位於The Upper House 頂層嘅Salisterra早前試業,有幸拉到表妹衫尾去試試。用餐前儀式感十足,首先穿過高檔的太古廣場,入到酒店後經過長長的扶手電梯再搭𨋢上到49/F, 一出𨋢就見到呢條彷似去朝聖一般嘅走廊,好似入左去就會抵達另一個國度一樣。穿過走廊,見到一片開揚維港海景,餐廳裝修以大地色系為主,設計好有太古廣場延伸嘅感覺,新穎但不浮誇。氣氛舒服,適合三五知己邊吹水邊享受美食。聽職員講,餐廳原來落左好多功夫減廢,其中一樣就係餐廳內自設濾水設施,除左係現場提供乾淨食水,同時減少樽裝水包裝運輸等嘅碳排放。講完隨即自家製麵包送到,包面用蒜、鹽焗脆,內裡亦都見到不少氣孔,外脆內軟。小弟不好酒精,叫左杯 Horchata, 入口有杏仁奶嘅滑、米嘅醇、肉桂嘅香。前菜有火炙鯖魚,燒過之後去左一啲腥味,燒出魚油香味,加埋醃青瓜同capers,酸甜醒神。另外番茄加上其清湯清新開胃,酸種麵包粒帶黎爽脆口感。意粉試左兩種,貝殼粉配龍蒿同蛋黃、小龍蝦Ravioli。Ravioli 較為特別,做得十分飽滿,驟眼睇以為係鮑魚。主菜一雞一牛。牛仔肉炭燒厚切,搭配羊肚菌同Parmeson,肉嫩味香、一咬即化,加條長蔥食別有一番風味,只係無咩炭燒味,同個名不太夾。燒雞上面有蜜糖豆蘿蔔沙律(不是我口味但處理上是可以接受的),雞肉嫩滑,醃製檸檬去除油膩感,加埋有少少炭燒味(反而寫明chargrilled 嘅牛冇),味道十分平衡。甜品叫左Warm Rice Pudding,可以話係完美地為今餐作結。暖暖rice pudding上有honeycomb, 加左脆脆口感,柑帶黎生果香甜,中間creme fraiche 雪糕就融入冰凍口感,渾然一體,必食之選。成餐飯每道菜式都唔會有一兩種味道特別搶fo, 反而所有材料味道融和,成為自己別樹一幟嘅味道。嘩眾取寵難以恆久,反而呢種踏實嘅功架先可以長青。…Read More

地點方便又有夜景的美食之選

自從去完西班牙做交流生之後,對有西班牙三個字的東西都有特別興趣。之前睇到新聞話海港城地下開咗一間由西班牙廚師主理嘅餐廳,最近終於抽到時間去試試。海港城地點當然方便,而餐廳更可以直望維港夜景睇到幻彩詠香江。餐廳格調帶點年輕,食飯環境輕鬆。食物選擇方面並唔係走傳統西班牙路線,而係大家比較容易接受嘅歐洲菜系(雖然我係好鍾意食西班牙菜)。自家製麵包配牛骨髓( $138 )麵包外皮薄,脆得來唔會硬,麵包肉識落鬆軟而且香味充足,就咁配牛油食已經好好味。再上一層樓,就可以用麵包蘸牛骨髓食,牛骨髓燒得香而且味道濃厚,配上麵包剛剛好,很開胃。小蟶子伴西班牙香腸醋醬( $188 )蟶子十分新鮮,爽口彈牙,而西班牙香腸食落有啲似臘腸嘅味道,加埋香醋去膩又好味大蜆及海膽西班牙圓米燉飯( $218 )海鮮飯賣相有趣,有橙黃嘅海膽加上綠色嘅醬汁(好像是有點薄荷味的醬汁),對比強烈。燉飯的質感一流,是正宗的al dente,每一口都食到有蜆肉,充滿海水的味道。海膽質素其高,入口濃郁。野鴿配時令蔬菜伴味噌西柚醬( $268 )鴿肉烹調時間剛剛好,味道鮮美,而且據說營養價值高,更有益於皮膚。配上味噌西柚,香得黎有點苦澀,同鴿肉味道相得益彰。羊奶芝士布甸伴番薯焦糖( $98 )個子小小,但係將羊奶味道極度濃縮,有強勁羊羶味,但唔臭,於口中縈繞不散,焦糖甜味更添一份層次老實講價錢唔算平,但計埋地點服務,而且仲係一星姊妹店,物有所值。…Read More

