論香港日式吉列豬排,我願稱丼吉為第一

呢間一齊好出名既日式吉列料理,咁耐以嚟,我都食咗不下十次,但食物質素一直都能夠保持水準,我一向叫二人餐,價值約6百幾,套餐有前菜,味噌湯,三文魚刺身,吉列豬扒,吉列豬柳,吉列大蝦,吉列帶子,飯後水果,兩杯飲品,相當豐富,物有所值。叫完菜後,職員會拎來芝麻同木樁,方便磨碎,一陣加入豬扒醬一齊食。而店舖內亦提供柚子醬,紫菜汁,一陣可以食椰菜絲時攪拌食。上菜後一大盤吉列炸物放左面前,場面相當震撼,盤內附有粗鹽,芥末,他他醬及咖哩汁。炸至金黃的豬扒,豬扒肉味香濃,有肉汁,乾身不油膩,炸粉厚度適中,脆香酥化的炸皮。肉質挺有彈性,更饒富香甜的肉汁,還有一些肥肉相連著,充滿著脂香。豬柳肉質鬆軟,入口很酥脆,而且不算油膩。厚身但肉質鬆香,豬扒醬及芥末加持下,更有不同味道。酸酸甜甜的豬扒醬,消化了炸物的油膩感。吉列帶子外脆內軟,帶子很大粒,肉很鮮甜,蝦啖啖肉彈牙,實淨唔會散哂,蝦味亦好濃,十分滿足!粗鹽及他他醬建議加入海鮮類包括帶子給大蝦會更新添鮮味店舖內可以無限加添椰菜絲,椰菜絲解膩,爽甜,配上柚子醬,紫菜醬汁感覺清新 咖哩汁加入白飯,可以食多幾碗,一定夠飽。…Read More

不起眼的店吃到超水準食物

荃灣度度都係天橋,彷彿一上左天橋就能通往任何你想去既地方咁。而係愉景新城附近既某條天橋底下的角落位,有呢間Olive Cafe。由於座落於角落位,門口確實不起眼,但今晚試完令我大感驚喜。一齊睇下我今晚食左啲咩:餐湯食西餐,餐前當然必飲西湯。呢個忌廉湯香氣噗鼻,質地夠杰身,湯裡面也有充足份量的配料。加點黑胡椒碎才放進口,不錯。餐包餐包有香草醬和醋可點,我點了醋,不過麵包只是微暖,如溫度熱一點會更好。焗法式田螺,薯皮 $52和朋友叫了兩個前菜,先是這個焗薯皮,超惹味的。薯皮切割得很好,咬下去每啖都有很平均的「啖啖薯肉」感覺。裡面餡料的田螺大粒足料,醬汁很creamy,超讚!澳洲牛茄,蝦沙律 $65這個是朋友點的,因朋友是tomato lover。我自己就不太喜歡吃番茄,但都偷吃了朋友一隻蝦。蝦肉尚算新鮮彈牙,麻醬底超美味,難怪朋友誇張得想連醬汁都喝光。野菌天使麵配黑松露菌忌廉汁 $98這是另一個我很喜歡的菜式,一般西餐廳的意粉份量都較少,才幾啖就吃完。這裡意份量還好,夠一個女仔子吃飽。濃濃的黑松露味衝激嗅覺,醬汁很好掛麵,菇類亦帶鮮甜無苦澀味。烤豬勒排骨配美式露絲瑪莉春雞 $168這個豬勒骨排不過不失,吃下去沒有令有驚豔的感覺,但味道還好的。必需一讚服務員很殷勤,見我們相機吃完後就主動過來問要不要幫我們切開,太好了。豬勒骨肉質很腍,薯條是自家制的,較外面吃到的較大條,粗粗扁扁的挺有口感。榛子蘋果撻 $58甜品算了這個蘋果撻,上面洒了很多可可粉,還有一球雪糕,頗吸睛的。撻焗得香脆味甜而且甜度剛好。餐牌參考…Read More

