While shopping at Diamond hill, they had a food fair, so walked by and saw A Style had a stall there.They had their usual range of frozen seafood ready to eat once thawed, including their big spider like crabs and shellfish.For their cooked snacks they had ready to eat big scallops for $20, a choice of buttered or Teriyaki.I got the Teriyaki, and the scallops were quite big, the orange part was the best, usually they taste rubbery, but this one tasted velvety just like pate and fish roe.In terms of scallop anatomy, the orange part is the ovary-testis according to the Fisheries and Aquaculture Department .

之前有机会可以把一只皇帝蟹带回家品尝，优质堂位于葵涌的一个写字楼中，虽然比较远，但是其服务态度值得辛苦走一回。因为她们的同事会很用心的跟您解析有关解冻和食用要注意的地方。对我来说，以前吃过自助餐的长脚蟹，但是也许是因为要自己亲手去拆肉，所以辛苦得来的特别觉得好味道。第一口觉得蟹脚肉既有非常重的蟹肉味道，而且咸水味道也很重，那种所谓的海水鲜味令我很久也不能忘记。而蟹膏也不少，只是可能我解冻时间不足够（本来要求三小时，但是我只解冻了两小时半就急不及待要吃它了！）。所以还有小小雪味。纵使那样，单是吃蟹脚已经非常满足了。以一只要六百元之价钱来说是有点贵，但是人一世，物一世，试过就是试过，满足就是满足。她们还有其他海产，好像是马粪海胆和皇帝蟹亲子等等可以提供。