經過門外見到寫新張試業,侍應又有禮貌咁介紹餐廳,就決定試下佢。首先門外睇介紹,揀食咩牛肉部位同分量,再入門口售票機買飛,好似日本鋪頭咁。買飛交俾店員入座,等肉期間可以去拎沙律、麵豉湯同白飯,全部自助形式,無限添食。沙律菜都算新鮮爽脆,加左柚子醋汁十分開胃。麵豉湯豆腐好滑,不容錯失。白飯質感同米香都出乎預料地好,加啲紫菜係上面自製牛角飯牛肉上檯,我揀左牛肩肉眼$78,再遲啲多人就唔知仲有無禁抵。檯面有啲細,攞左飯/湯加埋個肉,一張檯擺唔晒。餐廳算貼心,有張紙擋一擋,唔怕一開波彈到周圍都係(雖然食緊時都好易彈到),怕整污糟件衫有口水堅拎,仲有籃可以擺袋。牛肉不太有牛肉味,但質感鬆軟,略有嚼頭,$78黎講真係好抵食。除左檯面礦物鹽外,出面可以拎麻醬、燒肉汁或者蒜蓉醬,任君選擇。可能地點有少許隱蔽,晚市都係得幾檯,希望做得住。…Read More

餐廳地點方便,由地鐵站出口行幾步就到,餐廳專做素食,食物款式眾多,惟晚市每位最低消費$200大家要留意返。我就揀左懶人最愛dinner set,煩少好多野。套餐包羅萬有,有前菜、手卷、湯、主食同甜品。前菜有醬燒菇山藥伴黑豆、奇亞籽紫薯蘋果薯仔同埋凱薩沙律。醬燒百靈菇味道香,菇菌彈牙,藕片炸得脆,開胃確係唔錯。蘋果薯仔就較清新,苜蓿芽亦令味道帶點草青。沙律最特別係有素煙三文魚,唔止味道似,連口感都相近,十分驚喜。湯我揀左黑松露椰菜花忌廉湯,我覺得配椰菜花係幾襯,取其香同黑松露可算相得益彰。手卷就係蘆筍素香鬆苜蓿芽,香鬆為素菜加添層次,紫菜亦脆口。等上菜期間仲可以睇教學學煮餐廳素菜。主菜係牛肝菌粒粒意粉酥皮盒,開頭望落以為酥皮會好硬,點知原來係非常薄,有酥皮鬆脆,但唔會太厚搶左內餡焦點所在,又唔肥膩。牛肝菌經常用於意粉同意大利飯,香氣一絕,意粉既澱粉質同汁料融合,加埋酥皮盒底下既茄醬一齊食真係唔錯。伴碟有焗釀蕃茄同苔菜三絲脆卷。脆卷其實係炸脆晒既蔬菜絲。意大利黑醋甜香,配炸野又別有一番風味。太太既青醬意粉亦都高質,青醬羅勒松子香味突出,撈埋溏心蛋十分滿足。另外加左個脆鱔,口感同賣相都好似真鱔,後來一問原係係冬菇邊,剪落黎再炸,真心佩服發明菜式既人。Oreo 曲奇乳酪蛋糕同埋抹茶緣起,oreo 就普通啲,抹茶就加錢都值!而且仲係銅鑼灣店限定。抹茶緣起茶味香,但又完全唔膩,無平時好似食左好多cream既感覺。…Read More

好多年前黎過紅煮意 re-u, 唔經唔覺都已經過左禁多年,今日接太太黎到附近,見佢仲係度,就上去食飯。餐廳就係油麻地電影中心隔離,睇戲前後食都算方便,今日平日7:30pm,唔多人,得兩三檯。餐廳應該算樓上cafe類,有board game玩,原來逢星期六晚仲有live music,因為地點比個入,同地鐵站又有少少距離,比較少人識去,應該都唔會好爆,晚餐都係一個好選擇。餐牌豐富,亦有素食選擇。晚餐加$22變餐,會有麵包、湯/沙律同埋飲品,都幾抵,加埋晒$90-$120左右,以地點計有啲貴,但上面見我講禁多野,就知肯特係性價比ok,如果唔係都廢事打禁多字。我就叫左個安格斯牛肉烤菇漢堡,加左餐。沙律都新鮮,麵包係超乎預期,口感鬆軟,帶點微酸,完全唔係一般貨色。後來問係咩包,店員話個麵包係自家做,但師傅唔係成日得閒,禁岩今轉先有自家飽,我地真係算好彩。廚房點睇都係得一個人,我地三個人三個餐,有漢堡有意粉,但出菜都出得幾爽手,唔止一個接一個上,而且係新鮮整好,熱辣辣!我個漢堡十分巨型,我都要慢慢切開食。Portobello 烤到香噴噴,外表乾身但內裡多汁,邊切邊見到啲精華流出後,要即刻搵包索返黎食。牛肉又係好正,肉味香,實淨同時鬆軟帶彈性,原來漢堡扒又係屬自家出品。同時食到晒蕃茄、芝士、牛肉、菇、生菜同麵包就最正,味道豐富平衡,牛肉油香加菇既精華,配上蔬菜爽甜,正。薯角香脆,唔會軟林林同油膩,係熱氣啲,食左個沙律當抵返條數。 野飲就叫左杯荔枝玉露。總括味道係高分之作,都幾好坐,又有電視睇愛回家,無野好彈。…Read More

