被厚切兩字引咗入去,點知虛有其表當然賣相都可以,不過咖哩咁深黑色都覺得出事一食落口, 唔多辣, 香又唔夠香好似想扮日式, 又唔覺有甜, 略咸就有豬扒, 金黃色都ok,不過名不符實厚切? 睇過,咁都叫厚? 薄到呢,普通港式茶記豬扒唔難咬,又唔特別鬆軟,普通到唔恨賣65蚊,當然呢家時勢午餐,旺區, 5,60蚊閒事,但係唔該都對得住自己仲好意思大大隻字標榜期間限定??雖然都知呢類舗,明主力主打晚市,做小炒,午市只係幫補下舗租但都對得住自己招牌,對得住想食餐好少少,抖返1個鐘既打工仔…Read More

養在深閨人未識,市井的瑰寶

果真要用長恨歌- "養在深閨人未識"以形容呢間士多。若非早2,3個月有文章報導,openrice當時仍未有此店頁面,這瑰寶將會何時才被展現廢話少說,早陣子出過紅磡一間蛋包飯,賣相做法算正宗,可是仍要改進至於華記蛋包飯,你可以講非正宗 + 帶點港式風味,但賣相,食味,價錢絕對冇可挑剔先睇一睇全相,已試過多次,所以並非來自同一日拍攝相比日式,當然沒有那份精細,但卻帶來粗獷,野性蛋漿特別炮製,極像火山爆出的岩漿一樣由山頂慢慢流向山下望見滑滑地流動已經令人食指大動像近日大熱的"蛋黃哥",懶洋洋地爬在炒飯上。絕對可以做港版 figure入面的炒飯是港式 style, 配以豉油、雞柳炒香。乾濕恰到好處,亦不會太咸,雞柳亦是嫩滑,只略嫌有時比較大件一點,再精細少少會更好不過,這就是 Hong Kong style, 太精細又未免過份做作這兒的蛋包飯是預設咖哩汁鋪面。正好在柔柔的滑蛋上外加一層剛烈不過,亦唔需要太擔心辣度。咖哩像日式那樣,較為甜度行先,不過入口又隨即感受到微妙的辛辣更妙的是當你食完整個飯,你唔會覺得太辛辣,而要喝很多水。只是有點微辛在口中蕩漾像是錦上添花當然,真的不能吃咖哩,便請於落單時盡早提出。價錢,包凍飲一杯只是33蚊。不要飲品只是28蚊物價飛升的年代,還可要求什麼?p.s. 1. 供應時間大約在中午時份,想食就要注意時間。另等候時間會較長,(好似只得1人1爐)。    趕時間者請自量2. 話明"士多",本身只供應簡單小食,坐的位置不多,不建議大班人前往。   又鄰近後巷,但其實環境是可以的,並非太差,試想像普通室內茶記,間時都會有不名的飛蟲吧。   別忘記這是室外,直接面對街道。有潔癖或太注重環境者就不必慕名3. 服務,你預左冇,得1,2個人要招呼突然多增的人流,又要兼顧洗碗、收枱、落單、收錢   小本家庭式經營。唔好太在意,有時可能會覺得被冷代。但黎得呢到你預左,三十幾蚊你想要咩服 務, sir? 留返去高級、集團式店舖先用呢種態度吧香港今時今日就係發展太過快、盲目所有事追求符合標準,客人永遠是對的先導致特色小店末落、千篇一律的連鎖店成行成市嘗試走進橫街,暫且放下都市生活的追求、標準,以保存那份傳統的 "美"…Read More

又旦午飯時段,記起附近有間 "潮" 鋪,從其他食家網看到一碟蝦籽頭抽崩沙腩撈麵,賣50蚊。但賣相不錯,而牛腩亦是心中所愛,一於試一試,看是龍是鳳果然,賣相不得了, 加10蚊普通腩轉崩沙腩,較少有,且筋、肉相間會更加好食60蚊一碟,崩沙腩毫不寒酸,件件份量十足,而且有大約十件,超級滿足。每件腩均肥瘦相宜,有爽口的咬感,但又不會難以咀嚼。還有很多蝦籽,足夠佈滿所有麵條。頭抽分開盛上,很鮮味,而且不用擔心會咸,加添頭抽,色水更美。補上再近鏡及頭抽撈後照撈麵當然要配湯一碗。湯清甜配2件白蘿蔔。絕對可以中和撈麵的乾身及濃味。60蚊一碟,單是崩沙腩的件數已經物有所值,不要忘記還有蝦籽、頭抽。當大部份人都用 80、90甚至100元去食一碗日本拉麵的時候,何不用60蚊去支持傳統、用料豐富、用心製作的中式粉麵呢?…Read More

