话说好多人都话一位难求订到2024嘅东煮友喜,好彩今年仲有一枱。之前成日好多人话想食,唔知点解有枱但今次叫人一齐食就一波三折,幸好是晚食到最精彩嘅一次。芥末麻香花胶冰镇南非鲍鱼鲜青柠口水鸡哈蜜瓜爵士汤赛螃蟹粉法饱金蒜蒸指天翅黄金瑶柱炒饭上汤有机菜远老陈皮红豆沙好开心个晚个个朋友话好食都讲左好多日,多谢赏面。听老板讲,佢哋下年会搬铺,应该下年年头又可以有张枱,今次就一定要试吓佢嘅龙虾同象拔蚌,当晚见到佢竟然有蛏子炒米粉底,睇黎要book两枱先食得哂。 继续阅读

预定东煮友喜真的可以年计,今次托朋友的福可以来一试一晚只做3张枱 (不过等以后搬了新店就会有5张)我们一行8人,每一味菜上桌时,老板娘都会细心先作介绍蟹粉法饱为了它我愿意排队超级夸张的蟹粉 配上法包,令人幸福到极点芥末大花胶花胶大约有手掌的长装度,咬口非常爽南非大饱鱼又弹又鲜,每人一只超正,不过摆盘有点奇怪🤔可能正常一围会有12只吧酸辣薄荷叶配象拔蚌放上枱已经好有气势既一道菜,薄荷叶配上象拔蚌这个配搭真的好出色酸味辣味鲜味一啖放入口,全晚我最爱的一道菜金华火腿衬锅巴暖暖的金华火腿配上锅巴入口即溶哈密瓜炖汤火候十足,清润至极最后每人大约$1500非常值得再来 继续阅读

最近有幸朋友拉队再次食到东煮友喜🥰 水准依然 招牌赛螃蟹粉蒸蛋同油香鲜马友完全冇失望 当晚menu如下👇🏻 - 芥末麻香花胶 🌟- 冰镇南非鲍鱼 - 桂花火方锅巴 - 哈蜜瓜爵士汤 🌟 - 赛螃蟹粉法饱 🌟 - 鲜头刀咕噜肉 - 咸梅蒸鲜马友 🌟 - 上汤有机菜远 - 老陈皮红豆沙  走嘅时候话想再book但老板娘话booking已经full到2024年🤦🏻‍♂️ 迟吓搬完舖先会再开放订位🥲 继续阅读

Highly recommended by foodie friend; saying that takeaway tasted as good as eating in the restaurant. Ordered the set meal for 4: $1,490. Here’s what we had.-Cold appetizers-芥末麻香花胶. Originally thought 麻香 meant 麻辣 but turned out it was 麻油, very aromatic, with a hint of wasabi.冰镇南非鲍鱼. Very tender. No additional sauce necessary.-Mains-瑶柱蒸贵妃鸡 (since I didn’t take spicy, picked this over the alternative 口水鸡). Sauce with the chicken oil and shreds of 瑶柱 was so fragrant that we were already planning on saving it for our noodles for lunch the next day.香煎马友一夜干. 一夜干 is a process whereby the fish is cleaned, marinated in salty water and air dried overnight. 马友, being relatively fatty, is an excellent choice for this process, as its flesh becomes firmer and more textured. We reheated it in the oven as per instructions. Skin was very crispy, and not dry at all. -Rice-蒜香膏蟹荷叶饭. Reheated by steaming. Mixed the蟹膏 into the rice. Taste was outstanding. Crab was cooked just right.-Dessert-芝麻汤圆, came with ready-made 姜茶. We boiled ourselves.In summary: one of the most outstanding takeaways we’ve tried. Highly recommended.