好耐無返過元朗行,今日決定返去走一圈,搵下好野食,順手約下朋友食飯。中午朋友介紹去了漁吉食日本海鮮丼,元朗廣場/千色行過去5-10分鐘,門面企理,壁畫都幾有特色。最特別係檯上有壺麵豉湯任斟,行到過黎口乾乾就岩晒。湯味道甜甜地,有別於平時既麵豉湯,飲飲下又幾好飲,飲左兩碗。雖然話專做海鮮丼,但其實海鮮都有好多種類可以選擇,而且仲有小食。呢度外賣自取同埋like Facebook都有9折,百幾蚊個飯9折都平幾多,記得唔好蝕。期間限定油甘魚都吸引,但我最後揀左漁吉特選丼同埋赤城金栗可樂餅。特選都真係幾多配料,有三文魚、油甘魚、比目魚、星鰻、海膽、魷魚.......多到唔識數。除左有應該係鮮磨既山葵,仲有青檸,平時較少見,而配丼飯既玉子都係關東風,甜甜地。魚生係大大塊厚切,食落好有滿足感,咬落去油脂爆出黎真係好正。比目魚、帆立貝同海膽都輕輕用火燒過,焦香味唔錯,減輕一下肥膩感,海膽新鮮味道濃郁,唔腥臭。星鰻香口無骨,太太都少有地表示鰻魚ok。食左幾啖後發現魚生下埋藏勁多蝦子,仲有勁多飯!我好耐都未試過食到禁飽。性價比黎計漁吉係好抵食。兩個人胃口不太大的話叫個豐富啲既丼再加兩款小食,嗌埋飲品,可能同食兩個飯差唔多價錢,但可以試多好多野,不妨試下。可樂餅炸好切開再加啲沙律醬,味覺豐富,栗子我以為會打爛晒,但原來特地留返啲大大粒既搓入去,食出口感。栗子甜度高,加左沙律醬味道多左層次,更易食多幾舊。總括黎講價錢質素都唔錯,坐得都舒服,可以再戰。…Read More

有時兩公婆夜晚真係唔知食咩好,今日忽發奇想,諗諗下不如食串燒,唔食飯好似無禁肥(好似),所以去左蘭桂坊既Grill。Grill位置唔算多,黎過一次食晏,當時多人到不得了,不過香港平日晚上去食串燒係比較少人,所以今日黎買野完全唔洗等,正。餐廳一邊做串燒一邊做餐廳,有海南雞飯、木瓜沙律、青咖哩牛腩飯之類。串燒選擇都多,大約十幾蚊一串,算係幾相宜。今次因爲決定唔食飯,叫左都幾多種類,有豬牛雞、白鱔、菠蘿、細粟米、露荀同埋魚餅。叫完串燒可以見到姐姐即刻幫你燒,睇佢地求求其其咁,但其實個個都係高手。肉類燒完仍然多汁,豬牛雞都正,肉味香又易咬開,雖然用熊熊烈火燒,但肉質柔軟真係意想不到。個人就最喜歡豬頸肉,爽口,點一點沙爹醬更惹味。沙爹醬味道甜,岩晒食唔到辣既小弟。白鱔肉厚又香,$60係有少少貴,但第二度又真係食唔到禁厚肉而且惹味既食法,各位試的話小心魚骨,因為始終都係會有魚骨。蔬菜類唔多講,好難出事/標青。魚餅因爲辣既,食唔到,俾晒太太食。菠蘿就真係要提,自己燒菠蘿會原隻慢慢燒,見佢切粒仲擔心會燒到乾晒,誰不知佢香甜多汁又無渣,唔叫堅會後悔。有時諗住Grill係中環會貴,但計落其實抵食,偶爾食一餐串燒都唔錯。…Read More

