星期三晚訂了6點時段的鍋心粥底火鍋!佢有好多間分店,我訂了佐敦的店,到了店鋪感覺有點迫,座位亦坐得不太舒服!但服務員總算是有問有答,隨傳隨到!火鍋包肉蟹同白沙蜆,粥底包楠瓜、芋頭同粟米,另外可選5種海鮮同8類肉或蔬菜!每位人頭收費200.......我們4人食到抱著肚子,很滿足,除了收費合理外,食物的份量都很足!而最最最重要的是食物質素很高!海鮮新鮮,又鮮甜,而肉類亦唔hea.....肉質美味.....坦白講,200蚊食到這樣的質素而又夠飽,真心覺得平靚正,掋食!絕對會encore!…Read More

突然其來的韓燒

星期二悶悶的想食燒肉,無意間就去了炑八韓燒!之前早就聽過這間店,主要都是由於韓劇主角原因啦,但就一直都未食過!加上很久沒有寫食評了,一於就到這家店試試吧!閒日的晚上,不算多人,不用排隊或取籌,直接便可進去了!門口還有大大的宋仲基紙牌人像呢!可惜不是我的至愛,所以也沒有來張自拍照呢!由於不多人的關係,我們二人被安排了一張4人枱,坐得輕鬆!看了餐牌,雖然有套餐,但覺得不太合口味,還是散叫了厚切五花腩,特製牛肋骨,再加了水冷麵及烤牛肉蓋飯!落單後,店員很快便端來了前菜及配菜,包括包肉的菜類,泡菜,青瓜,芽菜,蒜椒等等!店員亦跟著很快的端來了其餘各種食物,擺到滿滿的!我們首先燒五花腩,這五花腩一整舊冰冰的,像剛從雪櫃取出來,反了几次後,店員主動過來幫忙剪成肉條,再燒一會,我們便包上配菜吃!吃下去肉質口感及味道均屬一般而已...燒完五花腩,急速轉移寄望喺牛肋骨,一向都覺得韓燒黎講,牛肋骨係必食而且有保証,但這個特製牛肋骨味道不好,肉質唔鬆軟...真的有點失望!我之前一直未食過水冷麵,這次是第一次嘗試,未能作比較,但初體驗黎講,我覺得這麼熱的天氣,吃下冰冰涼涼的東西很不錯,我比較喜歡的是冷麵加入了梨,令味道清甜舒服,確有解暑的感覺!但除梨外,其實麵質普通!至於烤牛肉蓋飯都是感到失望,味道一般且牛肉難以咀嚼!…Read More

平時外出吃飯吃得最多的就是日本菜,其次就是火鍋,而且地點都集中於市區!回想一下都感到技窮,愧為食評家喔!今次趁着机會,走進元朗朗屏,發現了世外桃源,在恬靜的社區找到了驚喜---MeNu homemade fusion多國菜、意大利、尼泊爾、印度菜!在香港找間餐廳食西餐及意大利菜不難,但未知尼泊爾及印度菜是否也容易找到呢? 我個人來說都只是第二次吃尼泊爾菜......對於印度及尼泊爾菜的款式,我都只是認識咖哩同kebab而已!餐廳面積不大,簡單裝修,但配置了一些細少的裝飾品同植物,頗有特式,但不算是坐得舒適的類型!點菜方面,我們點了燒羊肉薄餅,三文魚意粉,kebab燒羊肉卷,印式香料炒飯,招牌薯蓉,烤雞牛油果沙律及亡果咖哩配薄餅!食物味道很好,店鋪廚師雖然是尼泊爾人但烹調的味道符合香港人口味,不會太辣而香料的味道保留得到之餘亦不會過濃,個人頗喜歡食羊肉,它的羊肉pizza及kebab都值得推介,香料炒飯的飯炒到很亁身,吃下去飯粒分明,配會印度香料味道濃郁!招牌薯蓉都得creamy,奶味薯味好香!不過亡果咖哩就好像不太夾,我想食返印式咖哩可能更好!下次要再回來試試其他菜式~~最後一點是價錢很合理,今次走進元朗可算是食到性價比高的食物質素,看來下次要再來發掘一下其他美食同大家分享一下!…Read More

