Suddenly craved sushi. Used the Genki app to see that there was no line over lunch hour on a weekday. Immediately came to get our seats.Ordered some good old sushi which were our all-time favourites. Speed was pretty fast!海膽軍艦The uni was a bit not too fresh, but the seaweed was very crispy! 帆立貝&赤海蝦These were fresh and good as usual! Red shrimps were our all-time favourites which was offered at a price of $10+10% each!吉列蠔花卷 was also one of our all-time favourites! It was delicious as usual with yummy salad dressing and crispy seaweed! The deep-fried oyster was tasty too, which was quite big and juicy! 炸軟殼蟹 was not as hot as before. They were just warm when eaten. That said, they were still quite fresh and was not overly oily. 蒲燒鰻魚芝士卷 tasted good as always. It was also one of my all-time favourites as I quite liked the cheese in the roll.甜蝦卷 was new to our usual orders. The shrimps were so tiny but actually tasted quite fresh. The fake crab sticks inside the rolls were so disappointing though as I never liked fake crab sticks... Gunkan seemed to be quite good today so we ordered more. 辣味三文魚 was pretty spicy this time. As usual, the dressing was tasty and the salmon was quite fresh despite being served with dressing. Good value for money at a price of $19 for two pieces.Comparatively, 北寄貝沙律 was relatively less good. There was insufficient amount of surf clams.The salmon was quite thin but they were ok for rolls. Taste-wise, they were quite delicious. The crispy roll fillings were ok.We usually didn't order this item so it was new to us. There was sufficient amount of minced tuna and they went great with a little bit of soy sauce. Again the best thing about Genki Sushi was that they served my favourite ice-cream which was such a good ending to the big feast!
