之前见杂志介绍过哩间野..同家姐咁岩行过,就谂住买黎试下*谂住行著食蛋糕好麻烦,so就买包个d啦,我地食donut..我拣绿茶味*哩个系我食过最唔好食既donut 只有甜味,一d绿茶味都冇家姐食乜我唔记得左..都冇影到相..但我记得都系得甜味-o-'食食下先影系因为我要post上黎XDD

难得元朗出现法式饼店开张时经过发现卖相难以接受但因为只此一家又不想抹杀小店的存在价值一直经过都有留意著够竟有没有奇迹出现或许有一天...或许我会抱欣赏心态光顾可惜...这一天还未等到友人生日...约好在元朗庆生连锁饼店实在没款式可选那...就不如给这店一个机会吧...一见到饼柜已经不禁心沉了一下蛋糕外貌还是老样子果蓉外层好似烂面血肉毛糊朱古力外层潮湿焦黑...一点也不见平滑水果像沉睡多时...淹淹一息macaron表面粗糙...颜色恐怖...朱古力色素脆异...且大部份成品都已经霜化唉...都行到入黎...而且又急需蛋糕庆生好不容易选了六件饼(去到你就会明白点解唔买一大个蛋糕><)下至上raspberry opera chocolate sacherNY cheesecakeopera green tea opera blueberry cheesecake整体除了NY cheesecake吃剩饼底通通都剩半件...................好过份丫点解d杏仁粉咁粗粗都唔过筛隔咁d走??蛋糕又鞋又古怪....cheesecake饼底竟然是软身的...朱古力的味道不知何解地"假"另:店员的服务态度恶劣不过是想要一个生日牌竟然想喝止另一店员去拿强调要收大拿拿$5一个我说没关系...店员拎左佢地自家制的恐怖朱古力(上面都是水点)唉...算了....不要了.........元朗区$2x一件饼的生意不是容易讨来!你们素质不提升服务又差我一定不会再花百元去买你的饼!美心都比这些东东更好><

This shop is the only patisserie in yuen long.I visited once about half a year ago.I was attracted by the chocolate truffle and macaron.There were only few types of cakes and not attractive enough.The chocolate truffle looked like the one from Tony Wong.Since I have not tried the one in Tony Wong before,I think this one was quite delicious.It was rich in chocolate and the texture is like jelly outside and there was concentrated chocolate cake inside.There were some chocolate sauce inside too.The macaron is caramel flavour.The outer layers were crispy and there was rich caramel flavour in the ingredients.However it was too sweet I think.And $10 per macaron!and now it is more expensive.I'd rather eat macaron in Paul Lafayet.The quality there is better.

这间靓装饼店,去年10月与老公在它新开之际帮衬过,初访感觉不错;隔了几周也带同细妹去惠顾过堂食,当时很惊讶甜品很快由$20/件加价至$22-24/件,而且质素似乎不如首次,例如:朱古力泡芙塔($22)-特别的造型令两姊妹一试,然而其质感一点不清脆甚至很硬,予人感觉是很不新鲜;塔身的的朱古力味也是怪怪的,应该是加了一些我辨认不到的酒,总之令人不敢恭维。我只吃了一口就放弃了!Blueberry cheesecake($24)-味道及质感都表现平稳,质素与首访的NY cheesecake差不多,不过那么快加价数元,令抵食度打了些折扣。时间过得很快,转眼又4个月了,想想不如又给它多次机会? 就致电细妹,让她买几件饼带来大欢喜,作为生日饭的加料甜品。原个的蛋糕没可能吃得下啦,是晚只选了三件饼;搞笑是原来Jimi只得两件装或半打装的外卖盒,遇上三件的订单,就要以钿盒+散袋处理,还好两店地点很近,也没有太大问题。其实寿星从来都不是甜魔,不过因有别致火机在场,也很乐于玩点蜡烛,甚至享受这过程更多于吹蜡烛! 而玩完一轮,寿星与三老(包括我老公..)都没有多碰这几件饼,它们的下场结果不出所料,几乎全落我与细妹肚中...是晚三款饼都是细妹挑选的,首先试Chocolate banana cake,由外表看不出来的,原来蕉味都几浓,然而朱古力味却较淡,质感也不够润泽软棉,配搭并没有圣安娜的出色。细妹又重点Blueberry cheesecake,这次的芝士蛋糕有进步,芝味不算很浓郁但相当纯净,软硬与质感亦很对办,衬上恰当的蓝莓酱,清甜不腻,几好。最后一款是Hazelnut chocolate tart,可惜榛子味并不突出,朱古力片亦不够甘浓,味道很一般。其实也欣赏小店经常推陈出新,然而新的产品往往未能尽如人意,值得留意改进,这两次帮衬较喜欢的都只是传统芝士饼。总的来说此饼店还要多加努力,才能满足越来越挑剔的食客要求啊!

突然好想食macaron 醒起前几日行过原来有呢间铺头都冇咩好大的期望 系元朗唯一的选择买左4味macaron(芝士、芒果、蓝莓同红莓)唔算好好味 甜左少少又唔够脆 蓝莓已经系最好 因为得佢食得出有蓝莓味之前睇过下面食评话opera好味 都算稳稳阵阵 好有咖啡味又够湿最惊喜系栗子蛋糕 栗子蓉好够滑 唔算好甜 蛋糕够软 败笔系顶粒栗子 唔够新鲜又太甜笑脸系比元朗内少有的非连锁式饼店 东海堂以外的好选择 希望佢地keep到啦
