以為外國人唔食牛內臟，原來牛肚包就係意大利人民間傳統食物，外表比一般漢堡包大同足料嘅牛肚包，一試驚為天人，老闆表示包同牛肚麵係每日新鮮製造。難怪包外層鬆脆，內部軟綿綿，配料鮮嫩多汁，牛肚比牛扒更有肉味，一試難忘，水準遠超平日隨處可見的漢堡招牌牛肚包$49一個，份量爆多！中環一個無肉嘅包都貴過佢，以這個價錢同份量，Florence Tippa 性價比滿分。老闆幾Friendly同風趣，下次再試其他菜色。餐廳就係大館同孫中山紀念館附近。

今日去咗堅道呢間一直bookmark咗好耐嘅野食前排睇youtube見米紙都有介紹就決定試下我地order咗佢個signature bun招牌牛沙瓜包見廚師係即場切碎牛肚同mix咗唔同嘅醬睇落巳經好似好好味一咬個包好軟淋淋好似有輕輕烤過味道反而比想像中清淡牛肚好淋同creamy味道都等得意似家庭style嘅味道而且如果一個人食曬一個都幾飽總括而言覺得都幾特別同埋真係喺香港冇地方有咁嘅食物可以不妨一試

本身住堅道附近，又成日經過呢間小店但一直未試。琴晚終於買左個牛肚包加一個parma ham pizza，好食到不得了，冇乜花巧，但就係好有原始地道味道，感覺好葛村家庭味道。雖然我冇食過正宗牛肚包，不過口感好original。上嬝google 先知原來佛羅倫斯牛肚包係佛羅倫斯名物，而且琴晚食既係牛沙瓜( Lampredotto ) 部位，唔怪之得咁好味。個parma ham pizza個皮做得好好，個tomato sauce 好fresh，似係自己做，勁多火箭菜，非常原始味道。不過佢冇堂食，我建議如果唔係住堅道附近既人而想專程黎試下，最好即買即食，門口出面有張二人凳仔可以坐，或可以企係出面食。呢間小店係全港唯一一間有賣佛羅倫斯牛肚包，而且老闆係佛羅倫斯人，夠晒正宗，絕對真心推介識食之人黎試下。

I recently tried the signature Lampredotto Bun at a small restaurant located in Central Soho area, and it was a delightful experience. 這店是由兩位意大利人開和主持的，已經試食不同的款式，無論係 Pizza 、牛肚包、意大利粉 都非常意大利風味，總之就係好好味，價錢唔貴，我介紹咗俾我屋企人，個個都話好好！ 值得推介下次拍照給大家參考。

I had two meals here during my four-day visit, tried burger and lasagna, both tasty and the prices are surprisingly fair! (I mean HK is known for overpriced food and everything, but the nice food here could have been sold at 80-120 hkd. The prices are acceptable for me as that’s how much they are in Beijing, tho Beijing is also overpriced but a bit better than HK..)I saw this restaurant on Chinese social media Red and came all the way to try it, so worth it.
