝卜唔够熟,又唔甜。大肠,鸡翼同鸡翼尖都冇卤水味。车仔面食到咁冇味都系第一次。绝对唔会有第二次。 小食沙姜鸡脚,鸡脚唔够腍身又唔入味。叫柠茶嚟咗奶茶。总之成件事就错晒。 一句讲晒,我觉得完全同好味扯唔上关系。

喜喜车仔面用料一向很好,油面亦没如外间的油溢味,萝卜更是清甜无渣又实,虽然收费比坊间高,在跑马地亦是一个好选择。但是叫外卖时,就应好好在落单时问清楚交通收费。跑马地区送外卖一向都是要收取来回的士费,一向都是不明文规定,通常落单时老板亦会再三提示。今日外卖到时,突然提出需另外付的士等待费,实在是觉得奇怪,因在电话从没提及送外卖需原车来回并付的士等待费。于是便讨论起来,伙计突然又提出如不想付的士等待费,可以不付;再说出所需出车资(但没单据),我便再质疑为何比我平常坐的贵,伙计又再说如你不喜欢,可付平时的车资便可。既不需要打回店舖,我每怀疑一次,便可减收车资,如此态度实在令人怀疑。在电话理论下没结果,亦只好亲自到店舖付回原来的差额。在店舖时,当然大家只会觉得道理是在自己处,亦是无可厚非。可是在争论的3句话,我亦无话可说。1. 当争论开始时,一位年轻小伙计立即取出iphone拍video并大声说:「之前隔离店都有人专登聊交嗌,我帮你影低佢,使唔使即刻报警?」我亦只好取出相机,互相拍下video。2. 老板娘的一句:「顾客唔系大晒」3. 在争论还未完结时,老板娘说:「我有好多客要跟,你可以o向度继续讲。」然后就自己走开。虽然只是7.5元的相差,但却是道理的问题。我亦是冒住给小伙计将video放上YouTube同facebook的危机,问个清楚。但当我听完以上对话,亦明白就算是谁对谁错,或误会一场,老板娘只摆出一副”我是这样”的态度,纵使食物如何美味,喜喜的待客之道也只能如此。

Before this restaurant opened, they used to be located next to Freshness burger, a tiny joint that only sits about 6 people.It was my favourite noodle place, but as it was small, I didnt go there often.Now that they have expanded, it is much more accessible and the seating is much more comfortable with air conditioning.Basically, they offer the basic noodles in noodle bars, but the soup base is brilliant, especially the Laksa base and the Tom Yum Kung.The Tomyumkung has been especially formulated that you cant taste that annoying Lemon grass, and it has a piece of lemon served with it.The tomyum soup tastes very similar to MAMA instant noodles, with a sour taste.The Laksa is also good too, the soup base isnt too hot, and it has a strong prawn base.The toppings I chose were really good, especially the pork liver, it was cooked just right, and full of flavour.As well as the food, the drinks were good, the lemon tea dosnt have that bitter taste to it, and the job's tears with lemon is very natrual that dosnt leave a weird taste after drinking it. It was very soothing, and not too sweet.The interesting thing is, that job's tears with lemon is a Chinese version of the English barley and lemon drink.The menu is very user friendly and it has ENGLISH, yay~!!Apart from the soup noodles, I have also tried the chow mein, and it is also the best, it dosnt need additional sauces such as soy sauce, the chow mein is packed with ingredients from ham, spring onion, chinese red sausage, although it varies from visit to visit.Even though it is slightly expensive, the food is delicious and clean.
