燒野食想 試D 新野, 聽左好耐可以自己烤乳豬, 所以搵到白石燒烤。它在馬鐵尾站有接駁小巴, 跟指示就可以入到去。 附近仲有個高爾夫球練習場,唔入去都唔知。同時亦都係自助貨櫃場,好彩當日無太多貨櫃車出入。我地12點未夠入就入左去,場地好大,未見太多人。 早一日已經訂左10人餐,可有一個冷氣貨櫃,燒到一半可以入去休息下,幾好。同時場入面都有唔同的小遊戲和充氣城堡俾場內人仕去玩,當然係要另外收費。講返食物,餐入面已經包哂平常燒烤的食物,亦有海鮮 (魚、蝦、扇貝),可以用燒烤叉或者燒烤網去燒(都有提供)。食物質素就老實普普通通,以性價比就無咩可言, 因為人平均 400。我地另外叫左乳豬,又要800左右,都係職員準備好,俾我地自己燒。跟住燒烤秘笈,用左1個小時,我地成功燒到脆皮乳豬總結, 試一次自己燒D 大型食物是一次唔錯的體驗,就看你想唔想。不過就住出去俾同樣價錢係人地燒好切好招呼你,仲要唔駛熱幾個鐘。…Read More

今日入長洲,上船前買個午餐上去享受先。搵碼頭附近有咩食,見到有韓國野,立即動身。叫左半半炸雞 (2種味各6件)和牛肉炒粉絲佢的炸雞皮唔厚,肉件大件,咬開炸粉入面仲好有肉汁,可以話係嬴快餐的炸雞成條街。甜辣醬好好味,但原味就有點單調(可以話無味),所以下次我點都會選其他有醬的炸雞。總結來講 2樣食物都很好,而且是立即整的,熱辣辣(等左15分鐘船都仲好熱),份量好足,2個大人1個小朋友都夠食有多,$200左右好抵食,再經過一定再買佢上船食。…Read More

入左來咁多次長洲,第一次試海邊的海鮮餐廳。以前怕中伏,但今次見唔多人,而且價錢合理,所以當試下伏。有個小插曲,原本係入左旁邊另一間海鮮餐廳。門口個人就話有冷氣位,點知走左入去個個就話無冷氣位,因為帶住小朋友,所以就走返出來。門口個牌寫明唔同數量的餸要幾多錢,間間都差唔多。一坐底未叫野食已經奉上倒湯,服務員姨姨見到我2個小朋友鍾意食紅蘿蔔,都主動裝多左一碗紅蘿蔔出來俾我地,十分貼心。倒湯清清地幾好,飲完全晚都無口乾口渴。今次叫左 四款餸: 栗米魚柳、海鮮豆腐煲、生炒骨、尿蝦︴、炒菜(送)每份都唔少,以價錢來講,算中規中矩。 栗米魚的魚炸粉有DD 厚; 生炒骨肉唔算多,但菠蘿就俾到好多; 豆腐煲都有好多,而且豆腐都滑,唔會太乾身。總體來講 收貨,作為行完一日長洲的結尾,是不錯的選擇。…Read More

如題,慕名來一探豬潤麵。我對豬潤麵有個迷思,但市面上出名的 都有D 名過其實( 個人意見)。我知道處理豬潤係要好多工序,做少一樣,都會令成件事失敗,所以更加想搵一家好食的豬潤面。店舖位置唔算難搵,係滿記過2間鋪就係。入到去就叫左 豬潤面同豬油渣。一來到,見到豬潤又厚又大件,就知道唔係亂來,因為咁樣的豬潤先好食,而且佢對自己處理應該有信心。如果唔係,寧願薄切(排隊名店),處理又易,又無咁易有異味。豬潤因為厚切,有口感又爽亦有潤的味道,無令我失望。講食物味道係 對得住 食物亦對得住個價錢。 但其他加料,即 豬油渣就令我有少少失望,因為烤得有點過龍,太乾,就算落左湯度,都救唔返。但總結,如果下次又想食豬潤,我都會返來。…Read More

