一步入五月就熱到傻,喺屋企自己煮自己食到厭,不如振興下本土經濟食下野💪荃灣區食肆林立,台式飲品店好多,但台式餐廳就冇乜。近期見朋友食過真台客推介讚賞,就襯long weekend去食。格離左右唔少餐廳食肆都排曬隊,但人人都好神心地喺烈日下等位。拎左飛仔後行左個圈就已經過左number,不過店員好nice下張枱就補返。入舖前唔少得探熱吱搓手液,收銀枱頭放左啲吉信封俾客放口罩,幾貼心。環境企理,冷氣啱啱好,涼得嚟唔會吹親個人。餐牌選擇唔多,都係一般台灣野,叫左牛肉麵、鹽酥雞麵同蚵仔煎。餐廳提供自助任飲凍冬瓜茶同熱炭燒烏龍茶,兩款味道都唔錯。餐具亦係自助模式。牛肉麵有三大舊牛肉,多過啲麵咁滯😂 幾有牛味而且淋得嚟唔鞋口唔痴牙,唔係煲湯瘦肉feel。啲粗切麵煙韌有咬口又唔會煮到淋曬,湯底夠香料味同時唔會cover左牛味 (eg某以比比鳥做招來嘅連鎖台式餐廳),亦唔會食到廚房大手落糖嘅甜味。唯一要講係湯底偏油,可能要拎碗仔片走佢。鹽酥雞麵鹽酥雞冇放湯另上,nice👍 鹽酥雞個皮厚薄適中,唔會厚到食粉,又唔會薄到普通炸雞咁,新鮮炸起香口juicy,少少梅粉喺面,好食。個麵係幼切麵配清湯,個湯冇牛肉麵咁濃味,配幼身麵都唔會過咸。蚵仔煎蠔仔都幾太粒下,而且粒粒都漲卜卜,但唔算重蠔味。餅底偏向蛋餅型,加生菜,面頭嘅醬咸咸甜甜幾夾,但整體唔太特別。整體食物飲品質素above average,而且價格合理,店員attentive,係會再幫襯嘅台式餐廳😋👍…Read More

病左幾輪戒左口個幾月,我終於可以放肆下食重口味野喇😭 之前上Soho行經此店,又上youtube見Alfred讚,一直心思思想去食,搵好路同腳就揾日天氣凍去食餐廳收埋左喺樓上,喺南記格離大廈,先上樓梯入大廈大堂,再撘𨋢/ 行一層,望落全層都係佢嘅,dinner hour都坐滿人,但唔會覺得迫食物主要有車仔麵紙咁剔,有麵有小食有餐。另外有缽缽雞,大概係烚熟啲串好嘅肉同菜,再放湯浸5分鐘左右就入味食得,有麻辣同藤椒湯底。香港好少有藤椒食物,同麻辣唔同,佢少油好多,以麻同藤椒清香為主,唔好以為佢青bb就冇料到,我自問食得麻而佢就好啱我口味。湯底仲分室溫同熱湯,聽聞原本係室溫only,但為貼近hk人口味而有熱ver揀2人set有60串,~$200,都幾多野食,雞肉雞腎雞尖去骨雞腳西蘭花萵荀白菜仔木耳魷魚腐竹豬耳蝦鴨舌豬肉蓮藕薯仔片etc,睇落唔多但其實幾夠食,quality都幾好,唔係頭頭尾尾碎上嗰啲。怕越浸越麻可以食左啲菜先,味道唔會太咸,但藤椒幾香口,食到咁上下成口發麻,所以唔中意就叫返麻辣好喇2個人再各自叫左個豆湯飯,啲白豆夠火令佢幾creamy,似多水嘅潮州粥多過飯,食落有啲似忌廉湯煮咁,湯稀但味道濃,比想像中好整體環境食物唔差,中意川式拿渣(?)麵or麻辣可以去試,幾好食亦有趣…Read More

