茶木‧台式休閒餐廳 (杏花新城)

Just catching up for a random lunch with friend at Heng Fa Chuen.  We were lucky that there wasn't anyone queing as it was after lunch hours so we just got ourselves a seat and made our orders as soon as we arrived! TeaWood 紅燒牛肉麵 (Marks: 8.5/10)My all times favourite dish at Taiwan! The beef was thick yet tender in nature! It was kept juicy and succulent after drenching into the beef gravy, definitely went well with the flavour-wise soup base. Noodle were very well textured, quite chewy and filling.桂圓紅棗茶 (Marks 8.10)Was a soothing cup of tea! It was kept hot with a little candle held underneath to keep its fragrance.Overall Marks: (7/10)Overall, this was a pleasant dine in experience and undoubtedly TeaWood has been keeping its standard accross all its chain stores and it never dissapoints me at all! 終於找到新工作嘛，所以和家人去試試之前他們說沒吃過的茶木。媽媽下班後就先去拿位置，沒想到才6點已經要等位。坐下後就說用餐時間是90分鐘，不過眼看店面的職員不夠，點餐和上餐也比較慢。柚子南瓜茸沙律($62)今次的南瓜茸沒有那麼甜，而且柚子也很少啊。不過作為開胃前菜，那些菜倒是很清新吧TeaWood 紅燒牛肉麵($68)台灣菜又怎可以漏了這個。牛肉夠腍身又入味。配上濃郁湯底，怪不得連我爸這種挑剔的人也說好吃~麵也夠彈牙、就只是紅蘿蔔太生了! 墨汁奶油花枝手作麵 ($74)吃過手作麵覺得口感不錯，所以放棄了肉燥飯類。不過揀了這個墨汁奶油真的是錯誤選擇，那計簡直是膩得過份。吃一小碗還好，第二碗已經要投降。蚵嗲肉碎泡飯 ($70)晚上的話，我爸還是要有飯落肚的，所以就推薦這個泡飯給他。有湯易入口，因為出外吃飯很多時都會碰上飯又硬又乾的問題  蚵嗲算鮮味~不過湯的調味好像偏鹹了 .__.甜品是另一個胃，而且也要試下茶木的特色甜品嘛~芒果香草磚塊蜜糖吐司 ($72)吐司很脆~芒果雪糕感覺比之前的抹茶口味吸引得多呢~…查看更多
