媽咪心血來潮想吃點心,二話不說便帶她再來訪位於屯門時代廣場的「點滾鮮 」,先前介紹過這裡除了任食火鍋,更有高質的手工港式點心放題可供選擇。湯底點了雙味鍋 - 南洋椰香冬蔭公和鳳梨濃鮮蕃茄湯,前者香濃帶點東南亞風,後者鮮甜醒胃,配搭牛肉海鮮都別有風味。 食物方面我們先點了「至尊澳洲和牛火鍋餐」,套餐除了澳洲和牛任吃,還有多款海鮮例如扇貝和鮮蝦,熱食自助區有牛筋腩、鹵肉飯、香鹵豬手等等,弄得非常入味,推!自助區還有很多丸子和各種蔬菜,飲品選擇應有盡有。之後就到這次到訪的主角 - 港式點心放題。這家的點心全是老師傅每天現包現做的,可媲美中式大酒樓。鮑汁鳳爪和金錢肚是我的至愛,調味鮮美,蝦餃用上新鮮大蝦多肉彈牙,豆苗餃外皮糯嘰嘰的,其他點心如蟹籽燒賣、奶黃包、叉燒包、鮮竹卷水準都非常之高,美味!結帳前每人依舊有一杯哈根大師的雪糕,今次有士多啤梨忌廉和夏威夷果仁味,完滿了~…Read More

最近朋友介紹大角咀一間中菜館「尚發小廚」,主打雞煲和烤魚,於是決定和朋友過來品嘗一下。餐廳距離深水埗地鐵站大概5至10分鐘路程,走著走著很快便來到了,地理位置還可以吧。一入餐廳,老闆娘招呼我們到卡位就坐,餐廳環境光亮闊落舒服,不像一般大排檔比較逼夾。由於朋友不愛吃魚,於是我們先點了一客川味香辣雞煲(半只),要大辣,另外老闆娘也熱情地跟我們推介了幾款招牌小菜,最後我們加點了一客蜜椒薯仔牛柳粒和乾鍋肥腸。熱辣辣的雞煲上枱時香氣撲鼻,雞煲有辣椒、洋蔥、青椒和大蔥頭做配菜,味道香辣惹味,雞肉肉質嫩滑,整個菜式送飯一流。蜜椒薯仔牛柳粒,牛肉肉質軟淋,配搭軟糯入味的薯仔,絕對是招牌菜。乾鍋肥腸,豬大腸炸得恰到好處,外皮乾脆香口,配搭了很多芽菜,豆腐乾,薯仔片,值得推薦。用餐過程中,老闆娘不時過來跟我們閒聊,知道這裡有間VIP房可以容納8至10人,非常適合一班朋友放工或者在附近踢波過來吃晚飯。餐廳有兩部大電視,當晚有賽馬直播,大家邊吃邊看氣氛不錯。離開的時候,發現原來一街之隔就是人氣港式大排檔「愛文生」,如果大家不想排隊等候,「尚發小廚」絕對是一個好選擇。…Read More

自從在家中嘗過網上購買的自煮麻辣燙後,一直都想到在香港品嘗地道的麻辣燙,終於在中環找到了這一家位於中環擺花街的「有間麻辣燙」。到店後,我和隊友各人先拿一個筲箕去選自己喜歡的配菜,再按所選食材的重量計算價錢($18.6/100g)。食材選擇非常多,各種新鮮蔬菜如娃娃菜、豆苗、菠菜、香菜、油麥菜都有,肉類選擇方面生牛肉和熟牛肉都有,其他肉肉還有肥牛卷、豬大腸、五花肉、雞肉、牛舌等等,各種丸子也是應有盡有,特別喜歡芝心丸和星星魚腐!這裡的麻辣燙與火鍋大同小異,客人可選擇湯底,有招牌藤椒,特濃蕃茄,有間牛骨和濃香菇菇湯底選擇,湯底可以自選3個辣度,BB辣、小辣和大辣,我們選了酸甜開胃的蕃茄大辣和地道牛骨湯底。可以按個人口味到自助區調配醬料,必須加多多的醋和麻醬,特別有東北風味! 不得不說,餐廳有一滿滿冰櫃的飲料,除了不紙包飲料外,還有鴻福堂的瓶裝飲料,太棒了。如果大家想品嘗豐富料多的麻辣燙,這裡是一個不錯的選擇。…Read More

今天到荔枝角處理完一些私事,順便在附近找好吃的,找到了一間在工廈樓上人氣食評不錯的泰國菜館,便決定到訪一下。點了幾款高人氣菜式,每道菜式質素都相當不錯,而且份量夠大,味道又正宗。青咖喱牛腩牛根 $75青咖喱味道正宗,香辣又帶有陣陣香料味,牛腩牛根口感軟淋,另外再點了一客蒜茸包$15,點咖喱汁食,配搭一流。黃咖喱豬扒 $68咖喱味道比青咖哩少了一分辣度,但香料味也很重重,豬扒表面炸得金黃酥脆,肉質保持鮮嫩,入量很多,推薦!泰式豬脾飯 $65豬脾嫩滑入味,豬皮口感軟淋糯,滿滿的骨膠原!白飯份量大,撈豬手汁吃非常惹味。泰式海南雞油飯 $65海南雞肉質鮮嫩,不肥膩,給的雞胸部位也很嫩,搭上秘制醬汁,好吃得把整碟飯清光!沙嗲豬肉串燒 $58除了以上主食,我們還點了一客泰國特色小食,濃郁的沙嗲醬,配上燒得剛好的彈牙豬肉,惹味開胃。兩個人點了一整桌菜,加上兩杯泰式奶茶,才不到400元,性價比不俗,地點又靠近港鐵站,會推薦給想吃正宗泰國菜的朋友!…Read More

上網見到銅鑼灣登龍街新開了一間潮州粉麵店,便約了朋友一起去吃個下午茶。店舖不大但衛生乾淨,剛好下午茶時間人不多,便安排了我們坐了大卡位。👍🏻點了侍應姐姐推介的崩沙腩河+招牌牛腩河,還另外雙拼了牛筋,兩款湯麵都隨餐跟一杯熱飲。非常推薦崩沙腩粉麵,炆煮得入味軟淋,肥瘦適中,筋膜位入口即化,必食!崩沙腩河粉 $68招牌牛腩河 $53 雙拼牛筋+$12這款的牛腩比較瘦,同樣非常入味鬆軟,適合喜歡吃瘦肉的客人,牛筋也入味軟糯,份量足。跟餐的熱奶茶和黑咖啡另外還點了幾款特色的潮州小食。先來了一份最多人點的潮式煎蠔餅。兩面煎得金黃鬆化,蠔仔份量多,每隻都飽滿鮮甜,餅底煎的香脆,充滿蛋香和帶點煙韌,口感很好,大推!潮式煎蠔餅 $78最後還追加了幾款香口的潮州特色小食~韮菜粿 $28煎炸的外皮Q彈煙韌帶點脆,裡面是滿滿的韮菜餡料,很香口!鹹蛋卷 $28外皮炸的鬆化香脆,裡面是鹹甜的流沙鹹蛋奶黃餡料,非常惹味。芋泥卷 $28同樣也是現點現炸的,酥脆香口,芋泥不會很甜,口感綿密軟糯,非常好吃!兩個人點了一整桌菜才不到300元,性價比一流,非常滿足,會再來吃!…Read More
