提前咗一星期book位,尋日收到電話話叫我落訂金$200,原本都已經諗定要去食,咁俾訂金冇乜所謂,主要係今次嘅員工態度太差,我訂左12位,明明去到有大枱唔肯俾我,我出聲要求好意思同我講兩張枱一樣,我指咁要坐嗰張大嘅,又改口話嗰張係14人枱我哋得12人唔俾坐,最尾見我嬲嬲地先肯轉張大枱俾我,落單原本我想散叫,個經理就不斷游說我哋叫我哋叫套餐,我先生唔想諗食乜,就按佢意思叫咗一個4000幾嘅套餐,原本之前食過幾次我對佢哋食物係有信心嘅,點知今次中晒伏,個套餐最貴嗰個龍蝦伊麵超級無敵鹹,之後個蒸魚又係勁鹹,最尾個炒飯都超級鹹,同個經理反映,一開始安撫我哋就話送甜品送嘢飲,叫我哋自己去雪櫃拎雪梨水,點知小朋友攞咗兩支雪梨水入嚟就即刻有另外一個經理好緊張,問我哋係咪要加嘢飲,之後我哋同佢講話係你哋同事話叫我哋自己去攞因為啲食物太鹹太難食賠償俾我哋,我哋叫呢個經理試吓食物,佢話龍蝦敏感唔敢試,試咗個炒飯竟然同我哋講話自己食得鹹覺得OK唔覺得鹹,搞到好似我哋特登去搞事咁,原本應承咗送甜品明明話蒸緊,我買完單等咗一陣都未有,再問返又話同事冇落單,真係非常搞笑,奉勸一句今時今日咁嘅服務態度只會令啲客走晒
