今日元旦唔煮饭出街食，楼下间酒楼改名前未食过，今日近近地想试吓，我同太太2个人点左4个点心同一个全日优惠。食物整体上合格有余，而且价钱都好平，好似一笼2粒鲜虾烧卖都系$9.8，而且份量味道都唔错。另外2位唔同侍应sell 左我地$68四只生蚝，有蒜蓉粉丝蒸、即烧、姜葱，我试左姜葱，d姜葱味入哂只蚝度，加上几只蚝唔系细只，好味又扺食。不过洒楼有d旧，灯光唔多足，好d似内地既感觉，地板有啲黐立立，必须改善下。

Having lived in this district for a while, I was really looking forward to enjoying a traditional 茶楼 for weekend yum cha with my family. Unfortunately, my experience at this new establishment was disappointing.The service was a disaster. Waitresses were yelling at customers to move for them, which created a chaotic atmosphere. The food was average, and the prices didn't justify the experience.The management left much to be desired. I ordered a dish and waited 20 minutes, only to be told to wait another 10 minutes. In total, we ended up waiting 30 minutes for our food—what a waste of time!As for the environment, it hasn’t changed much from 福临酒家. The floor was sticky and oily, and the tableware and furniture looked like they had seen better days. It felt like everything was second-hand and in desperate need of an update.