週日晚上八點幾先見有d餓,既然有新野開仲要係開宗明義鰻魚專門店就試下啦去到門口有小人龍,但大概等左20分鐘就到。門口有大玻璃見到入面燒鰻魚,老實講,嗰個真係算不上係廚房,得個飯煲湯煲3個爐頭仔。唔太聞到汁/鰻魚香。坐低前店員就講明所有order要等20-30分鐘,當時我冇乜所謂,真建議餐廳可以喺門口貼大字報講定,唔係有客等完一輪先知又要再等,都咪話唔金首先叫左個鰻魚肝湯,望落好清,入面有一小粒鰻魚肝,飲落冇乜味,鰻魚肝食落似善字牌魚肉腸 (笑),唔太值得試之後就到燒鰻魚肝,拿,呢個就唔同勒,有肝既味道,比平時既膶軟滑d甘d,但近尾處理得麻麻,有d平時洗魚洗得唔乾淨既苦味,但前段係正常既最後就係鰻魚重 特大,橫掂都係兩個人share,呢個好似抵d。原條鰻魚上,唔係其他咁切開一件件燒,飯既鰻魚汁唔太平均,要食咁d鰻魚再撈底既飯。鰻魚汁偏淡口,鍾意濃既可以會差d。鰻魚食落骨有d多,而且唔夠油脂香,所謂既炭火燒亦唔夠,可能怕燒燶,令鰻魚少左份焦香整體而言,味道唔差可以一試,但冇野令我會特意再去食…Read More

天氣一凍就想縮入被竇渡過餘生咁款,但咁凍又特別易餓,襯天未黑齊就包到隻糭咁出觀塘食蛇其實同一條街,對面馬路就有另一間,但我對排隊名氣無甚興趣,就冇考慮第間舖頭偏舊式,冬天生意好就放多幾張摺枱出街,左右都係d只開日頭既舖,所以冇乜影響門口一堆人買外賣,就直衝入舖自己揾位坐,舊式舖入屋坐低就叫野食,叫左個套餐a,有蛇羹、糯米飯同蛇湯,仲會問個飯要唔要花生一上就上哂蛇羹同糯米飯,連一盒檸檬葉自己加。蛇羹唔單止有蛇肉絲,仲有唔少蛇轆,好足料,而且唔係喪落生粉水整到碗野一pat咁。食落有薑同果皮味,有d辣口但唔係好勁味唔夾嗰種糯米飯唔預佢生炒,加上放左陣先食,面頭嗰d有少少硬,但下面嗰d就正常既。有少量臘腸薄片...刀功好好,但個飯唔夠油潤,食落唔香食完就可以叫湯,用返蛇羹個碗裝,環保洗少個碗又差不多味,都合理。個湯好夠熱,聞落比飲落香,但冇蛇羹嗰陣稍強既薑/果皮味,整體幾好舖頭牆身貼滿剪報同餐牌,除左幾款套餐,仲有蛇膽蛇酒,如果唔係太飽會想飲五蛇酒。呢度係以大細杯計,有d地方係以両計。未飲過既可以想像為甜既酒,除左因為酒本身帶d甜味,係因為加左肉,正如齋湯同肉湯既分別,咁上下其實見到仲有蛇煲,記憶中2 3百左右,出街食羊腩煲都差唔多價錢,有機會會想試下,而且加既其他配菜望落都特別。希望之後可以再嚟試下個蛇煲同蛇酒…Read More

作為一個懶鬼,我絕少返大陸,但近年好興返大陸食野,身邊都多左朋友得閒無事返大陸hea。都多左好多大陸品牌開到返hk,火鍋店都有好幾間,海底撈相信係名氣最大嗰個。通常見要排隊我都可免則免,但咁啱唔太餓,就拎張飛再行下街,都要等成4-50張枱。張飛上面有個qr code,方便在你行開左都可以scan返睇到即時叫到咩number,唔似牛角嘅電話system,5張枱就call定你,但嗰5張就等得耐。各有各好。行到攰行返上海底撈,佢地有大概20張枱仔俾人等位,枱上有簡單board game例如飛行棋、象棋同小朋友玩具(笑),亦供應水同小食,間中有店員送上生果。服務係貼心嘅。坐低發現枱底有叉電線有圍裙,extra野,於我不太重要。店員話$15任飲柑桔/檸茶/酸梅湯,叫左檸茶,杯偏細,shot glass大少少,楂野飲係就咁放係某d枱上,冇雪住,唔係order任飲先俾一楂你,係n枱分一楂。感覺小家左d,而且又唔凍又冇味,當有野飲下就算。呢種人氣餐廳,以試一次心態嚟食,當然要試多d唔同野。叫左四宮格湯底,已經係最多,見大陸好似有9格。左上牛肉湯,右上清油麻辣,左下蕃茄湯 (自稱明星),右下大骨湯。嚟到發現牛肉湯同大骨湯係一樣,不過當係清淡正常湯底都冇乜所謂。餐牌上嘅食物種類比想像中少好多,大概少過牛角dd,有d失望。不過好多食物都可以揀半份,人少or想試多幾款幾啱。叫完成枱我諗除左牛肉肉外,全部都係叫左半份。鴨掌、鴨血、滑牛、竹笙、響鈴、黃喉、鵝腸同剝皮魚。鴨掌應該一早車哂落去最後食會淋滑d,可惜我食完先酸起。滑牛有牛味,冇筋,加茄湯好味。竹笙hk打邊爐少見,索湯係正嘅。響鈴唔脆,請skip。黃喉彈牙,size啱啱好,如果再爽d會好食d。鵝腸冇哂油唔開心😫,幾爽但有d雪味。剝皮魚滑得嚟實肉,打邊爐都唔散,但味道唔太係我杯茶。一份羊肉,好香羊味,少少膻可接受。落蕃茄湯or麻辣湯最正。全晚最正!!食鴨血店員會送上一小碟調味料,一半係花生碎芝麻,一半係麻辣粉。幾香口,唔會搶味。餐廳安排上貼心,但服務未見如傳聞中誇張地懇勤。等候時間太長,但有應對方法加上店舖位置,令件事冇咁難受。飲品奇怪(?),食物不過不失,蕃茄湯同清油麻辣的確好食,肉類只有牛羊不錯。冇特色食物or小食or甜品。總結係,可以嚐鮮,不會特意再訪。…Read More

