今日行開佐敦， 見呢間fushion菜食評ok,就去試下。8點幾去食，一入去就有位:)，坐底就即刻送左個免費嘅類似墨西哥脆片嘅野俾我地食，略嫌個脆片喊醫少少。跟住叫左個尼泊爾餃子，其實如果唔點佢啲醬，佢同普通餃子並無咩分別，不過餃子有肉汁，不過不失啦:)之後梗係唔少得叫個羊肉瑪拉加個千層薄餅啦，唔算好辣，岩哂我，正~之後仲叫左個risotto,係店員推薦嘅，真係幾好食估唔到最正嘅竟然係risotto, 啲蝦又唔會“梅“，幾爽口，值得一試。飲品方面，佢地會係飲品上畫公仔有心思試左杯 avocado shake 同mango lassi，唔算好甜，但我個人較喜歡mango, 牛油果用黎做飲品我唔太習慣。食完哂我叫左個心太軟冇流心總括而言，呢間小店服務細心，又會經常幫你加水執枱，食物價錢又算平，每人平均都係一百左右，值得一試。:)…查看更多

Knowing that this place is very popular among Hong Konger & Indian community, we made a booking at 730pm. Even though we reached shortly before 730pm, we still needed to wait for another 30min before we were allowed to enter as those customers inside have not left yet. As we have a group of 6, we ordered few dishes to try out.First came the papadum, it was a complimentary starter that was quite common in most Indian restaurants. It was very thin & crispy, charred to perfection. The sauce was in light peppermint taste, causing one's feel like having more and more. It would be better if they have the hot & spicy sauce too.Nachos salad was served with huge portion. It came with a lot of ingredients & topped with sour cream for us to mix it well. It was another good appertizer to start with. Since we ordered masala lamb, we ordered garlic naan too as it will be quite bland to just eat the masala alone. Even though the meat is quite tender, it would be better if the sauce could be more. After finishing the masala, there is still some left over naan for us to finish. Naan has a very strong garlic smell, taste as good as those naan i have tried in Xinjiang.  From the picture alone, one could imagine how huge the portion was. Baby ribs was coated with BBQ sauce, and every meat is very tender & juicy. Squid ink pizza comes with several topping and with thin crust, so allowing us to finish it easily. It's been a few months since I last came to Mals's Fusion Cuisine, so I decided to come here again to see whether they can keep up with the quality of their food. I couldn't believe their boss still remembered me even we haven't seen each other for quite a few months. He was still as nice and friendly as before. :) He greeted me and my friend with a big smile on his face. What a great feeling!!! As usual, they served us with papadum as a free appetizer. It was crispy, but slightly spicier than what I tried before. It was yummy! :) Then, we had a crab meat salad with mango. The portion of it was as big as before. It had sliced cucumbers, sliced mangoes, cherry tomatoes, mixed greens and crab meat in it. All the ingredients were very fresh. I couldn't believe how fresh the crab meat tasted actually. It's hard to find restaurants which serve fresh crab meat nowadays. The sliced mangoes also gave me quite a surprise. I knew the mangoes were not in season, but it actually tasted sweeter than I thought it would be. Also, the mango salad dressing went very well with the entire salad. It was sweet and sour in taste made the salad even more appetizing! After having the salad, we decided to try something new. Therefore, we ordered a sausage pepperoni pizza with a squid ink base. I really adored how brave they were to add squid ink pizza base to their lovely new menu. Right before they served us with the pizza, we already smelled the pizza. It was full of cheese, sausages and pepperoni. It tasted very cheesy and yummy. I was really surprised that I could actually taste the squid ink from the pizza base. You know sometimes restaurants advertise how tasty their squid ink pasta is, but I could never taste the squid ink. But, this squid ink pizza base totally amazed me with its flavourful squid ink taste. However, I had a small complaint about the crispiness of the pizza. It wasn't crispy enough. Overall, it was still a delicious pizza. :) For some reason, we both were really hungry last night. So, we ordered prawn cakes with corns. The prawn cakes were full of fresh prawn meat and tasted so delicious with the corns. However, it wasn't firmed enough.At the end, we ordered mango lassi to end our dinner. I really admired their boss to take his time out to draw a smiling face and a heart on the mango lassi. It seriously made us very happy!!! The mango lassi was thick, creamy and cold with a strong mango taste. Totally loved it!!! My friend and I were very satisfied with their service and food overall. I don't even know how many time I've come here. I really love it here because of its big portion of the dishes, reasonable prices, their friendly staff and boss.This time I wanted to try something different from last time, so I decided to order house salad, aloo paratha (naan with potato filling), beef curry and mango lassi.House SaladIt had boiled eggs, cheery tomatoes, bell peppers, mix green leaves and avocado in it. Every single ingredient in this salad was very fresh and they all matched the honey mustard dressing very well. Yummy!!!Beef CurryThe curry itself was very rich and had a really nice fragrance. It wasn't spicy at all. I think for those who can't eat spicy stuff can eat this beef curry as well. The consistency of the curry was totally on point. It was neither too thick nor too thin. The beef was really tender and had a really nice meaty flavour. It was far better than the frozen beef in the market. This dish was totally perfect either with naan or rice. Aloo ParathaThe aloo paratha was really hot and fresh, but it was slightly oilier and softer than a plain naan. As there was a potato filling inside, so it really did fill me up. Although aloo paratha wasn't my favourite, it was pretty decent to try.Mango LassiI really love the boss  and staff here taking their time to put a smiling face on the mango lassi. It did brighten up my mood every single time I see that smiling face. Thanks a lot! Moving on to the mango lassi, the consistency of the lassi was perfect. It was neither too thick nor too thin. 是次相聚著朋友提食什麼，她提議這間新開的Fusion餐廳。一行四日，冒著大雨到訪。甫進店內，店員見我們如此狼狽，貼心遞上紙巾。店內環境昏暗，不算大，在言談間得知是旁邊小酒窩的班底移師過來，難怪兩間店的風格這麼相似。餓極了，迫不及待點餐，每人點了一樣，難得的其上餐速度很快，更難得的是，可以一次過上，這對於相機先食的朋友是一件多麼開心的事，因為我們可以影一張成枱都係美食的靚相，再各自左影右影。這裡的食物真的很有驚喜，店員推介的魚柳salad更是不得了，很中我的口味。廚師推介pizza不像其他的pizza般留了一條厚厚的面包邊，而是材料平均分佈於整個pizza表面，賣相極之討好。烤雞啖啖肉，上枱一刻，白煙裊裊，令人興奮。外面雖然滂沱大雨，但裏面吃得開心愉快。美食、食友、相機三者在一起，食飯總是令人充滿歡喜。 …查看更多
