招牌菜
一个很有味道的店名,但是水准却是使人感到很不是味道。一月一个星期四的晚上我和友人选了这店。我的的友人点了担担面,她说面可以,但是一点肉也没有,有点失望。我点了一个葱爆牛肉饭($30),饭微热,牛肉连微温也称不上,葱已是黄褐色的了。很明显葱爆牛肉已经很早之前就做好,但连用微波炉翻热也不肯,整碟饭冷冰冰的,在一个寒冬的晚上,叫人心怎样吃得下。我看见邻桌点了生煎包,也是冷冰冰的,没有翻热。另外一桌投诉小笼包的猪肉不新鲜,有异味,但收银的大婶连包子也不看一眼,净说当天已卖出多少个小笼包也没问题。这是一间什么样的店子!就算是工厂区的食堂,甚或茶餐厅也不会弄出冷冰冰的饭菜。何况这店是在中环,店里还有两个外国人,这真是失礼,有损香港美食之都的声誉。这间店子简直令香港的餐饮业蒙羞。

好差 I agree the people who wrote 一句讲哂,冇下次!Most definitely, I experienced the same tonight.1. Food took a long time - I sat and waited for my simple bowl of noodles for over 15 minutes. Everyone else there were already eating or have finished.2. No water/free tea available - I also asked for hot water and was told none was provided; tea is HK$10 if I wanted to order. I didn't fall into that trap. I then asked a different lady for water again and she said the water was boiling. From when I stepped into the restaurant to when I left, the water was boiling for 30 mins!! Then I asked a third lady how come tea is available but not hot water and they said they made the tea in advance, yeah right!?!!3. Lots of MSG. The MSG from the noodle soup is so bad that I felt it for an hour afterwards. The food definitely makes you thirsty and they won't provide you with water... 4. Can't even begin on the attitudes on the waitresses... Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.Will never go again!!

每次中午经过都见很多人在门外等位,以为食物味道应该不错,怎料大失所望......早餐只售$12-16, 试过两次:粢饭 + 豆浆($12):粢饭完全没有黏性;热豆浆OK,有豆味菜肉包 + 健康小米粥($14):菜肉包没有菜,猪肉不好味;小米粥表面有一层油,又有猪肉和炸菜,竟然声称是「健康」,真难谱!简单的早餐也如此差,相信午餐和晚餐也不会好得去那里......

Having eaten at over 20 so-called Shanghainese restaurants in Hong Kong, I hereby proclaim this one as being the worst one. Ambiance aside, the quality of the ingredients is just not there, coupled with sloppy food preparation, poor selection of seasoning, yucky utensils and shoddy service, this restaurant is just hopeless. Someone should just buy it, gut it out and start all over again (for a matter of fact, 吴越之间 in Shanghai is not actually half bad).

叫左两个SET (担担面+小笼包+豆浆 及 黄鳝菜饭+豆浆), 另外再加鸡丝粉皮及锅贴除左鸡丝粉皮,豆浆,担担面,黄鳝菜饭系正常普通外,小笼包同锅贴的肉馅有怪味, 锅贴仲要系一早蒸好再煎, D皮劲湿 ~仲话系生煎锅贴好差 ~
