花丸軒是一間源自日本大阪道頓堀的人氣品牌拉麵店,近年在中環開設香港分店。裝潢以簡約日式風格為主,燈光明亮,開放式廚房,可以看到師傅煮麵過程,主打豚骨拉麵、餃子、炸雞、天婦羅豬軟骨、炒飯、丼飯等小食及飯類。招牌原條慢煮豬軟骨拉麵配糖心蛋:將約 20–25cm 長的整條豬軟骨慢煮8小時至軟腍入味,長時間炖煮令肉質軟糯但仍保持筋道,軟骨部分入口爽脆,膠質豐富且入口即化。豚骨湯底濃郁香滑,帶有濃厚的豚骨香氣,溏心蛋帶有半熟流心蛋黃,口感鮮嫩,還有彈牙自家製麵條,掛湯力強。幸福拉麵二重奏(叉燒豬軟骨配糖心蛋):豬軟骨慢煮8小時,肉嫩軟骨呈啫喱狀入口即化;叉燒用五花肉製作,肥瘦均衡炙燒至微焦。糖心蛋半熟程流心狀態,麵條掛上濃郁的豬骨湯,口感彈牙又鮮甜。唐揚炸雞外皮酥脆香氣十足、內裡嫩滑多汁,配沙律醬味道更提升。…Read More
