唔記得咗幾耐冇喺香港食過韓燒,仲話韓牛?珊瑚海上個星期無啦啦話真係好想食韓燒,仲指明要食韓牛。好,要食嘅話唔該揀間好嘅,最後揀咗呢間。呢度嘅韓牛係來自濟洲嘅短毛韓牛,個名實在太可愛喇!6點幾嚟到,未滿座,正,最怕坐滿人,個個都燒臭到不得了。我哋嗌咗個$688嘅二人餐,價錢合理牛骨清湯奶白色嘅湯用韓牛骨熬製,勁鮮甜濃香;入面仲有韓牛片及麵添,不過啲麵就腍咗啲生拌韓牛阿Oppa先俾我哋影張相,之後加入啤梨條及生雞蛋,撈埋肉質細膩又少筋嘅後腰肉,我平時唔鍾意食生牛肉,但呢個真係又滑又好味!韓牛燒烤有偏肥嘅半白肉、鬆軟香濃嘅肉眼及坂府肉,仲有Oppa嚟幫我哋燒,完全唔需要擔心會燒燶!我自己就最鍾意肉眼後腿底板肉我哋散叫咗呢個好難讀嘅部位。油花均勻肉質嫩滑,入口即溶而且牛味超級濃郁,拍得住喺韓國街市食嗰啲韓牛呀!雙色韓式炸雞係炸雞翼及炸雞鎚,中間仲有啲雜菜,感覺好似健康啲!但可惜個炸雞翼冇乜味,相反炸雞鎚徘徊在似辣又酸之間,好掛住韓國啲炸雞呀!!!!燜牛肋骨一路用火煮緊嘅一大煲牛肋骨就食過唔少,但用細火及咁精緻嘅細煲去食就真係第一次!肉味香濃有嚼勁,癡住少少筋,口感好好。咁啱我有個白飯,撈汁食啱晒啦泡菜炒飯橙色嘅炒飯真係好吸引,不過我就覺得太辣喇珍珠白飯配韓牛牛腩片牛腩片有啲鞋,但總算肉味濃郁甜品係韓國傳統甜品甜米露,肉桂味好濃,不過偏甜環境好好,非常企理,而且食完都唔覺有油煙味。掛住韓國及韓牛嘅話,嚟呢度一解相思之愁都好!…Read More
