无聊西沙瞎逛，入到Go Park，想吃点心，就入来了。点了：蟹籽福袋；鸳鸯烧卖；肉松马拉糕；大吉大利橘子包。很新派的，新派果然又让人失望。蟹籽福袋，好像在吃没有花生的潮州粉粿；鸳鸯烧卖，牛肉烧卖还可以，虾肉烧卖是比一般更一般。肉松马拉糕，如果没上面层的肉松和酱，还是是可以，有之这沫酱，酱味在咽喉久久不散。橘子包，是馒头包著果酱，味道还可以。综合来说食物卖相是可以，相机先食的朋友算是👍👍👍，但著重味蕾的朋友就......呵呵呵。

谂住复活节同屋企人试下新嘢，点知伏咗。等位等左差唔多一个钟。入座后冇俾餐具、冇staff招呼。剩系俾左个QR Code 落单。落完个茶送左嚟，但完全唔俾杯同碗。后尾揾左几个staff，头两个完全唔应人，后尾先有杯同碗，但嚟到痴住条肠粉。叫佢换过，剩系拎走左个碗。都明白复活节客人多，但staff态度好差，冇人理、冇人应。呢间餐厅都装修靓，点心卖相ok。但整体体验极差。Staff服务态度好差，污糟。冇下次

三五知己约去西沙，是晚冻冰冰见到一人火锅就入咗叹点心喇点知望望menu好多小食点心个名都好吸引，大家都决定要点嚟食，点知真系好有惊喜苹果包，橘子包同埋樱花糕都好估佢唔到平时呢啲打卡嘢好睇唔好食咖嘛，苹果包同橘子包一上枱已经哗哗声，劲似生果啰🤭食入口仲有惊喜，包包软林林，苹果包系香芋馅，钟意香芋嘅人唔可以错过😉橘子包好特别，一摵开放入口系清新香甜，唔系死甜嘅包，呢个真系推荐。樱花糕系后加嘅，食咗两款包都咁出色，见佢英文菜名写有strawberry ，大家都好有兴趣试埋🤭🤭真系有惊喜，糕系好似白糖糕咁嘅质地，馅真系有士多啤梨馅，好香，唔系假味，真系好钟意。凉拌小菜我想讲泡椒藕带我系俾佢特别名吸引，嚟到白雪雪真系唔知佢系咩嚟㖞🤭🤭入口爽口又有好入味嘅泡椒味，酸酸辣辣我钟意呀🤤🤤🤤胡椒猪肚鸡都好好味，虾饺皮薄馅足，东风螺都好出色，好似冇乜挑剔😍😍唯独系蟹籽福袋我冇食到🤭🤭唔知好唔好食呢有机会下次一定要带屋企人嚟食🥰🥰可以encore嘅店最好系服务都好好，唔系点完餐就唔理你，间中会过嚟加水加茶，我哋叫咗嘢饮，员工仲好细心话俾我哋知叫嘢饮都有茶钱，不如都叫壸茶饮吓啦。我觉得真系好好，唔会话收咗先知👍👍👍老板都好好倾，而且佢推介嘅炸物都系我好欣赏，全部即叫即炸，我最钟意系个淮山卷，外脆内软👍👍个鸡翼唔使介绍啦🤭🤭好味到要encore一大碟出。环境舒适，好快会再帮衬👍👍

西沙@叹点心同小朋友去西沙玩，去左叹点心叹点心甘蔗咸水角超出色，即炸炸都好香脆，虽然佢个名叫甘蔗咸水角，但系唔好误会，佢系冇甘蔗架😂鲜虾烧卖皇，大大粒鲜虾，味道唔错仲有佢个虾饺，鲜虾份量好足料牛肉球都好食茶位12蚊一位小贵，另外都讲一讲佢嘅辣椒油，虽然唔辣但好香好好食推荐...

Chef Ecy’s Dining Experience:🥰 Ambience | Service | Price | Easy Access | Restroom Cleanliness | Corkage Fee | Wheelchair | Easy Parking | Pet Friendly🙂 Cake Cutting Fee | Food😠 This restaurant is located in the new GO Park Sai Sha Mall at Ma On Shan. They also have another branch in Shatin. This new restaurant is pet friendly and there is outside area to sit if you have pets together. This new mall has many parking spaces and there is 2hr free parking for a certain spending limit. With the lift from parking to the mall, wheelchair is ok too. If you do not drive, there are many bus routes to & from University MTR station, Pak Shek Kok and Ma On Shan Town Centre. There are many facilities around the complex like indoor swimming pool, fitness, yoga, fencing, cycling etc etc…. there is an outdoor pet park as well for pets in an enclosed area. The whole mall is pet friendly and you can take your dogs walk here and there on leash but please watch out poo poo from your doggies. Many restaurants around the mall and we picked Chill Dim Sum this time. It is recommended to book in advance for table reservation or else a long waiting time is needed. There is menu for dim sum and they are made to order. So it takes at least 15mins before dim sum can be served. They also have dim sum platter for the pets. We also ordered for our doggies too! They are so happy! Dim sum is served hot & fresh including the pet dim sum. The size of each dim sum is big. The taste is good but I think MSG is added. Spring rolls are crispy but a bit salty. Overall the price performance is very good, not expensive at all. Food presentation is nice. They also have soup and rice in the menu. Most dim sum has 3 pieces in an order and the size of each piece is hugh. They do charge cake cutting fee for $50 but no charge for corkage for now. You have to bring your wine opener. Ambience is excellent with big window along the restaurant. Sitting outside is even better with umbrella provided. They do not have restroom inside the restaurant and you need to go to the restroom in the mall. They are clean & tidy! This dining experience is very good especially you can have dim sum with your doggies together. This is my first time too…. and they can enjoy dim sum with you together but not the tea!
