之前幫襯咗呢度兩次, 食過午市同晚市都相當OK.今晚又帶埋友人去試其他菜式, 一向懶到出汁嘅我今次終於的起心肝寫寫食評. 原因好簡單, 用心做食物嘅餐廳買少見少, 絕對值得多啲人發掘到呢度.芝士年糕:一客有4件, 炸到金黃色, 色澤幾靚.做到外脆內軟嘅效果, 咬開入面有軟滑嘅年糕同埋流心芝士, 好香芝士味.炸菇條:平時比較少食炸菇條, 所以叫嚟試試, 好有驚喜.炸菇都幾大塊, 一入口係香脆嘅外層, 之後食到鮮甜軟嫩嘅菇條. 食落一啲都唔油膩.點埋一齊出場嘅醬油去食, 味道就更加豐富.櫻花蝦炒野菜:估唔到有超級勁多櫻花蝦, 所以成碟菜都好香, 特別係啲菇同翠玉瓜都吸晒櫻花蝦香味! 仲有唔少椰菜, 紅蘿蔔同洋蔥, 勁足料....$52好抵食!鐵板洋蔥豚肉:呢個嚟到嗰陣都係勁香.....用鐵板上 熱辣辣仲噴緊煙! 豚肉係用咗豚肉片, 肉質腍軟. 洋蔥夠熟唔會辣, 仲食到洋蔥嘅甜味, 撈埋啲汁一齊食好好味. 呢碟一樣好足料, 無論豚肉同洋蔥都有唔少.荔枝玫瑰梳打:呢度嘅飲品都做得好出色, 唔單止樣靚仲係堅好飲! 飲落去嘅感覺係清甜清新. 當我覺得兩層顏色嘅賣相已經好靚嘅時候,原來內有乾坤.....上層仲放咗啲紫紅色嘅圓波冰粒!好奇之下問一問店主點解粒冰係紫紅色, 原來係用咗玫瑰花浸水去製作!
喺呢啲細節位就更感受到店主嘅用心.
通常出面飲玫瑰梳打只係飲到杯野有玫瑰味, 最多見到有啲玫瑰乾花喺入面㗎咋.甜品時間: 無二三烙芙為咗迎合友人呢個朱古力控, 揀咗特濃朱古力味.食咗第一啖, 友人連環讚好 "個朱古力味好正!" 我都認同, 可可味真係好香醇, 餐牌上寫嘅"特濃朱古力味"交足功課.長型嘅烙芙外表似窩夫, 入口似泡芙, 質地鬆軟又好香.下次一定要試埋我本身想揀嘅抹茶紅豆味.…Read More