淺月行過幾次都唔見佢開,今日七點尾見到佢開,即刻睇下有無位,岩岩好兩個坐得落。其實當晚係有啲攰,諗住求其食快快搞掂佢,但老婆好想試淺月,我就諗住算啦照去,好彩有去,唔係我就錯過晒啲美食!話說店主 one-man band,等候時間真係耐,而且聽說店主堅持一份份煮黎保持水準,建議大家一係做第一檯,一係就再晏啲八點尾先黎,可以等少啲。睇完menu自己寫落單紙俾老闆,小心眼闊肚窄,因為食物都幾大份。隔離個男仔叫黑咖喱漢堡扒加薯餅,睇落幾好味,所以我都諗住叫。見佢食完都唔走住,原來係等緊炸雞,正當我諗緊佢點解禁好胃口,佢應該feel到自己太飽食唔晒,問如果分幾件俾我同太太介唔介意,梗係唔介意啦!好人哥哥仔一番好意,另我試到我人生中食到最好味既炸雞。皮好薄又香脆,有少少七味粉調味,雞肉嫩滑多汁,應該話係超多汁!好食到不得了!所以唔記得左影相lol咖喱本身應該唔辣,不過加左七味粉就帶返少少刺激,我雖然唔太食得辣,但真係忍唔住係咁食。漢堡扒應該係牛豬混合,裡面亦加左啲洋蔥粒,漢堡扒實淨唔會一夾就散,兩面煎香而入面仍然juicy鬆軟。薯餅寫明用日本男爵薯仔,澱粉重,薯仔甜味突出,而且又炸得剛剛好,記得慢慢食,因為肚餓加上剛炸好,狼吞虎嚥一黎浪費,二黎就好似我咁會辣親個上顎。連飯同蛋都照顧到好detail, 飯同蛋面都有少許調味,唔會話因爲飯有蛋蓋住,而蛋又有咖喱汁就求其做。飯質唔錯,軟硬適中,有日本飯果種黏濡口感。另外跟餐要左個麵豉湯,知道有櫻花蝦,但無諗過係成碗都係!味道唔死鹹,又有蝦香味,唔錯。出街食飯真係好耐無試過如此滿意,雖然係有排等,但一切都係值得既。…Read More

隨住利奧坊XX落成,大角咀慢慢就要俾人打造成西九soho。將來有幾soho就唔知喇,但有次經過又真係見到有間幾靚既餐廳,格局幾chill而且又有live band, 本來諗住平平地黎食tea,可惜就唔到,唯有放工黎食晚飯。餐廳外牆係玻璃,但又有窗簾遮擋住,後來先知係live show 時會好似真正音樂show咁,暫停入場,非常尊重表演者。環境靚,感覺高級,餐廳中間係食飯位置,飲野食tapas就有旁邊的bar area,但舞台鼓手未有間隔,怕嘈的就唔好坐太近喇。另外音響設備好似都幾pro。講返野食,menu 覆蓋率都高,咩種類都有啲,tapas多啲更好,更適合黎食下小食同聽歌。前菜叫左布袋芝士,外層實淨而內餡非常creamy,有少少似mozzarella。旁邊清新既提子同蕃茄仔(冰冰凍凍),加埋意大利黑醋同橄欖油,更加開胃醒神。墨西哥餅都穩打穩紮,包住芝士同提子食又另一種食法。法式熱融蜂蜜芝士配法包,記得黎到要即刻食,因為凍左芝士會硬返做唔到拉絲。硬左之後就變左第二個食法,就係切一塊芝士放上法包食。用法包點個汁,芝士微鹹配甜甜蜜糖,味道有層次,食食下就食晒,真係多幾件法包都唔會厭。今晚既紙包魚係鱲魚,非常好食。好食在魚煮得剛剛好,肉質嫩滑,魚味香濃。底部有豆角同煎香左既薯仔片,另外仲有刁草添香,連太太都大讚。價錢較其他食物高,但煮法同手法都值回票價。油塊雞脾兩食,兩舊大雞脾都幾飽肚。上脾煎香而下脾以鴨油煮,係經典法式手法,油香味優雅慢慢滲出,肉質煮到十分鬆化,每啖香味都好豐富。伴碟薯仔粒都唔馬虎,外層香脆。呢度上菜會就住食野速度,亦見得到配菜處理認真,整體用餐都好滿意。…Read More

