話說之前我係荃灣試過一檔椰子雞煲的火鍋好鬼正,從此就好鐘意椰子雞煲呢個配搭。早排有同事提過天后有檔火鍋有椰子雞,我搵左一日星期五放工同班 fd 一齊過去試下啦 !呢間唔係一間放題嘅火鍋,佢係逐碟叫。四個鍋底都好特別,但因為我好鍾意椰子雞煲所以我就決定叫佢啦!個鍋同埋餐牌張相真係一樣顏色好鮮。佢嘅雞肉同配料全部都係生放落去煲,保持最鮮既味道。個湯底好鮮甜,我飲左兩碗湯,再叫配料。值得一讚係,間店加湯都係加鮮椰子雞湯架,而唔係加水。配料上枱嘅同時我哋就開始食個雞煲。值得一讚係,店員加湯唔係加水,而係加椰子雞湯 ! 個湯真係好好味我哋要半隻雞咁就可以留返多啲位煮埋配料啦 雞肉同椰子呢個配搭真係無得輸,香鮮甜喺同一窩。配料我哋叫咗雜菜,雜菇,響鈴,炸魚皮,鮮脆鯇, 白魚蛋,墨魚滑等等嘅配料。當然仲有好美味嘅拼盤雙蚌。店長之後仲同我地介紹羽衣甘蘭,話同椰子雞好配 ! 我地就叫左一份,有菜濯味,又有種湯鮮味,正正正煮完之後個湯底吸收完上高配料食材嘅鮮味之後,我自己又再飲多兩碗,捧住個肚走好圓滿的一餐 !整體來講如果你鍾意飲湯底的話可以黎試吓呢間真心推介!…Read More

有人話係香港食拉麵要食到高質,其實唔係好多間。喜歡食拉麵的朋友,有時為了唔去幫襯果 幾間連鎖店,會周圍去搵D小店。今日我和朋友路過黃埔,途經呢間店無心插柳之下撞左入 去。點解入去?店仔細細,有麵香,坐滿人,仲要排隊,我就知應該有D料到!入去啦!原來呢間係日本都有好幾間分店,不過係香港就只係得3 間。張 menu 紙好簡單,8 款湯底,我和朋友各點了辛柚子湯底同黑松露湯底,貪佢夠特別。食拉 麵我會堅持叫餃子,因為當一間拉麵店成功,佢既餃子都必定唔野小。朋友叫了果汁酒,而我 叫了綠茶。我地再追加了少少topping , 開心D ^o^上台啦!兩個湯麵都好有驚喜,黑松露湯唔單止個湯滲出陣陣黑松露味,而且麵裡仲有一匙黑松露醬。先飮一啖湯,好香好濃滑!麵身有咬囗,叉焼在湯中浸完,入囗鬆化半溶。至於朋友個辛柚子湯都好特別,咸中帶柚子撲鼻甘甜香味,湯底飲完會散番柚子甜味,煮得好出色。叉燒同我果碗一樣。餃子看似平平無奇,其實我睇到佢心機:佢只煎一面,而保留另一面餃子形態。餃子好鮮甜,菜同肉埋一齊沒有渣,只是食到肉味同菜味,但又唔會覺得粉,正!不得不提佢個果酒,濃濃甜甜的蘋果果香,完全唔覺飮緊酒,飲完之後覺得成餐飽而不「利」,難怪咁多人排隊。拉麵控可以一試,佢唔會令你失望!…Read More