好一段時間前有雜誌報導過呢間小店,老闆以賣自己家鄉小食為生,仲係一手一腳自己整,唔係喺家鄉入貨返hk賣。一直都幾有興趣試,除左係因為我鍾意食麻(多過辣),二嚟呢d唔係垂手週街有,加上小食份量唔多,就算伏左都唔會太浪費。我一直以為佢喺佐敦佳佳附近,但有晚油麻地dinner等枱時閒逛,原來係喺村爺爺對面!距離信和不遠處!橫掂餓餓地dinner又未有枱,𡁻返個鍋魁先。有豬、牛、葱油、紅豆,天氣熱辣辣本來想叫份叫涼粉嘅甜品,不過店面貼大字話冇,冇計。全外賣,冇人喺門口,不過舖入面老闆+老闆娘都整緊鍋魁。雖然老闆娘係由食物櫃中夾鍋魁,不過一樣夠熱口感冇走樣。包裝紙袋幾得意,講明夏天可放5日,冬天7日,買完唔食住返屋企可以煎、蒸、熬...有趣又有心思。紙袋雖然可以索油,但完全冇發揮到呢個功能,因為鍋魁係煎完再烘返d油出嚟,到我食完個紙袋都係冇油!鍋魁面頭有密麻麻嘅芝麻,好香。餅身咬落酥,鬆化,乾身,似食壓扁左但唔油又好酥嘅牛角包!餡料有麻香,小小辣,香口。調味啱啱好,因為香,反而唔洗太咸。正到暈!三兩下手勢都啪哂,如果唔係之後仲要dinner實買幾個返去。好食,又平,仲要特色小食hk地真係唔容易揾,佢地亦唔容易揾食。呢間開左好一段時間先嚟食,去到食到好野固然開心,但可惜佢貼大字報轉手,唔清楚係咩原因,但相信如果真係轉左手,應該冇得食鍋魁喇,就算有都唔係咁嘅質素同味道...…Read More

油渣麵,顧名思義係指肥豬肉加熱,榨/炸哂d豬油出嚟去賣之後所淨低嘅油渣。以前d人物資冇咁豐富,唔浪費就加菜甫加麵食/賣。本來只被當作下欄野/副產品,後來大家都因為健康都好少見有得賣。細個家住荃灣,有時屋企人會帶我落街宵夜。食過油渣麵,印象中有d似東南亞士多賣嗰d炸豬皮,只係好遇然會有dd肉,唔油膩但好香。大個有去過大角咀油渣麵,一嚟到已經知伏過三伏天。望落似五花腩走油,肉多,脂肪仍然係白色。加左冬菇菜甫好似豐富左,但味道認真麻麻。根本就唔係油渣,仲要飯碗size $4x,試過就算。同輩竟然以為油渣麵係五花腩先叫正常。我當然要帶迷途小羔羊試下好野。由於好耐冇食,就大家一齊揾邊間似樣,就揀左呢間。網上話喺土瓜灣,行到埋去...咦?平時掂行掂過無視左佢,而且舖頭細細,升高左兩級,又其貌不揚。望入去大概有4張枱仔,有吉枱就立馬坐低。menu上招牌油渣麵有得揀辣/唔辣,辣度有得揀,相信係菜莆分別。另外有車仔麵menu,可以叫餸加油渣。最後叫左兩個唔辣油渣麵,叫完一陣先醒起唔記得叫另上,老闆娘(?) 俾左個碟仔先諗到。麵嚟到果然係炸透嘅油渣,正!即刻將d油渣夾落碟仔到,唔想佢浸淋哂,救援成功。油渣炸得夠透夠乾身,脆得嚟唔會燶/硬,係鬆化,又唔會成口油。有油脂香,比起一大條,細細條嗰d仲好食,細細啖夠香送麵,又唔洗咬開。菜莆一般,只係有d咸味。麵就係粗身白麵,冇煮爛ok。食得呢d預左唔健康,不過呢d一次半次過下口癮,味道又好,食得返真正油渣真係好開心。人少少行開附近見有位可以去食,帶住小朋友老人家要上落兩大級就唔好喇。…Read More

