大愛波希米亞休閒風的我,已經是第二次來光顧了。上次是下午時段來,整塊落的落地玻璃配上自然日光,整間店散發著懶洋洋的氣息,舒服享受得很。這次晚上與好友聚舊,7時來到安排我們到樓上坐,不得不提即使用作上落的樓梯都充滿波希米亞風佈置,可見店鋪的一絲不苟。樓上一樣有打卡影相位,加上柔和燈光,令人很放鬆。晚上餐牌與下午不同,更有set dinner 選擇,已包含頭盤、海鮮拼盤、主菜、甜品及西湯。•香煎帶子西瓜沙律配黑醋汁第一次嘗試這種配搭的頭盤,西瓜爽甜,上面鋪一層芝士,配上黑醋汁,帶子煎得不會過老,更有一粒粒魚子吊味,開胃非常。•迷你海鮮拼盤包括法國藍青口、黃金螺及熟蝦,份量恰到好處。•是日餐湯及自製香草蒜蓉包當日餐湯是蘑菇湯,蘑菇磨得香濃有口感,蒜蓉包更是無得輸,遠遠已聞到蒜香味,入口香脆。•慢煮八爪魚帶子墨汁意大利麵這道菜有驚喜,墨汁意大利麵配上濃香蕃茄奶油醬汁,食完不會嘴唇黑黑的。搭配芝士脆片及帶子,口感豐富。•香煎黑鱈魚柳配金不換青檸泡沫混合份子料理的主菜,即使食得慢,泡沫亦沒有消失,鱈魚正常發揮。•鮮果芒果泡沫又是有份子料理元素的甜品,用餐尾聲已經9成飽,此甜品上面的泡沫慕絲酸甜適中,配上底下的鮮果及芒果粒,即使是甜品亦不會有食濟的感覺。…Read More

因為疫情關係已經好一段時間沒有外出食火鍋,後來同事推介這間鼎王麻辣鍋的衛生都做得很足夠,便來過過火鍋癮。入店前先要探熱,亦有酒精搓手液供客人使用。店內座位寬敞,而且企理乾淨,坐低後店員更會提供信封供客人放口罩,整體來說都很安心在這裏吃麻辣鍋。設有醬料區,白飯亦是在這區域添置。首選當然先點同事推介兼他們的招牌鴛鴦鍋,一邊是白肉酸菜湯底,一邊是鴨血豆腐麻辣鍋,當中的材料都是無限任添的。店員更細心提點酸菜白肉湯底需要先滾一會兒,味道才會更出。老實說,平時自己豬紅也很少吃,但這次試他們的麻辣鴨血,確實讓我很難忘,質感嫩滑,而且相當入味,基本我三份一時間都是在吃鴨血。等待上菜的期間,店員先端上熱茶讓我們解渴,熱茶隱隱約約混有蜜桃味,很特別。聽說老油條是必點的,如果以為是一般的油炸鬼便錯了,放落湯底浸十秒左右,口感比響鈴更加出色,而且不會有油膱味。絕對值得一試象拔蚌亦相當不錯,味道鮮甜,上品。後面那碟特級牛肉因為脂肪比例較少,感覺上食落減輕罪惡感牛肉味濃厚。日本黑豚肩肉,不過不失。平時打邊爐一般很少見會有蟹滑膏,便心思思叫了一份來試試,質感跟蝦滑很相似,帶有淡淡的蟹肉味。打邊爐當然不少得烏冬。很滿足很滿意的一餐低糖蜂蜜茉莉茶,微甜解渴。…Read More