如果鍾意食上海菜又想食的精緻的朋友一般都會揀主流嘅嗰幾間連鎖上海菜餐廳。最近有朋友話佢試咗一間上海餐廳一啲都唔會輸蝕,而且有過之而無不及,佢講到咁吸引當然我放工同女朋友過去試一試啦一坐低我就即刻知道個分別啦!個侍應姐姐佢問我地飲乜嘢茶,佢抱住一個盤,有各種唔同味道嘅原片茶葉!我即刻加左唔少分,因為真係第一次會有餐廳咁細心俾你揀你想飲嘅茶葉。我揀左出面比較少見既人參烏龍,而女朋友就揀左杭菊花。我同女朋友當然好開心各攞住自己嘅香茗慢慢沖。我哋唔係好肚餓,冇叫到啲好重型嘅晚餐。反而我想試小小清淡嘅上海菜式。於是我就叫左我最鍾意嘅清炒土豆絲、特色天使魔鬼小籠包、火腿上湯浸冬瓜、酸菜白肉鍋,同埋最後留返少少肚叫買個甜品我地點完菜之後,店員好細心放左一個掛牌係我地張台度,原來係提示你食完正餐先叫佢地上甜點 ! 又加左分!上菜啦上菜啦 ! 清炒土豆絲非常之爽脆,味道亦都好入味非常之正,佢帶少少美味嘅酸辣咁所以好開胃酸菜白肉鍋酸菜味道調校到啱啱好,微酸味但冇整損成煲湯底,配上黑木耳芽菜個湯都好鮮味好豐富。我鍾意到連湯都飲埋。個天使魔鬼小籠包,黑色小籠包佢係黑松露味,表面有蟹皇。個味道好鮮,有湯汁流出來。白色就用魚子做裝飾,肉質同湯汁都有少少唔同。可以一籠試到兩種,好開心。個火腿肉冬瓜如果食濃味嘅朋友就唔好叫佢啦。因為佢好淡,但係你食落就會到佢個湯會有淡淡的火腿香味。冬瓜都燜得剛剛好,好𣺉好清甜。最後大家食到差唔多就叫埋個榛子饅頭。饅頭炸完,再加上榛子醬、煉奶呢個配搭真係無得輸。饅頭炸到香脆,為呢餐畫上完滿句號。整體來講你一餐我好滿意,誠意推介鍾意食新派上海菜嘅朋友過來試一試!…Read More

話說有朋友仔話呢間好食, 特意有請本座到來試食火鍋就食得多,但係烤魚鍋香港又唔係常見,而呢間係以烤魚煲最拿手! 於是趁星期一幾隻腳搭去大圍一趟!可能係星期一,冇乜人,所以一去到就有位,地方都算清潔。店員有禮,不過有漏單要提醒兩次先上,呢點要留意食左D乜?原條魽魚唔食等於冇來過! 一上已經有好香的花椒味,魚亦唔簡單,先炸至香脆七成熟,湯一滾煮熟埋剩下三成 !麻而不大辣,魚味好出! 先炸後魚腥味完美地去了,淡水魚最大問題都俾佢完美解決了,勁!食雪花肥牛,未食一睇已經知唔係一般貨色,色澤同花紋都好平均,入口當然係半溶並且有甘香感覺啦! 和麻辣湯底真係好鬼夾,仲要係同魚湯! 廣島蠔蠔來講味道佢算唔錯,有鮮味。不過大家有眼所見,佢係上左五舊冰,所以要食就要俾D 耐性等佢溶,唔係就咁放落去出面熟晒裡面仲係舊雪!手打墨魚滑可能係主菜太出色,呢舊變得普通DD ,不過 OK 既,鐘意墨魚滑的朋友就叫啦!都唔係伏來的水蜜桃沙冰呢杯野幾好飲,而且水蜜桃味亦出到來,配住D 麻辣湯一啖冰一啖辣其方都幾爽! 滷豬肚   魚皮餃   炸魚皮   響鈴呢堆係標準火鍋配料,你懂的 >:)  ~ 冇又唔得,我地都係叫左手打烏冬點解唔放埋落去標準火鍋配料群? 呢個你唔食以上配料群都冇乜所謂,但係最後一定要叫呢個 ! 佢同麻辣湯底夾到暈!唔駛諗,叫啦!…Read More
