非常幸運抽中出席,《一圈圈星味食堂》,當日既嘉賓系C All Star~~~是日的星味食堂為諾士佛臺的 Amico Italian Wine Bar & Restaurant一間很有情調的意大利餐廳!當日的餐牌,用一個好靚既皮套裝住,有五道菜,令我非常期待~~上第一道前,餐廳非常貼心準備了兩個麵包籃俾我地,等成班人可以一路食一路傾計,麵包籃有兩個醬,一個系蒜蓉牛油,一個系加咗parma ham同香料既豆醬,三款包,加兩個醬,有不同既配搭,令我爭D停唔到口! 期待己久的晚餐由第一道菜,帶子他他 (Scallop tartare “Amico”style)開始, 鮮甜既帶子他他上面有一點點檸檬皮,配上龍蝦醬(啡色)同pesto醬(綠色),食落會帶點清新既檸檬味!作為頭盤,的確令人胃口大開~~~~ 跟住系薯仔松露湯伴鵪鶉蛋上面放著鴨腿醬多士,微脆既多士上面有一點鴨腿醬,鵪鶉蛋還是半熟的,將佢同湯一齊飲令薯仔湯添上一份蛋香。跟住系餐廳自製既意大利煙肉闊條麵配上牛油忌廉汁佢上面既芝士焗至微脆的,加上咸咸的煙肉,勁Creamy,真系好正,唯一缺點系闊條麵對我來說腍了一點……如果個麵硬一點,對我黎講就Perfect~~~登~登~登~~~主菜出場,我揀了香煎智利鱸魚配意大利汽酒牛油汁個魚好嫩滑,脆脆的魚皮,加上個汁令D配菜都好入味,雖然當時已經開始飽,但好味到——停不了口朋友揀咗羊柳釀鴨肝脆皮杏仁碎配黑松露汁我試咗少少,雖然件羊柳有點厚,但廚師火候控制得好,入口非常軟嫩,加上黑松露汁,提升了整個味道同埋件羊柳一D羶騷味都無!正!最後,甜品系傳統意式半蛋白雪糕系人都知我地有另一個胃要來放甜品,重要系超級好食既雪糕,佢有一點酒味,唔會好實,軟滑得黎,你可以感覺佢慢慢系口中溶化配上多種莓類及底部既脆朱古力,你點可以唔食完佢!…Read More
