3:20pm去到food court揾野食,幸好唔系好多人,易找位的~ 咖哩鸡扒肥牛饭 $42其实价钱不太平,不过抱住新尝试的心态,一于试试看吧!配前菜似是紫菜,但吃到某部份咸左少少咁.... 食物的制作时间唔驶2min就搞掂,curry很香浓,够辣~至于咖哩里头无任何薯仔粒及洋葱o既...无奈唔系好抵食tim...........但鸡扒唔算好嫩口~另外肥牛的份量都几多,质素不错~可惜白饭略硬餐汤的全部汤渣「软身」到不得了......... .....无味精o既.....所以都系食1次就够喇~

原本谂住去大食代求其揾间野食,行过此档时闻到此店咖喱香味四溢,被吸引住了。行完一转后决定帮衬。我帮衬了一个套餐,包括咖喱滑蛋豚(猪)扒饭、海带汤及餐饮,盛惠$38。咖喱滑蛋猪扒卖相很好,饭用珍珠米是明智之选。咖喱真的很香,有少少辣,也不太甜,但是惹味,像不像日本咖喱不是我的考虑了。猪扒香脆,不算是上佳,但比同级食店优胜。滑蛋很滑,差些少就拍得住澳洲牛奶了,不过配咖喱就变得很浪费了,最后还是选择分开吃..... 配菜有粟米和甘荀,都不差。另外海带汤亦OK。$38 看似有点贵,但大食代哪间铺不是这个价钱的?如果以贵价 food court 来计,算是物超所值了。

睇过咖哩物语的食评差及好的比例差不多50/50,昨晚于是前往一试咖哩庵列饭卖相不错,而且两只炸虾也炸得脆口及唔觉太热气而饭就在蛋包内咖喱有少少辣及配甜粟米粒虽然唔系差,也不算太好。但晚餐卖成$40/份,质素有可以改进空间。

I would have thought this curry shop had disappeared in Hong Kong from its previous 'rainbow coloured curry' guise, but on one of those days when the sky decided to open and it would be wiser to stay indoors somehwere - here I was at 奥海城二期 checking out their Singaporean chain controlled foodcourt.In the revived from the dead version of 咖喱物语 there are no more of the previous multi-coloured curry sauces which were fun to look at but tasted like anything but 'curry' ..... So what was I doing here then? Obviously, to eat the 2-in-1 black curry dish - a concept that I think was slightly plagiarised from パクー森's award winning Curry Dish in 市ヶ谷 in Tokyo, which has a dry curried meat on rice, then covered with a fruity/vegetable curry sauce. I used to love that curry so much I still remember the staff's faces, but the vacuum packed.version from the now defunct Yokohama curry museum or available in only HK's Citysuper's never really satisfied me enough.The 咖喱物语's poor imitation of the original really wasn't that great in comparison but its fun to revisit a similar curry dish in HK nonetheless. However, in the old CWB shop, this curry dish was more similar to the 'original' - nowadays in the foodcourt you're forced to choose only the Black Curry version.... made up of Spices, Squid Ink, Garlic, Sesame and I guess some Spinach. FOOD:The WET SAUCE Black Curry in this shop tasted more 'curry like' compared to in the past in the CWB's shop for some reason, its an improvement from the past formula. Probably because they're now only concentrating on 2 types of curry sauces rather than around 7-8 in the past.The DRIED MEAT CURRY meanwhile also had a great seasoning taste, its not as finely diced as in the past nor like the 'bolognaise' consistency of the パクー森 version's one. The rice was lacking some 'roundness' and shininess, its Pearl Rice but I think its from China not Japan. Overall, I actually thought this dish was satisfying in a way, but it seems like no one really orders this in the new 奥海城 or TST's new stores? FRIED PORK CHOP Its almost obligatory that I order the Katsu as I'm still yet to discover a mildly satisfying version in Hong Kong, its harder to find than a 'good piece of Tempura'. Obviously I knew I will leave disappointed, but not to such an extent - the version here really was not fit for human consumption. It was so oily, refried from 'warm' rather than 'cold' temperature, the pork was so dry yet thin, the batter was just so NOT Japanese, it even had an dirty oil stink. This was outright no.1 worst Fried Katsu I've had in Hong Kong so far, even worst than the cooked from frozen ones from 九龙城广场 银座二丁目 and 西九龙中心 银座二丁目's version (which I ate on the same day as this meal. Curry twice in a day... ). However, the curry sauce was worst in the other shop.For my particular Black Curry 2-in-1 Dish, I give it a low to mid-'4'.WIth the Batter Fried Item, I give it a '1'.I haven't tried the normal Brown Curry dishes but knowing how bad the fried food here is, I'm not sure I would be brave enough to try that another day. This rating is a score for what I had, not for the shop.

之前睇过咖哩物语的食评...多数弹多过赞今次亲身大胆尝试! 真系有d惊惊地...咖喱叉烧汤蒿麦面咖喱海鲜饭个蒿麦面冇乜特别, 都系加左咖喱汁, 但d叉烧都唔错!咖喱海鲜饭好丰富!都几好味丫!有鱿鱼圈x2 + 胧俐柳x2 + 炸虾一只海鲜炸得脆口,而且都新鲜,食落不会好热气咖喱汁就一d都唔japanese! 大家别以为可以食到日式咖喱呀!咖喱有少少辣,加上颜色唔深,就已经知道唔系日式咖喱啦配料都非常港式没有薯仔粒红萝卜粒, 反而有青豆同甘荀仔!大家唔好俾"咖喱物语"个"物语"呃到, 其实唔系买日式咖喱架!味道虽然唔系差,但咁唔正宗的感觉唔系几好价钱又唔系平,如此价钱质素可以好d试过就算啦!
