中環英倫風雪榚屋食記:三款朱古力雪榚嘅治愈碰撞 閒逛中環時偶然闖入呢間兩層樓雪榚店,一入門就被兩層嘅反差感吸引——下層係滿溢奶香嘅雪榚櫃檯,上層就像藏咗個小歐洲,木質傢俬配淺色軟裝,英倫風格紋靠墊、復古吊燈散係周圍,陽光透過玻璃窗灑落,座位闊落得可以隨便攤坐,完全冇逼仄感。 背景音係輕輕嘅英文歌,旋律唔吵唔鬧,啱啱蓋過街頭嘅喧囂,又唔會礙住同朋友傾計,懶洋洋嘅氛圍一坐低就想放慢節奏。店員態度亦都好gentle,全程冇半點催促,完全可以悠悠閒閒咁耗成個下午,係中環鬧市入面難得嘅鬆弛空間。 今次專登揀咗三款朱古力系列雪榚,仲有一杯凍latte同一件曲奇,每款都有驚喜。70%黑朱古力味,入口首先係微苦嘅醇正可可香,冇半分多餘嘅甜膩,可可嘅焦香喺口腔慢慢散開,後調先透出淡淡奶香中和苦味。冰質細到完全食唔出冰粒,抿開時感受到可可嘅厚實感,食完嘴裏仲留住可可嘅餘韻,濃郁得啱啱好,所以我是放在最後先食。 Jasmine白朱古力味簡直係驚喜集合體!入口係綿密到化開嘅甜,不是死甜,反而滲出陣陣清新嘅jasmine花香,係好淡好柔嘅花韻,唔會搶咗奶香,反而像喺奶甜裏加咗層「春日滤镜」,順住喉嚨滑落時仲有花香回甘。最妙係入面藏咗細細粒嘅脆珠,咬落「沙沙」聲好治愈,唔會太硬,反而同白朱古力嘅絲滑形成反差,脆感搭住奶香、花香,三種味道同口感層層疊加,甜得輕盈又有層次,食完仲想舔多幾下唇回味。 最驚喜嘅要數薄荷朱古力味,完全避開咗薄荷味過重嘅「牙膏感」——清新嘅薄荷香一入口好鲜明,但又唔會沖鼻,好快就同朱古力碎嘅醇厚融合埋一齊,慢慢用舌尖感覺到朱古力碎的融化感,很自癒。薄荷嘅涼感啱啱好,多食幾啖都唔會覺得刺激,反而可以中和朱古力嘅厚重,每一口都係「涼而唔冰、甜而唔膩」嘅平衡,食完嘴裏仲留住淡淡薄荷清香,夏天食真係好清爽。 今次點嘅曲奇仲有個「隱藏吃法」——將雪榚放喺曲奇面一齊食,簡直係神仙搭配!平時食開嘅曲奇,一旦搭凍雪榚,好容易變得「呲牙呲牙」硬邦邦,仲會粘牙。但呢塊完全唔同,外皮始終保持住脆卜卜嘅口感,咬落「咔嚓」聲好治愈,內芯又帶少少軟綿,就算蘸住雪榚食,都冇半分粘牙,脆感同雪榚嘅綿密完美融合,我個人比較喜歡配搭白朱古力雪糕。 配埋凍latte就更完美,咖啡嘅焦香同牛奶嘅絲滑融合得啱啱好,入口先有淡淡奶甜,後調係咖啡微苦,冰球融得慢,飲到最後一口都仲係均勻口感,唔會因為冰融咗变寡淡。 呢間可以放低焦慮、慢慢享受嘅店,大概就係中環入面最治愈嘅小角落,下次一定再嚟試多幾款雪榚同曲奇嘅搭配!…Read More

中環士丹利街「大阪燒過江龍」Lunch 食的:望住師傅整大阪燒,慢等都值得! 中午喺中環搵 Lunch,坐喺鐵板bar枱前,全程望住日本師傅整大阪燒,雖然等嘅時間確實有啲長,但睇住個過程同最後上枱嘅效果,覺得完全抵返晒! 日本師傅喺鐵板度整大阪燒好認真,每步都慢工出細活,火候控制得好緊慎,驚啲大阪燒煎過火變硬。我坐喺度望住佢手腕輕輕翻動鐵板鏟,聽住食材喺鐵板上「滋滋」作響,蛋香同肉香慢慢飄過嚟,等嘅時候反而多咗份期待,唔會覺得枯燥。 終於等到大阪燒上枱,最窩心嘅係師傅直接用個熱辣辣嘅鐵板裝住上嚟,啲熱氣一路冒,蛋餅邊位依然脆卜卜,醬汁配合得剛剛好,中間保持住嫩滑。咬落去有蛋香、雜菜爽同肉末咸香,仲有2款味粉加上,熱辣辣嘅口感超正!我分了四份,先食原味,第二食加入海苔粉,第三食加入鰹魚粉,第四食加入五味粉! 增加了每次食的感覺!已經完全忘記了影相!仲有沙律同麵豉湯配埋一齊,沙律清爽解膩,湯底暖笠笠,成個套餐食完好匹配。雖然等餐需時,但坐喺度望住師傅整美食,再食住熱辣辣嘅鐵板大阪燒,呢種 Lunch 嘅儀式感,係快餐比唔到嘅,下次都願意再來食! 仲有沙律同面食湯配埋一齊,沙律清爽解膩,湯底暖笠笠,成個套餐食完好落胃。雖然等餐需時,但坐喺度望住師傅整餸,再食住熱辣辣嘅铁板大阪燒,呢種 Lunch 嘅儀式感,係快餐比唔到嘅,下次都願意慢啲等!…Read More