牛角燒肉其實已經食過好多次,亦已經做了會員,每次都總有些會員優惠吸引我再光顧,當然每次惠顧的食物質素、味道都是有所保証的!感覺就像其他連鎖快餐店一樣,只是變了日式而已,所以每次想給它寫個食評,每次都忘記了!還記得以前食過不少日式燒肉都吃到驚驚的,不是燒肉沒有味道就是很容易燒焦,所以對吃日式燒肉都沒有什麼期望!有一段時間覺得韓式燒肉更容易把握!但食完牛角後,對日式燒肉改觀了,不知什麼原因的發覺不會容易燒焦肉質,而且燒肉能鎖住肉汁加上已淹了調味,不用沾醬油都已經很入味!更難得的是除了燒肉外,其他熟食都很不錯,好像辣味溫泉蛋牛肉飯、凱薩沙拉都不錯!而王樣牛胸腹肉同牛肋肉是必食推介,我特別喜歡牛肋肉,吃上口口感好,夠腍之餘還混了些肥肉,比較有油香!反而海鮮類及蔬菜類只屬一般!牛肋肉…Read More

值得推介的雞煲火鍋

有朋友喺外國黎香港旅行,想試香港既火鍋,我想帶朋友試些較有香港特色既火鍋,於是找找看,找了一輪都想不到什麼是香港特色的火鍋,看到尚上下夏標榜的雞煲加養生火鍋!心想雞煲是不是香港特色呢!時間緊迫想不到那麼多,就訂位去試試吧!去到尚上下夏,內裡的牆紙裝飾是仿大排擋feel的,配街市大橙燈等等,心想都算几有特色吧!由於朋友帶了bb,店員都好細心,為我們準備了bb椅,其間亦主動照顧我們的各樣需要!服務算是不錯~~我們點了半隻雞,鴛鴦鍋要龍蝦海鮮湯同群翅雞湯,另外亦點左極尚手切牛肉,以及其他一些有like的推介食物,食物質素不錯,既新鮮亦創新,好像普通墨魚滑就混了油炸鬼,感覺有趣!不過湯底方面,我們未有在下食物前先試味,後來混了其他食物後都分不清味道了,但群翅雞湯內真的吃到群翅呢!還有店內的小食也不錯,我們點了鹵水鴨舌及鴨胗,鹵水味適中,但鴨舌如加點辣會比較野味,鴨胗口感有點像牛𦟌,如可硬一點會比較好!是次火鍋大家都吃得很開心很滿足,朋友們亦讚賞味道不錯,唯獨對極尚牛肉有點失望,300蚊一碟,但吃下去不大吃到牛肉味,但這亦可能是由於雞煲的味道太濃,已蓋過了一些食材的鮮味,下次惠顧應該可以選一些便宜一點的!…Read More

星期一的補假相約了朋友出來閒逛,在荃灣購物完後,肚仔餓了,朋友介紹荃灣廣場新開了一間鐡板燒叫道頓堀御好燒,並指味道不錯,等了一會取到位子後便坐下來,職員通知我們鐵板高温達190度,著我們要小心留意!我們點了一個4人餐!由於我是第一次來,所以煎燒餅部份還是交給朋友負責吧!枱上有張教導牌教我地整燒餅的步驟!還有個計時鐘給我們計時!朋友先落油,米䊢,加上涵料,椰菜,然後一翻,再加米䊢!然後等計時鐘響再加上燒汁蛋黃醬,灑上海苔粉,燒餅就完成啦~~~親身試了一下發現原來翻餅及令燒餅定形是不容易的事,另在鐡板上煎了牛肉及魷魚,味道都不錯!整頓飯其實頗有新鮮感,又有得玩又有得食!未試過的朋友可以一試,但本人一向都不太喜歡食日式燒餅!所以感覺還是食日式燒肉比較吸引吧!另外店鋪未知是否員工不足,吃完的碟子及盤子一直都沒有來收捨呢⋯⋯…Read More
