
自從食過一次太興的鮑汁雞翼撈公仔麵後,每隔一段時間都會掛住佢既味道!今日撞岩下午茶時間,又去回味下先。今次公仔麵煮得剛剛好,質地彈牙,鮑汁不會太多或太少,份量剛剛好夠撈晒個麵,抵讚!不過公仔麵的質地都唔係太穩定,有時會偏稔身,視乎當日廚房手勢和自己運氣吧

跟餐仲有杯泡沫咖啡,都幾好飲,冇乜苦澀,不過我就唔小心落左兩包糖所以有點過甜,一包都夠晒了。


To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
