最近不經意地喝了杯"跟餐咖啡" ,突然味覺 一亮,不知是否因為防疫的緣故,咖啡杯似乎經過高溫處理,暖暖的咖啡杯盛著熱燙的咖啡,居然將味道狠狠的提升了。另一亮點是下午茶餐的雞肉藜麥沙律,實驗對纖體有明顯功效,當然前題是晚餐只可食小吃 不能吃正餐。雖然一直覺得吃沙律有違本人 cp值原則、無滴血,但原來只要踏出第一步 ,健康飲食並非想像中困難,白烚/慢煮雞肉嫩滑菜蔬新鮮,算是自虐中的一點安慰,而且有會員卡第二位又有半價,兼可儲積分。欣賞這食肆早在政府規管前已提供搓手液,餐具爽潔不黏手,座位間距寬敞,令人有安心、舒適的用餐體驗,相信這些都是成本。其實各食肆有不同目標客戶:美食組,CP組,氣派組,方便組,邊際利潤不能一概而論,能令顧客滿意,甘心進貢的就是良心企業。食肆的好壞,從來只應以營運與食物質素去決高下而非其他,這才合乎美食公義,別讓"劣幣驅逐良幣" 。…Read More

風格:幽暗的意大利餐廳排排坐,座位舒適但枱間距離頗近,只談談政治,曬曬命,不能講是非和秘密。推薦的是Contemporary pizza ,價錢最貴,其貌不揚,一副"伏"相,看來無toppings,只見幾片火腿與批底,卻出乎意料有驚喜,材料簡單才是吃的藝術,pizza的熱力蒸發火腿 的甘香,未入口已撲鼻而來,由於沒有太多配料,令火腿香味更突出。上網查證才知非一般pama ham. 是Culatello Di Zibello. 配紅酒應該可以,我地開了支Chianti.Tajarin Pesto是很幼很簿的意大利旦麵,份量少但相信卡路里不少,重芝士頗惹味。T-bone steak 絕對可扼like, 友人吃得津津有味,超900gram 連骨,卻不是我杯茶,味淡,冧滑但略有渣。試網友推界Tiramisu (Whisky味) ,奶味濃郁,whisky酒香直沖上顎。服務很好 ,有英文人,有中文人,餐牌意大利文,英文,唔識可以問人,或google定。後來又encore吃了個set lunch $138-188@免加一,有3款,lunch就牛扒可以,pizza是classic底,很一般,但包house wine ,算抵食。地點方便,火車站行5分鐘。如果有訂位app五至七折可以一試。…Read More

偶然路過發覺牛字輩食肆竟然進駐高檔商場又一城,當然要捧場。週末晚二人枱十張飛等了45分鐘,此分店不做放題,有限時。第一次食日式燒肉,看見複雜的菜單都覺頭痛,點了較平價的匯豐二人優惠套餐。場地環境企理,夠暗,不少單人座卡位,傾偈方便,油煙不大,正。食物質素一般,大部分燒肉味道 ok,唯柱狀牛舌靱到要回吐,廣島蠔略腥。沙律好味,芝士粒,煙肉粒有香味有口感。我見識淺,把金菇走錫紙盒上網直燒,但一樣爽脆鮮甜。最滿意是二人餐包4杯飲品,有不少選擇,最後叫了兩杯啤酒,一杯威士忌梳打,一杯荔枝梳打(含酒),所有飲品無論甜度及温度都啱口味,平燒肉的乾燥,餐後有幾粒強力薄荷糖清口氣。我與朋友食量不大,有兩大杯飲品撐肚啱啱好,但一般相信要追加才夠飽。整體用餐經驗舒適,比涮涮燈影牛肉簿片放題有更大幸福感。題外話,懷疑人手不足,翻枱效率較慢,結賬後約八分鐘才有員工換烤板,然後待另一員工清理,加上場地曲尺長廊設計,員工要十米穿梭跑,以致場內吉位,場外等位。做好期望管理免影響心情。…Read More

星期六早上到太興食早餐,餐旦麵略鹹,但勝在多年來完全保持穩定水準,令食客心中有數。小插曲是於10:20分排隊入座前發現一對中年男女鬼祟站在燒味部徘徊,最後發現原來等候短髮背心樓面幫忙打尖入座,令我延遲了8分鐘入座。星期六早上的8分鐘算不上什麼,也未有動氣。雖然相信事發因人情債非關利益,不過按老一輩“細時偷針,大時偷金”的邏輯,這種走後門被視為常態,無論街市,酒樓,以至教育機構安插親友子女入名校如是,此風不可長。…Read More