很小地方能食到的龍蝦汁捲捲意粉

點了香煎海蝦龍蝦汁卷卷意粉、開心果蛋糕,再加杯維也納咖啡,由醇香到鹹鮮再到甜潤,一口接一口,啱晒放空嘅時光。主角海蝦龍蝦汁卷卷意粉一上台,碟邊整整齊齊擺咗四隻大 𫩥 海蝦,蝦身飽滿彈牙,睇住就好有食慾;中間嘅卷卷意粉居然係空心㗎,螺旋形嘅意粉能掛住嘅龍蝦汁,但龍蝦汁味道不是很濃郁或減香。咬落第一啖意粉,首先feel到外層嘅煙韌,跟住空心位裏面嘅龍蝦汁口感豐富,龍蝦汁沒有腥氣;空心面咬落「彈中帶脆」,唔會腍痴痴亦唔使咬到腮痛,每啖都有嚼勁。食完意粉再拎起碟邊嘅海蝦,肉質雪白彈牙,蘸少少龍蝦汁食,海蝦嘅清甜同意粉夾埋,簡直冇得彈。性價比很高!凍維也納咖啡,杯身帶住適中嘅冰感,入口剛好解膩。望入杯裏,中間浮住幾粒冰,唔多唔少,啱啱好凍住成杯咖啡,又唔會影響飲用口感。 最靚係面層——厚厚一舊忌廉蓬鬆得似朵雲,頂頭仲均勻撒咗層咖啡粉,賣相即刻靚晒!用羹舀一啖忌廉,滑捋捋嘅,入口居然有啲似提拉米蘇嘅綿綿口感,淡淡奶香Cream混住上層的咖啡粉很特別有一點點咖啡苦味,口感好像吃燒過的棉花糖。 再啜返啖下層咖啡,冰涼口感好順滑,入嘴滿是濃郁嘅咖啡香,醇厚度好足,完全冇半分微苦,只係純粹嘅香滑咖啡味。配埋頂層嘅忌廉同咖啡粉,先嘆到粉嘅細緻、忌廉嘅柔滑,再嚐到咖啡嘅濃醇,幾種味道搭得啱啱好,一口落肚,下晝嘅倦意即刻散走,忍不住要點多一個開心果芝士蛋糕配合咖啡!最後呢件開心果芝士蛋糕真係成餐嘅亮點!上層係淡淡73比例3份是原味芝士,滑捋捋又夠香;下層7分就係混入咗開心果嘅芝士底,咬落有淡淡堅果香,兩層口感好分明。最妙係中間位置——軟糯到有少少流心感,又唔會完全水汪汪,用羹舀起時會微微「掛住」,入口滿滿都係濃郁嘅芝士香同開心果味,甜得好夠層次,又唔會齁喉,食完個口仲留住淡淡堅果香,正到冇朋友!…Read More

觀塘東廣場呢間米線鋪,鋪面夠大唔使排隊,吊龍+莴笋片+薄切豬潤超正! 尋日經過觀塘,行到東廣場上一層,無意間發現間米線鋪——第一眼就覺得驚喜,鋪面比想像中大好多,座位闊落又舒服,唔會迫逼哋,環境仲乾淨企理,桌面同地面都冇油污,連餐具擺放都整整齐齊。最正嘅係完全唔使排隊,入到去就有位坐,落單快,服務員態度亦幾好,第一印象直接拉滿! 仲有一樣要提,呢度唔止得米線,仲有好多其他嘢食選擇,無論想食小食定係其他粉面都有,下次可以試下其他款。今次我就專心「攻」米線,點粉面套餐時直接「加料加到滿」:除咗之前試過好正嘅吊龍同莴笋片,今次仲追加咗份豬潤,成碗米線秒變「豪華版」! 先講個豬潤,真係驚喜到我:切得好薄一片,透光睇都好均勻,而且分量好足,一碟倒落湯底满满當當。新鮮度完全冇得彈,薄切款唔使浸太耐,湯底滾時涮3-5秒,邊緣微微捲起就啱好,咬落滑嫩到痹,冇半點腥味,仲吸晒麻辣湯底嘅香,一口落去超惹味。 吊龍都保持高水準,上台時仲帶住少少鮮紅,切得厚身又唔痴牙,趁湯底滾拎筷子夾住浸10秒以內,肉質鮮嫩得咬落有汁,完全唔會韌。而莴笋片就係「解膩神器」,切得大件,浸湯底後依然脆口,唔會腍淋淋,咬落爽爽地,仲吸咗少少辣湯味,同軟滑豬潤、鮮嫩吊龍配埋一齊,口感層次直接拉滿。 湯底始終係靈魂!自選嘅麻辣味夠勁但唔燒心,骨湯底嘅醇厚完全滲出嚟,飲落好香,冇陣味精嘅澀味,飲完成個人暖笠笠,仲唔會口干。米線亦好掂,夠軟滑但唔腍散,咬落有少少彈牙,吸埋啲湯底,鮮味直頭翻倍。 食嘅時候有個小技巧:建議先涮豬潤(薄切易熟,唔好浸耐),再浸吊龍,食完兩款鮮肉,咬返幾口脆莴笋片解膩,最後先嗦米線,每樣食材嘅鮮味都唔會被搶,湯底香味亦會層層遞進。 整體来讲,呢間鋪真係「樣樣都掂」——環境好、唔使等、選擇多,仲要味道同分量都好足,今次加料加得超值,食完飽到唔想郁,性價比超高。如果去觀塘行街或者住附近,想食碗足料又好味嘅米線,呢間一定要試,尤其推薦「吊龍+豬潤+莴笋片」呢個組合,試過真係會返尋味!…Read More
