人生第一次食正宗法國菜, 物有所值, 精緻又好味

難得公司請食飯, 大佬唔得閒就唯有得我呢d細既勉為其難頂上, 食呢餐相信都近千既正宗法國菜.我自問成世仔都未試過, 亦唔會捨得去食呢d貴族級佳餚,所以我完全無視左成班老細自顧自咁幫所以野食影寫真舖頭門面當晚既setting (我就坐喺中間比成班老細s夾住)老細s係門口位食完ham同cheese, 拿住紅酒白酒chill完一大輪終於埋位.Waitor亦好細心咁由starter一路介紹到dessert, 我低頭望一望張menu, 水蛇春咁長, 佢仲要見到有鬼佬就席, 於是之後足足十五分鐘都係用英文介紹. 長長既menu用既字好多我都聽唔明就隨便點了先泥左3隻好fresh既生蠔, 配著白酒食有著濃濃既海水味, 鮮甜但唔會太膩又夠足量同質感之後就係Appetizer既吉品鮑, 配住兩種唔同既sauce食, 但呢個真係食精緻, 太細份食完都唔記得左咩名然後湯我仲叫左個魚湯, 個微微既魚腥加上唔熱唔凍既水溫, 實在唔太習慣, 後悔住咁望住隔離幾個都勁開心咁飲緊個蘑菇湯之後又等一輪終於上main dish既rib eye steak, 煮得岩岩好個texture超好食肉味又夠濃, 成功將塊扒既質素發揮曬出泥.最後上埋甜品成set就岩岩好, earl grey味既雪糕好好食, 係個cheese cake真係有d太膩總括泥講呢餐正宗法國菜係好好食, 亦都好岩傾住計食, 我隔離d老細都由一開始無視我到最後講到話要約出泥.食物精緻唔在講, 望落靚食落都開心d, 再加埋餐酒同環境, 其實好岩兩個人慢慢享受,食完呢餐就會明咩叫燭光晚餐係真係好有feel…Read More