今日將去海洋公園玩,所以順便入來鴨脷洲走走。在網上見到有特式蛋餅,當然要來試試。我十二點到達,前面已經有 6人在前面。因為店小而且座位以 2人枱為主,所以等候要點耐性 (食好野必備)終於入座,立即叫左  1) 黑松露雜菌芝士蛋餅 2) 三杯雞麵 3) 鹽酥雞因為小朋友餓了,已經急不及待開動了,開餐照 免了。首先,小食- 鹽酥雞,每粒都有肉,夠咪,而且是熱騰騰的,份量也不少。以30餘元可以有這質量,已經食出是良心好店。再食 三杯雞麵。它是撈麵類,汁好味,夠"傑"身。麵也是類似油麵,但很好掛汁。最後重點來啦,黑松露雜菌芝士蛋餅。一送來見到蛋餅入面的 材料 爆哂出來,已經流哂口水。 我見佢2大條的 卷餅放出來,心怕我會食唔哂。但可能因為它太好味,亦可能因為它配上了 酸酸的汁,我一口接一口的食唔停。 唔單止我,小朋友也要添食,可見它真是人見人愛。雖然它地利位置唔係太好,但從佢的食物中和 店內員工工作比例中見到 ,這店是用心制 作美食的。 事關店內 有8名員工,但有6人在廚房不停工作,招呼客人的只是 2人。建議不趕時間的去慢慢享受美食,作為慢活的一天 的起點。…Read More

一直都知道九龍灣有新的飲食地標,但沒有去了解在哪裡。今晚在德寶睇完醫生,相問一下有冇地方介紹食少少野,佢就指點左我去六樓後座。原本新的飲食地標就在德寶商場。因為我去到時已9點,店內沒有太多人。一入去,不假思索,來一個雜扒餐試試佢身手。既然佢係賣老香港茶餐冰室的路,鐵板雜扒當然是不二之選。主角未到,先行部隊 牛油多士和南瓜湯先被送上枱。多士又香又熱又脆,湯又濃又熱,一定都是即叫即整。主角雜扒上場睇相都見到佢幾有份量,豬、牛、雞、薯條樣樣齊,睇到我立即有細個個時,食雜扒的興奮感覺。食鐵板最重要的,就是加汁落去個一刻的之之聲。依度都無令我失望,熱力足,之之聲不絕於耳。話說出面好多所謂鐵板都係虛有其表,唔係燒到紅出來的。雜扒份量足,味道交到貨(即係OK 普通啦),但要提一提的,是佢的豬柳。 佢的豬柳唔係D乾真真的豬扒,而係分左3塊的 爽脆豬柳,一入口眼前一亮。在無咩預期下食到更好的味道,當然喜出望外。想行舊香港的風味同時,都希望餐廳方可以作出一點點的改善,令青年人都可在舊風味中,找到新的亮點。因為舊時可食鐵板,已經係天大的喜慶日子,見到都滿足了。但現世代青年富足,未必能體會/體諒到當中的感受/風情,所以只會從單純的味道出發。我都希望餐廳可以一直做落去,多吸客 源,為我們保留一下兒時的 回憶,謝謝。另外,見到另一枱客叫了中式客飯,份量多又是即炒的,下次都想試試。…Read More

成日都想去半島但成日都要等位,自從有次唔想等位而去左四寶後,我成為左佢的粉絲。今日順路去左食午餐,入去都未諗到食咩,但見入面枱枱都食緊2樣野。一係蔥油豬扒飯,一係就叉燒滑蛋飯,見到咁的情況已經唔諗啦,叫左蔥油豬扒飯。普通的豬扒飯要索價$50,可能你會覺得貴。但當四寶俾到足料的飯俾你,你就會覺得物有所值。豬扒有成吋厚,而且係有肉汁的,好明顯係有心機咁煎而唔係九炸。 加上蔥油唔係死咸死油,好有蔥的香味,送飯一流。當出面$4X都係俾緊D 垃圾你食的時候,依度俾同樣的價錢而有相對應的料,應該要大力支持!!!!P.S. 成日去食佢個早餐,見到佢的雞扒係手拳咁大同好厚身,食完一餐可以飽到午餐都唔駛食~~~…Read More

今日要去旺角上堂,立即搵下附近有咩食,就搵到村爺爺這所 熱爆的餐廳。我睇到D人話好早就會排隊,所以拿拿淋1730去到。去到見到已經差唔多滿,我就好彩仲有位,而且下午茶時間送冷熱飲品。轉下眼1745已經要排隊店內位置唔多,但起碼唔會迫到坐得唔舒服。我一入去就立即叫花膠煲雞(皇牌),加$10可轉套餐,有菜有飯有飲品。好快就放左一大盤雞來,半隻雞無花無假。好啦,都係時候講下個主菜入面D花膠唔少,雖然未致於起膠同好厚,但起碼無沙同淋。雞湯好甜好香雞味,沒有味精的感覺,立即飲返幾口先@__@香飯係絲 苗米,口感 軟熟,煮得有點乾,加上湯來飯剛剛好。主角--雞 浸在湯內,沒有好快涼。雞肉嫩滑,唔似D 煲左好耐的 ,而且唔駛點醬已經夠味。食這餐一定要用手先會食得開心又乾淨,店方有給予膠手套,十分貼心。總結,這餐十分滿意,性價比極高。希望佢愈做愈好,KEEP 住品質,大家多D光顧,老闆賺多D~~~…Read More