假日去下d平時唔會去嘅地方行下揾下野食,星期六熱辣辣貢入筲箕灣,行下foodwise (貨品好無聊,喜居生活有趣過佢多多聲,)。見有兩間安利,一樣人多,橫掂都係要等去新d嗰間。天氣又熱,條街又曬,人又多,又多車喺街邊着車等入餐廳。等左9個字先入到去,拿拿臨叫鮮奶油多、魚蛋魚片切腩麵同牛丸xx撈麵 (唔重要冇特別好食忘記左)。鮮油奶多只有半塊,再切成兩塊正方形。方包本身唔錯,包面乾身脆身,入面有dd軟身,唔係隔夜嗰種扮乾再烘下。煉奶夠多,但又唔會重手到打直食嗰陣流到成手係。鮮油冇溶,但唔係雪到實的的 (我鐘意雪到好硬嘅牛油),未至於好淋一pat,都ok。兩樣加埋味道啱啱好,唔太甜唔太油,半塊唔漏不過唔夠喉。好想係實的的牛油啊...魚蛋魚片切腩麵,老實,失望。唔會話難食,但算不上特別or好食,唔咸囉...魚蛋魚片口感味道冇特別。切腩唔韌,軟但唔係軟滑or香肉味or牛脂味。反而牛丸試左粒幾好,偏實既彈牙,有咬口有肉汁,稍稍偏咸。最後叫杯凍奶茶,茶底冇茶味有d澀同鞋口,糖漿重手得滯太甜,唔啱我。對於一間被讚魚蛋魚片切腩嘅舖頭,出到嚟以上冇一樣叫得做出色都幾失望。反而牛丸同鮮油奶多係唔錯,前題係你願意等or閒日放假冇咁迫or天氣涼d。…Read More

由細到大無魚不歡,仲要只係鍾意食滑身嘅魚,面對好味但多骨嘅魚,我寧願選擇付出耐性都要食到好嘢😤🤷🏾‍♀️呢間位於新蒲崗嘅魚湯魚肉專門店,平時夜晚去食人唔算多,而且座位闊落,有時需要搭枱,但係可以接受。裝修乾淨企理,冇魚腥味。我後來發現原來總店位於荃灣,先知係同一店。細個住荃灣嘅時候都好怕經過,一嚟覺得衛生欠佳,啲煲魚嘅大湯煲全部放晒喺街邊,二嚟經過親佢哋都有一浸強烈魚腥味😖🤢 但新蒲崗店完全冇呢個問題👀👍🏿店入面會有是日供應嘅鮮魚,可以選擇原條鮮魚配飯或者米線,或者以車仔麵模式揀鍾意嘅魚部份同其他配料。另外店舖都會有固定三款燉湯,可以加幾蚊配飯或者米線。加上其他椒鹽小食同冰鎮涼瓜,都幾花多眼亂。新蒲崗店我嚟過幾次,試過以車仔麵模式叫魚嘴加木瓜魚湯米線,魚本身好食,但係唔知係咪木瓜唔當造,就只可以話有少少失色。亦試過佢哋嘅燉魚頭配米線,個人認為配咗米線冇咁好食,而且始終只有一個燉魚頭,鍾意食魚嘅就唔多覺滿足。講到尾我都係選擇返車仔麵模式食我至愛嘅魚嘴魚湯米線而今次我就再加腐竹。溫馨提示,所有湯入面都會加葱同埋芫荽,唔食嘅記得要嗌走青。魚嘴加腐竹魚湯米線,多芫荽魚湯唔腥,幾濃魚味有啲啲黏口,未叫得上鮮甜,但係中上質素。個底本身有少量娃娃菜,腐竹ok,唔算滑但都冇煲爛。魚頭total有兩個 (開半姐係4舊),煮得啱啱好唔會煲到老晒。米線正常,量夠,如果打算食魚咀配料米線,飲多兩啖湯其實已經好飽。另外叫咗個椒鹽豆腐,即叫即整熱辣辣。粉算薄,夠脆,豆腐應該係百福之流 (其實係幾好)。襯熱食最好,後來攤凍啲再食就已經冇咁脆皮同軟滑。整體經驗唔錯,而且已經幫襯左幾次,水準都幾一致。店員態度都幾親切,會問使唔使走青,問佢有咩推介都熱心,講明鍾意或新宇都有建議冇hea覆。…Read More