今日同同事去觀塘見完客,問佢附近有咩食有咩好推介,佢話呢頭工廈入面有間正宗泰國國菜都唔錯可以帶我試下。我自問都好少留意工廈入面既食肆,既然呢位食神同事介紹到,就去試下啦!裝修非常之有泰國特色,所有檯櫈擺設都係以木為基調,加上昏昏黃黃令人放鬆既燈光,仿佛去左一間泰國spa店咁。餐牌上都有唔少選擇,呢度同出面泰菜餐廳唔同既地方係除左正宗泰菜外,仲有啲加左Fusion味道既菜式,確實出面係未必搵到既。經過一輪選擇,我地揀左以下既食物。香芒探戈 (芒果蘆薈) $45呢杯芒果蘆薈特飲,雖貌似許先生既出品,但味道係更上幾層樓。杯面鋪上大量甜甜既芒果,仲加入大量椰汁同蘆薈肉。整杯都有甜入心又唔膩既感覺,不錯。泰.椰青 $42同事喜歡飲椰青,呢個即開椰青啱晒佢。佢仲勁有心機刮晒所有椰青肉出黎食埋,一塊不留。泰式馬拉盞炒雜菜 $62餐牌上有幾種菜品選擇,我地心大心細唔知揀邊種好,就揀個雜菜啦。有我最中意既西蘭花太開心喇,菜的烹調時間剛好,夠熟之餘仍能保持翠綠,辣辣地好過癮。布吉酥炸一支骨雞翼(10件) $52店員推介既單骨雞翼,炸得香口,唔係沾炸漿炸,皮脆肉嫩,感覺上冇咁熱氣(好似係lol)單骨好方便啲唔太識用筷子食雞翼又唔係好食得乾淨既朋友。仲附送埋蝦片作伴碟,泰國既既蝦片真係好香脆可口,係會食到停唔到口。泰式黃咖喱蛋炒軟殼蟹(3隻) $178為本店既招牌菜式,真心正,軟殼蟹係大大隻帶微脆,咖哩汁係少辣,就算食唔到辣既朋友相信都接受到。最驚喜既係原來仲會配埋油炸鬼比客人點咖哩汁食。平時咖哩汁通常都係撈飯或者用薄餅點黎食,油炸鬼都係第一次試,口感同味道都好夾。油飯 $15開頭唔知咖哩軟殼蟹會有埋油炸鬼,同事就叫左碗油飯,諗住唔好晒左啲汁。不過油飯佢坦言只屬不過不失,冇咩特別,雖顏色好「油」但食落唔夠油身,有啲偏乾。手抓餅 (2件) $28都係同一個原因,為左唔好晒咖哩汁又唔知有油炸鬼既情況底下,我點左手抓餅。手抓餅點咖哩汁真係冇得輸,塊餅唔會過油,又唔會太乾身,質感非常酥脆咬下去又有少許煙韌既感覺。值得一試!餐牌參考…Read More

之前同朋友去過銅鑼灣分店,一試就愛上,價錢合理之餘環境舒適中而且裝修富麗堂皇,所以今次就大屋企人嚟青衣分店試一試。今次我哋係晚餐過嚟,但發現原來星期一至五下午茶時段佢哋係有五折優惠㗎 。宣傳卡嘅另一邊當然係呢間店嘅鎮店之寶皇朝小籠包啦,食用嘅時候要跟返佢哋建議嘅次序。由於菜式嘅選擇實在太多,menu太大本喇,所以都冇辦法一一影低,就影低呢張點餐紙啦,所有餐品都可以喺呢度點,非常方便。雖然青衣店嘅裝修冇銅鑼灣店咁高檔次,但環境亦非常舒適,所有座位都好寬闊,即使餐廳即使餐廳當晚坐滿客人但係都毫無嘈雜感,食得好舒服。香辣蒜泥白肉 $65香辣蒜泥白肉,淨係外觀都已經好有誠意,唔係純粹將幾片白肉上面鋪滿蒜泥,而係每一片白肉入面都會包住好多青瓜絲,在係上面鋪住香辣味嘅蒜泥。雖然蒜味係冇譚仔嗰啲咁濃烈,但呢個食落去有一種清新嘅感覺,青瓜絲中和蒜泥嘅膩感,口感爽脆,非常開胃。成都口水雞 $78家人愛吃辣嘢,但又唔想食水煮魚或者水煮雞咁油膩嘅食物,所以就叫咗呢味口水雞。重口味人士必愛,醬汁沾滿著雞肉,雞肉又非常嫩滑,真係會食到流口水。特色皇朝小籠包(八色) $98主角到,八色小籠包係此店必點嘅。 八種味道有原味,人參,鵝肝,黑松露,芝士,蟹粉,蒜香同麻辣。每一款都各自有自己獨特嘅味道,個人比較喜歡黑松露味同芝士味 ,咬入口就有淡淡嘅黑松露味同芝士味感覺好特別。但人參味帶有甘香,未必個個都鍾意。皇朝擔擔拉麵 $58擔擔麵,湯底濃郁可口,麵條好好掛湯,仲有大量花生碎增加口感。鮮蝦雲吞豬骨湯 $65豬骨湯鮮甜美味,加上蔥花提味。雲吞皮薄餡靚,蝦肉大大隻,但略嫌湯唔夠熱,上枱時只係暖嘅溫度,如果熱啲會更加好。蘿蔔絲酥餅 $38酒樓同中菜館常見嘅菜式,但要整得好食就一啲都唔容易。外皮鬆脆,紋理分明,入面嘅蘿蔔絲軟淋入味,但又未至於林到變咗一pat pat蘿蔔蓉。聞香蔥油餅 $35呢款蔥油餅簡直係童年回憶,我叫佢做車轆蔥油餅,而家只有到一啲傳統啲或者舊式啲嘅店鋪先會可以食到。聞落去已經有好濃嘅蔥油味,咬落非常鬆化,令人回味無窮,齒頰留香。順帶一提,呢間店嘅上菜速度真係非常非常快,可能我又掛住影相啦,搞到成枱都係食物要快快食。擂沙湯丸 $38甜品環節,叫咗兩款,雷沙湯圓外皮煙韌有咬口,入面嘅芝麻餡料甜度適中 ,不過食一至兩粒就夠曬,再食得多會好濟。檸檬蘆薈桂花蜜 $28桂花蜜非常滋潤, 淡淡嘅檸檬清香,再加埋入面嘅蘆薈粒粒 ,同屋企人好快就清曬了。…Read More
