Discovered this shop because the shop was bright yellow.At first I was not going to bother and have a look because I don't really eat fishballs but had a look anyway and saw that they had other stuff as well as fish balls.The preserved sausages caught my eye and it was really cool that I could order one on its own because normally you have to go to a roast shop or a stir fried glutinous rice specialist for it.They just looked delicious because the preserved liver sausage had a dark even burgundy

They just looked delicious because the preserved liver sausage had a dark even burgundy colour which means there is not much fat.
I was a bit shocked because it was sooooooooooooooo delicious and it only cost me $8 with velvety liver inside but it was a bit too sweet, but then it would be sweet because I had it on its own.I regretted not trying the other sausage but they were sold out when I went back.