其實自己從未光顧過以卡通人物做主題的餐廳,總覺得是買噱頭,會物非所值。今次朋友聚會選擇了這間B Duck做主題的餐廳,是想當年的卡通人物呢試過後亦令我對這些主題餐廳改觀。這間德記茶樓給我的第一印象是「麻雀雖小,五臟俱全」,比起傳統的茶樓,這間空間不算大,但是充滿着懷舊風情,到處都有B Duck的裝飾及公仔。無論是牆壁上,吊飾,桌上亦擺放了不同的B Duck 毛公仔,更有一個角落是放滿B Duck精品,是打卡精選角落既然一場來到,便飲個夜茶茶界每位$8,選了香片,清香解膩。老闆果然下了不少心思,連杯碟也是有B Duck圖案的。這店點心平均質素不錯,就選幾款重點推介吧!超級推薦鬼馬墨魚,上碟是一排大大粒的酥炸球,外層炸得脆口,裏面除了有墨魚餡,更有油炸鬼!又脆又彈牙,口感層次豐富,有驚喜!必試!這碟芥末脆芋手撕雞是另一個力薦菜式。芥末味道不算很重,不會吃到一行鼻涕一行眼淚。雞絲又細,方便入口。伴隨新鮮炸起的芋絲,一脆一軟,口感相當有趣。另外亦加入青瓜絲及芝麻灑面,大大減低麻油的油膩感。當然不少得以B Duck為主題的點心,包括蝦餃皇和招牌奶皇包。點心上貼有可食用的B Duck貼紙,十分可愛有趣。睇得又食得。這款三絲炒脆麵大大份,肉身嫩滑,麵底微溫脆口,唯一美中不足就是忘了走芽菜時蔬可選擇馬拉盞炒,蒜炒,上湯灼。新鮮大碟。…Read More

扒扒扒....全部都係牛扒🤩

之前試過銅鑼灣家的steak bar, 相對之下,這間分店店面較開揚,共有兩層,座位主要集中在上層,下層則為廚房。店員帶位到上層,並主動去推薦最受歡迎和主打菜式,為有選擇困難症的我省卻不少煩惱呢首先當然要試試他們的招牌菜—吉列炸牛扒,牛肉先用吉列方式炸香外層,相當脆身,再端上來讓客人用火燒石爐來控制肉的生熟程度,個人比較喜歡燒至7成熟。燒後可選擇再淋上燒汁或海鹽,提升牛肉口感。熟成板健牛扒是店員的另一推介,說只能5成熟或以上,剛好我也不敢食太生的燒到medium 的牛扒是半熟狀態,原本帶筋的牛排吃起上都不會十分難咀嚼,而且肉質軟滑,仍保留豐富肉汁,撒上海鹽來個畫龍點睛。飯亦加上我最喜歡的飯素,加分加分這裡的和風紫菜薯條並不是撒上紫菜調味粉,而是確確實實滿佈紫菜碎,薯條是幼身的那種,吃完不會濟著肚子。蜜糖蒜香雞翼,微脆的外層燒成金黃色,五隻雞翼每隻都鋪上滿滿的蜜糖香和蒜,未吃已經是食香味俱全。口感亦沒有失望,多汁軟滑!有啤酒當然要來一碟炸魷魚,脆口的炸魷魚沾上蛋黃醬是至尊絕配,不消一回便清光了青島啤酒絕對是平靚正之選。IPA,印度淡色愛爾啤酒,主重花香味,7.2%酒精含量。…Read More

前幾日經過這間食店,看了看餐牌幾吸引,便一直想來試試,反正想想也很久沒有食韓國嘢了。於是便網上訂定枱,和老公一齊試新餐廳。店內寬敞,不會有壓迫感。裝修也十分企理,但總覺得他們比較像日式裝修哈哈。每一台桌上面都會放咗一大碗泡菜,可以再等餐時間食住等,個人覺得他們的泡菜都算幾辣。吃不到辣的我點了一份BBQ雞肉韓式炒粉絲,上菜時已經漂來陣陣麻油香,味道和我在韓國食的一模一樣,而且落油的分量剛剛好,不會太油。不過老公點的豬肉泡菜飯似乎就麻麻哋了,豬肉嚡口而且沒有醬汁配搭,乾爭爭的。題外話,上菜時間頗耐,可能是人手不足吧,店員服務態度也有待改善…Read More

