(As I want to introduce this restaurant to the foreigners, I use English instead. Actually, using English to write a review is not so difficult)Lily & Bloom, what a special name! Usually, people love flowers and use flowers in different occasion, no matter formal and informal one. Maybe because of this, the restaurant is named like this. Maybe that’s the target of the restaurant owner-----to make the restaurant highly appreciated by people.The restaurant can be separated into two area. One is the “lounge area” and one is “table area”.For the “lounge area”, it is a place for people to stand, have a glass of wine or cocktail and chat with each other. You can have some food while chatting also.For the “table area”, it is for people to sit and enjoy the food and drinks.There is a list of drinks for you to choose, such as draught, wine, cocktail and beer. The cocktails are quite attractive. Among them, Three Grapes And A Cup is recommended.This cocktail is a mixture of white wine and VSOP. Besides, ginger is added so it has a stronger taste of alcohol. What makes it special is the three grapes on the top. There are three different of grapes, green, purple(the most common one in the market) and black. The grapes are frozen and if you eat it separately, it is still juicy. By grapes mixing with the cocktail, the taste is a bit sweet and refreshing.For food, Some of them are quite unique. For example, the Old Fashioned Bloom Berger consists of dry aged wagyu beef patty, aioli, bacon and cheddar. Mixed with some other sauces, the taste of it is good. The beef is not too dry and the taste of beef and other ingredients are perfectly matched.Kindly remind the cheese lovers, it is a must to try the Bloom Mac N’ Cheese. Four different kind of cheese sauces are used. Mixed with butter, the taste of cheese become stronger.Also, the fries of this restaurant are tasty. 之前見過在instagram人氣的用戶力推,說是「吃到底還有的豪華海膽手卷」便拉著男友試一試。甫落天橋,遠遠已經見到一條人龍排隊(那時是3點),原來造成人龍的岀現是因為店家採用即叫即做的製法。雖是品質新鮮有質素,但亦趕走了不少沒耐性廝磨的客人,有改善空間。等了差不多半小時至九個字,終於到我們點餐了。我叫了個$18的細海膽手卷,男友點了個$45的大海膽手卷,我們親眼看著店家大方豪爽的將一整坂海膽倒至米飯上,非常足料。而我的比較少一點,大約只有半坂海膽左右,但份量亦是其他店品嚐不到的多。米飯尚有餘溫(即叫即做),而海膽則非常鮮甜美味,即使價錢便宜,質素卻沒有下降,有良心的好店!惟紫菜不夠脆,是失色了點。注意,加拿大海膽(更鮮甜的海膽品種)是季節性供應,恰巧我們到訪時是沒有的,想品嚐的朋友要多加留意。…Read More