呢間餐廳前後食過兩次,之前經驗不錯,再翻啅🤣 將兩次經驗2合1寫一篇算大廈旁邊直行有貨𨋢上樓,怕撘舊式𨋢可以行樓梯嘅...我懶,撘𨋢上去基本上冇門可言,一入餐廳範圍就會見到可以購買嘅家俬、手工藝品、衫褲等。左手邊近窗係半開放式水吧位同座位。閒日lunch時間都keep住有人入嚟,人多最好訂定位穩陣。近住賣野部分嘅座位好有趣,係一個高大概80cm高嘅木台(?),上面加個座墊。似係會用嚟做workshop嘅感覺。好處係空間感好夠,絕對唔會肩摩轂擊!欣賞!lunch餐牌叫lunch set可以揀沙律/湯,加main同指定飲品。湯每日不同,試過南瓜湯同羅宋湯。南瓜湯濃郁豐富南瓜蓉,調味剛好羅宋湯湯料豐富,香甜蕃茄味,稍稀煙鴨胸青醬扁意粉青醬稱不上香,但勝在唔會過咸。鴨胸肉份量適中,但大小不一同偏油,但夾埋意粉就剛好。和牛芝士漢堡薯角香脆夠熱有薯仔味!有油醋沙律伴碟,油醋調味幾好,唔會好酸酸到乸喉。和牛漢堡有肉汁,但不至於會食得messy,芝士比意料中好,幾滿意,但可以再熱d。熱green tea latte呢度飲品比食物出色!綠茶粉絕不吝嗇!奶泡略嫌唔夠挺,但味道同熱度好好,飲到最後入口有少少粉感,可接受熱朱古力佢嘅朱古力係我飲過用粉沖之中最濃味,唔太甜,中意黑朱古力/偏苦/少甜嘅朋友記得要試Cafe廚房同用餐部分連埋,雖未至於開放式,但通風/抽氣一般,會有油煙味 (唔...佢賣嘅衫褲會應該有食物味lol)。廚房出餐較慢,趕時間嘅要留意下自己預返。食物見到有時會ready左但冇人送餐攤涼左。❗️呢度嘅咖啡(非latte cappuccino之類) 係齋啡,冇奶冇糖跟架,建議叫其他/ 多口問句…Read More

星期六晚見唔太餓,去左試來港時係威係勢,喺US都好出名既Cheesecake Factory 預左要等,hostess都好有經驗地講名要等105分鐘,由於時間只係6pm又唔餓就ok左。Hostess俾左個震機我地,但!!部機得15米range (好屎🤦🏾‍♀️ 好心就用類似牛角既自動call客system)入到去一如comment話齋,紅燈偏暗,老土palm tree裝飾,玻璃加綠燈partition,真係不提也罷Cheesecake menu花多眼亂,至少有3頁。2個人想試多d野,就叫左2個小食+3個cakeNacho 大份,夠熱,但味道算不上好/差Buffalo chicken strips可以揀雞翼/雞柳,雞翼貴$10-20。味道過酸,酸到有d嗆喉,亦冇香料味,完全唔惹味。唯一好d係個blue cheese sauce,夠味,點西芹一貫地好食,不過熱愛芝士人士如我會嫌佢唔夠香,另外打得唔滑,有大小不一既芝士粒粒喺入面Strawberry cheesecake士多啤梨正路,cheesecake實身,芝士味不足Linda’s chocolate cake好多層,個cream做得幾好,但餅底太甜Carrot cake實淨,足料,蛋糕稍嫌乾身,icing好實唔軟滑叫得Cheesecake Factory但cheesecake同cake都算不上好食。Buffalo chicken wings/stripes呢d咁common既小食都撻cue🤷🏾‍♀️ 服務ok,但以食物計實在係唔會再食,試下嚐鮮無妨名過其實,希望越大,失望越大…Read More
