好特別的肥牛叉燒,看起來像叉燒又像牛排,外層焦焦的,裡面熟度大約七分熟
本身有醃漬過再去燒,偏西方的味道,牛肉肉質嫩,厚切很有口感,好吃

鎮店招牌,價錢38一隻,蠻實惠的!點了兩隻夠四人吃,貼心提供塑膠手套給食客拿著啃
乳鴿醃得很入味,顏色燒得很完美,油亮亮很吸引人,咬下去肉汁流出來,肉質很嫩很juicy
皮也脆脆的,很推薦這道!

冬陰功湯底味道偏酸了一點,海鮮大大塊,有花枝、蝦子、蛤蠣、炸魚皮等等,很豐富

黑方豆腐
豆腐黑黑的上桌好得意,好像黑炭,油炸的非常乾身,吃起來沒有油膩感,外面很酥,裡面嫩滑,調味簡單但好吃!

今天大年初七人日,中午去新城市唐宮小聚試下新派粵菜。食店新落户,環境及餐具均顯雅致,而食物質素不俗有驚喜。最好味的是招牌菜白玉王鴿,溫度熱辣,肉質嫩滑,且十分入味。而蒸點黑金流沙包賣相吸引,屬奶黄流沙包;流心燒賣則內藏鵪鶉蛋,味道不俗,具新鲜感。加上炸點蟹粉麻球,外脆內軟,蟹粉算足料。至於荷花蒸飯,配料有雞肉、火鴨絲、蝦肉和瑤柱,用料十足,味道不錯。這餐以甜品小豬壓軸,賣相得意。整體而言,真係大滿足!

Social Place has opened their first branch in Shatin district on the 18th Jan, and we decided to come here for our early reunion dinner for CNY! We happened to be the first who came in on that day.Food are great as other branches, but they took ages to come!!! Especially the fish that took more than 1 hour to be prepared!! Food are great as other branches, but they took ages to come!!! Especially the fish that took more than 1 hour to be prepared!! The most annoying part would be other people who came and ordered after us had got the fish and same dishes before us!!!

Anyway... here it comes the food that we ordered! The Signature Roasted White King Pigeon (HKD 33) was so good that I couldn't avoid having a quarter of it!! The skin was crunchy and the meat was very tender!

Another favourite of mine would be their Flaming Pie (HKD 119). It is stuffed with pineapples and curry beef. The flame wasn't as obvious as the one that I had in their Central branch though. In terms of the beef, they were quite generous, as they came in large pieces.

Stir-fried Baby Broccoli (HKD 79) was really fresh, but the portion was too small. Was expecting the portion to be doubled.

The Spicy Whole Fish (HKD 199) was not spicy at all, but it gave you a numbness + tingly feeling on your tongue instead. I don't think it is amazing at all though. Was expecting something impressive, if you had to wait for more than an hour to get this ready.

Last but not least, desserts!! We pick a Piggy Caramel Pudding, Snowy Durian Cake, and Passion Fruit Pudding as the dessert platter for HKD 79. Personally I think it is a pretty good deal! I don't eat durian myself, but the Snowy Durian Cake wasnt too bad, the skin was very thin with a lot of mouse stuffed in it. The Piggy Pudding and the Passion Fruit Pudding both have a very strong flavoured of coconut and passion fruits!