星期一,想不到吃什麼午餐,特別行遠少少,經過一間標榜一碗牛肉麵要200元的養珍品。200元牛肉麵...凡夫俗子,如何可試。正想離開,午餐$55,有一款品味牛腩麵可選。那就不知一試,看看如何得知要200元的應該是招牌牛肉麵,與餐牌的品味牛腩麵不一樣,但應該相差不遠吧可配2款前菜,即是餐前小食,有醒胃的作用,選了花生以及泡菜。泡菜應是中式,非韓式,少少似潮州咸酸菜,但暗藏點辣味,開胃。主角上場,剛放下碗,一股牛香撲鼻。未試已取得不錯分數。盛麵的碗都幾大隻,牛香味很好,先喝一口湯,果然清甜,湯的顏色較淺,與其他食評的賣相不一樣,可能這是品味與招牌、午市套餐與散叫的分別。只飲湯,一定很讚!再試蘿蔔,食落有渣,未算最好牛腩,有5大件,每件均有筋,但問題則在於較為難咀嚼。3,4件有如嚼香口膠,煮得不夠 "淋",會否不是招牌而這樣嗎?有點像只為煲好一碗靚湯的肉,煲完後便完成任務,只是不希望浪費,便物盡其用。但願不是吧麵條普通,但煮得不俗,不會過淋整體而言,單論湯頭是無敵,難尋對手。但店的主打似乎不是湯,而是整碗麵牛腩外表是美的,但卻難以食用,有如嚼香口膠。以55元價錢,附近一帶,便宜而又較佳質素的餐廳比比皆是55元當飲碗湯會有點奢侈,牛腩要有更多改進空間。…Read More

要到附近辦事,午飯時間想食得開心,又坐得舒適,見這裡不用等位,又食炸物的地方,應該會食得開心呢。近年日式吉列店大行其道,雖然賣相吸引,但價錢都有點偏高,多吃亦無益,甚少選擇光顧。今次算是破例吧。望望餐牌,發覺沒有想像般高昂,可能並非最有名氣的幾間吧。今餐主角出場,大堆頭 日式炸蝦豬排定食,賣價只是69元。相信要是在有名氣的幾間,即使是午餐也至少要貴多10-20元。主角炸物,賣相美觀且不油膩,進食時不會覺得滿口油。炸蝦應是一般急凍貨,普通豬排,外皮鬆脆,肉質普通但不難吃的,有5,6件之多。有大量配菜墊底,有肉有菜。飯一大碗,再配上湯,湯應該是麵豉底再加入大量配菜,有紅蘿蔔、京蔥以及豬肉。未試過有這麼多料的日式湯。枱上配有酸酸的豬排醬以及芝麻醬,任你點落都得。總括而言,非常抵食,約70元,但份量非常足夠。2隻蝦,5,6件豬排,亦不太薄。男性也能飽餐一頓如果要求唔太高而又希望試試日式吉列的,這間店你可以試一試。…Read More

瘋摩韓國蜂蜜雪糕,終於要試! 難得無人排隊,梗係試一試,睇下有什麼吸引陳設簡潔,舖面細細,完全是外賣規格,一杯有蜂巢的雪糕要 $32,有點貴。沒有蜂巢也要 $18,比較黎講,有總好過冇。買完之後,果然一如其他人所講,細杯。 $ 32,那件蜂巢就是珍品?當然件蜂巢確是晶瑩剔透,亮麗色澤,不過又是細小的一件,難怪有報導指開業一個月,利錢已相當豐厚。先跟從店方指示,先食原味。原味之上,其實已有蜜糖在雪糕面,但不打緊。雪糕口感少少似雪葩的 texture。味道普通,只要靠蜜糖的清甜,牛奶味,不太察覺。再而試一試件蜂巢,體積細少,最多最多大半隻拇指。本身比較實,只靠雪糕匙,比較難弄得細件放入口。一番努力,終於放入口。蜂蜜是清甜,無容置異。但越吃得多就開始覺得偏甜,雪糕亦早已淋上蜂蜜,有點甜過了頭。而在此時,雪糕亦已漸融為水狀,不知是否因天氣熱的原故。$32 真是見人見智,在店舖內有放著一板板蜂巢,一個強烈對比。手中的蜂巢只是 "冰山一角",而雪糕 size 有如老麥,當然用料會有所不同。但賣$32一杯,利錢真是非常高,亦不算什麼特別,蜂巢亦有 "渣",不太明白為何有人這麼瘋狂愛上試一次應該已足夠。…Read More