今次入去係坐bar枱,望著師傅炸牛蒡已經聞到好香,所以諗都唔諗就點了碗金鶴.雞白湯拉麵試試。識食拉麵第一下一定係飲啖湯底試下師傅既用心同真功夫,哈。其實雞白湯底我就第一次食的,所以都幾期待佢味道如何。湯底鮮甜濃郁而不膩,加上本身自己都鐘意飲開中式雞湯,更加係喜歡這湯。感覺呢間拉麵店好肯去創新,至少未食過有拉麵係有炸牛蒡同慢煮雞柳呢類配菜而係好食。牛蒡食落脆卜卜,好似薯片咁,食到唔停口,店員更溫馨提示要快啲食,浸冧左就無咁好食。另外慢煮雞柳都係好有驚喜,平時好怕啲雞肉會「鞋」,但呢個煮法真係唔會有呢個擔心,食落好鮮嫩,肉質好滑易入口。另外同行友人亦點左碗黑蒜醬油湯拉麵,試左幾啖都覺得一樣好食!濃濃既蒜香(Galic愛好者一定要試下呢碗!)再加醬油湯底,唔會過鹹,亦有豐富既層次感,值得一試。…Read More

原汁原味地道印度菜🇮🇳

其實我和家人都是這間印度餐館的常客了,每次家庭聚會都會首選呢度,一來地點方便,就在西灣河站不遠,二來經濟實惠兼好味。叫8個菜平均每人都是大概百多元,晚餐而且是正宗印度來菜抵食不過。店內座位不多,有個小bar枱,建議人多的話最好預先訂座。店員會先遞上一碟小食 - 圓錐型辣脆餅papad,配上酸辣的特色醬汁,十分開胃,不夠可以叫店員再添。另外亦會有是日餐湯,今次是蘿蔔湯,但飲落會有點薑粒,甜甜辣辣幾特別。重點介紹Tandoori Lamb Leg 天多利烤羊脾!必食推薦!羊肉味重而不羶,外層烤成微焦,火候恰到好處。外層塗滿的紅色印度香料及酸奶烤製而成,肉質香口嫩滑,而且充滿肉汁,一試返唔到轉頭。不用擔心成件都係紅色,其實只有微辣,以香料味及酸甜為主。第二款是食唔到辣的我的至愛Butter Chicken 印度奶油雞。味道偏甜極微辛,而且佢既醬汁最岩點naan食由於butter chicken sauce其實已經非常濃味,所以我也只點了普通原味印度烤餅配搭著食。Naan外脆內軟,配他們任何一款咖喱系列都非常好味。除了基本naan,亦有點一客Lachha Paratha千層餅,口感其實類似手抓餅,點咖喱一樣咁夾。之後便到Chicken Vindaloo勁辣咖喱雞,這是我老公最愛,今次更吩咐廚房要特辣我勉強試了一口,其實一上菜咖喱味已非常濃烈,一入口先甜後辣,後勁十足。食得辣的不妨挑戰一下。平時一般點燒烤雞多,今次試一試新菜Garlic Chicken Kebab 烤蒜子雞件。每件都大大件,蒜味不算很濃但雞肉出奇地嫩滑,一咬更有滿滿雞汁,廚師果然功力十足!我們亦有點一款叫Lamb Seekh Kebab 串燒免治羊肉卷,平時很少見這款菜式便一於試試。以卷狀上菜,口感非常特別,就是羊肉版的免治牛肉,外層香脆,微辛稍鹹。用naan夾著食也許會不錯呢。當然亦不只有肉,蔬菜類的話炒時菜也是不錯的!…Read More

平時煮餸都鐘意多蒜既我,一聽到朋友介紹呢間以蒜為主題既餐廳,真係期待咗好耐了!光是看門口佈置,已經感受到蒜頭們在向我招手!餐廳燈光較為昏暗,某些坐位更是以酒窖為設計主題,頗為有趣摩登。做足功課的我第一樣就點了主打小食Garlic Bread Tower。呢款果然無令我失望,包面都是滿滿的紅椒粉和蒜蓉,濃濃的蒜香味搞到我口水都流哂出嚟。店員在上枱後會幫手將面頭的蒜山壓落法包裏面再切開4份,方便人客食用,十分細心。法包沒有平時食的咁硬,外脆內軟之餘,每一口都食到微辣蒜蓉,個種滿足感,正啊!之後便點了另一皇牌 - Garlic Snowing Pizza,上面的芝士是店員上枱後才即場灑。topings以菠蘿同炸蒜片為主,甜與鹹之間相輔相成,味道好夾。再加上係薄底pizza,食完都唔會有heavy 既感覺。…Read More
