今半啡

中上環一帶不乏受歡迎的咖啡店，Meanwhile這間咖啡店位於禧利街盡頭，雖不遠亦不易察覺；咖啡店以木色為主調，很多使用器皿都是木製，員工友善，仔細介紹咖啡特色，整體感覺很親切，是一個很適合閒聊的地方。這次到訪純粹是閒逛中上環一帶時，想找找咖啡店坐下嘆咖啡，所以只點了兩款咖啡 【Dirty】和【Hand Drip Coffee】。咖啡師仔細介紹每一款咖啡豆產地和風味，而手沖出來的咖啡質素很高，不同溫度帶來的風味都與別不同。不是第一次喝Dirty，但這裡Dirty牛奶和濃縮咖啡的配搭出來的效果特別郁香，應該與他們用的牛奶有關(忘了是什麼奶)，而且分層效果都很好啊! 值得一試!…查看更多

Have been enjoying cafe-hopping recently. There are many new coffee shops in Sheung Wan. This afternoon I stepped into “Meanwhile”. The store was cozy and comfy, but there weren’t many seats. The staff was so nice to let me sit at the only large table in the house.And I had the BEST DIRTY IN TOWN today!A Dirty Coffee is a double shot of espresso that has been poured directly into cold milk. There were 2 distinctive layers composed of extremely hot espresso shot and cold milk. The espresso shot of Meanwhile is exceptionally high quality, the crema on the surface was very rich. When I took the first sip, I can distinctively smell and taste the espresso shot. And I could feel that there were two different textures and diverse tastes inside my mouth. Some coffee shops would mistakenly turned Dirty into “iced latte without ice”, or got the 2 layers blended before serving. But Meanwhile was managed to produce Dirty with high quality! Passed by and had a light brunch here- chill relaxing atmosphere with great food and coffee.We had the ham and eggs benedict on toast and the mascarpone toast with blueberry and honey. Both on sourdough toast which was crispy and not too hard.The staff was so friendly as well, overall I highly recommend for a relaxing light meal and would definitely be back…查看更多

一向喜歡cafe hopping。. 一開始俾cafe 名稱吸引「今半啡」Meanwhile Coffee, 特別喜歡cafe 小店嘅質感。鋪頭有一種日式感覺，有一種和諧舒服嘅感覺。..位於上環禧利街號，位置唔算難搵，地鐵站行過去3分鐘倒到。.Coffee 方面，試左佢地嘅drip coffee同dirty. 佢地嘅咖啡豆由台灣嚟，drip coffee有果香，幾香幾易入口。.佢地嘅pasta 同 avocado with sour dough味道都幾出色，特別鐘意佢地嘅pesto sauce, salad sauce 幾特別，問番先知係chef 既secret recipe...喜歡chill cafe 同coffee tasting 嘅朋友可以一試❣️recommended …查看更多
