順豐排骨麵

一心諗住由炮台山行去銅鑼灣食野，行到天后時已經肚餓，最後都係留番天后覓食。本來想食刺身和壽司，但一個人吃不到多少⋯最後都係去捃麵食算了⋯再來這家古舊的擔擔麵小店，印象吃過一次，好不好味已記不起⋯應該不會差！一眼睇晒有咩食，我個人好悶，食開果樣唔會太想轉，所以⋯今次諗都唔使諗，叫了排骨擔擔麵排骨擔擔麵還附送豆漿一杯（合共$57）個人較喜歡濃郁一點的花生麻香，所以另外要求加重一點，味道中規中矩，湯底好夠熱，麵條是幼身的，可惜麵條不算太掛汁排骨即是豬扒，即叫即炸熱辣辣，肉質鬆軟，份量都好足夠，吃時把肉浸一浸湯會更好吃！若然單點一個擔擔麵，價錢就係$38…查看更多

Date dined: Tuesday 14th September 2010 3.45pmOrdered: 排骨擔擔麵(ribs spicey noodles) + 菜肉雲吞(wonton with pork and veg) + 2 free 豆漿 (soya milk)Taste: The 排骨擔擔麵 (ribs spicey noodles) came seperately. the 擔擔麵 looked superb!! first taste was it was SUPER SPICEY. We ordered 'orginal' level of spiciness but turned out to be SUPER HOT!!! The 排骨 came afterwards and was freshly made!! Unlike breadcrumb pork chop, it isnt as cripsy but it is fried. It says it is spare ribs but it is actually pork chop cut in thin slices. It is tasty but not salty. The 豆漿 was very useful when i could not handle the spiciness, it cooled it right down.The 菜肉雲吞(wonton with pork and veg) came with a clear soup. there is about 7-8 wonton in a bowl. There are more greens than meat in the wonton which i like. It hasnt got this strong taste but rather plain. I had to add vinegar for more taste, but it is nicely made.Conclusion: To be honest, I was slightly disappointed after eating it. I have read so much good reviews on this restaurant on the old branch. Had quite a high expectations. it is not bad but I thought it had the WOW factor. 啊~~ 原來佢係以前細細o既鋪頭變身o既, 咁我已經係第二次食lee間排骨店啦~ 初時仲以為第一次食tim~~~上次係食lunch, 今次係食dinner, 兩次都有叫排骨, 不過感覺上上次好食d$32排骨擔擔麵連豆漿: 排骨另上感覺良好, 因為咁樣先唔會令排骨因為浸得太耐而口感變差, 不過可惜o既係件排骨冇第一次食咁好食, 今次係偏肥同細件, 有d扣分啊~~~ 不過佢地都會問你擔擔麵要唔要辣, lee樣野都算細心~~~:)$32酸辣雲吞連豆漿 + $4配麵底!!! 整體上都average啦, 4粒雲吞涵料足~~ 不過酸辣湯辣味同酸味都唔夠, 可以再做好d, 但反而湯o既配料好似木耳、肉絲o個d又足料wor~~~希望下次如果再去的話排骨可以再進步d就好啦~~~ 因為我真化3幾鍾意食上海排骨啊~~~…查看更多