中環返工食晏一向難,平野有排排,貴野又無錢食,想要方便快捷就要幫襯外賣店。除左一般連鎖餐廳,利園東街幾間鋪都多人食,而當中既「頹飯」名字已經夠晒玩味,味道價錢亦都合理。我試過豬扒,去骨雞腿同薄牛肉,有平有貴。豬扒雞腿可自選醬汁,有黑椒汁/茄汁/咖哩汁。溫馨提示:我見鋪頭真係即叫即煎,等候時間較快餐長(人多都約10min),最好先打電話或用app (好似叫Oopsie) 叫定餐,咁就唔洗點等。三個餐中,以下兩款食物我較欣賞:一口鬆軟豬扒飯(茄汁) $43名字係一口,但其實唔係一口牛果種一口,而係一整塊。豬扒鬆軟入味,煎得幾香。豬扒已經剪開左,方便進食。蕃茄汁我十分欣賞,唔係大x樂焗豬果種人造茄汁味,食落帶鮮甜又有新鮮蕃茄,而且唔會杰到一pat pat。招牌薄牛肉飯 $60價錢較高端,最緊要值。牛肉唔係日式牛肉飯果種薄,而係厚多少少,食到牛肉味又有咀嚼肉類既滿足感。牛肉配上燒汁送飯一流,燒汁酒味同甜味較平時食到的多少少,用牛肉點一點再配飯食就fit 晒又唔怕食太多醬汁。伴碟有栗米同蕃茄仔,感覺健康啲。$50 內有交易,而且即叫即做既小店,值得支持。…Read More

放工滂沱大雨都無阻今晚要試蔡瀾Pho既決心,因為難得有時間,點都要試下呢間蔡瀾押上自己名字既越南粉。地點高檔,裝修新潮,所以普通一碗粉都$68。場內仲見到不少香料香草,同埋媒體都有介紹既自家製粉機。平日7pm已開始排隊,想食就要早啲黎啦。Menu 簡單直接,我同太太都直接落筆,佢一碗生牛河,我就黎個金錢腱牛筋河,不忘叫返個香茅豬頸肉同埋蝦醬炒通菜。提提越南粉是可以refill的。越南粉少不了伴隨的香草同芽菜,墊檯紙上亦有一一介紹,唔怕牛𡁻牡丹。粉一到,咩都未落就先試一口湯,牛味香、偏甜,絕對唔係味精湯,如九層塔香味強多少少仲正。落香草有一種叫鵝芥,都係今日先識,會添上一點青草味,𡁻多兩啖味道更出,青新解膩。芽菜肥嘟嘟有咬口,爽甜。牛肉、牛腱、牛筋都試左,排名同我寫既次序一樣。牛肉味香肉稔,牛腱紋理漂亮肉質軟稔,牛筋走爽口路線不過可以再入味啲。越南粉自家製,米味突出咬口都唔錯,可能因無加添加劑,整體較細碎,自己造麵呢個心機值得欣賞。豬頸肉多汁,切得較薄,有種入口即化感覺,可惜太太更喜歡厚切。伴碟的醃菜可以稍稍清一清味蕾。香港好粉一碗難求,環境又舒服,不枉一試。…Read More

放工後到旺角同太太行旅行社,睇下年尾旅行有咩著落,之後就黎到街坊cafe食飯。餐廳地點方便,就係廣華附近,而且近登打士街街口,唔難搵。平日7:30pm去到,人流開始多,好彩早左少少唔洗等位。裝修幾有特色,牆上有關於香港的壁畫。座位都唔迫,唔洗好似同隔離檯一齊食飯咁。打開menu,主打西式料理,有牛、黑毛豬、龍蝦等。比較特別見到龍蝦可配沙河粉,咁當然要試一試啦。叫左兩份set dinner, 包埋湯同飲品。蘑菇湯唔會一碗粉漿水咁,有好多菇菌碎,味道香。我就比較喜歡碗仔翅,多料好味又夠香港。波士頓龍蝦海鮮龍蝦汁河粉材料豐富,龍蝦、青口、蜆、魷魚、乜都有。龍蝦汁點綴河粉,香氣淡淡的,配上河粉中西合璧,又意外地夾,河沙有咬口又索汁。法式鵝肝雞肉黑松露意大利飯黑松露味香,而且每口都可以拉絲,應該有不少芝士。最正係真係啖啖雞肉。鵝肝比想像薄,煎到表面香脆,加埋飯食都唔錯。街坊cafe算係貼近港人口味西餐,價錢比西餐又更可親,加埋地點就腳,都係幾好選擇,一大班人可考慮叫幾份二人餐,多人share幾抵。…Read More
