As a big fan of curry (I love all sorts of curry- be it Japanese, Indian, Thai or Malay-style!), I bought this can of curry, which is a brand-new curry sauce made in Hong Kong!-My mom cooked it with potato and beef fillets. It’s simple. First boil and soften the potatoes. Also marinate the beef fillets with soy sauce, sugar and corn powder. Then here comes the curry sauce! You can stir fry everything in the wok!-The curry sauce is more like Chinese or Cantonese-style. 难得喺屋企下厨🤪今次炒个四季豆菇菇椰菜花🥦挑战下自己😂 今次用咗赣鱼拌酱,简介写采用刁子鱼、虾米、菜甫、豆豉等配料制作而成,最后煮完𩠌拌食就得🤩如果𩠌菜无味都可以加入去捞匀,我觉得味道似鱼味唔辣嘅XO酱🤣材料:四季豆、鲜菇、椰菜花、赣鱼拌酱1. 清洗及切开四季豆,鲜菇,椰菜花⭐️椰菜花要反转浸喺盐水30分钟以上,再用流动嘅水清洗。2. 煲滚水烚一烚四季豆同椰菜花,3分钟至半软状态,捞起,过冻水。3. 锅里加油,炒鲜菇菇至软腍,加入四季豆同椰菜花。4. 加入赣鱼拌酱,酱汁同菜捞埋一齐就完成啦🙆🏼‍♀️酱汁配料:菜籽油、蒜头、鱼干、指天椒、虾米、干葱、腌制萝卜干、豆豉、鱼露、白糖、芝麻油和酱油.各大超市同网站有售 继续阅读
