曾幾何時晚上日本燒配啤酒是消夜必然正選,因串燒物只加簡單的醬油和粗鹽放上爐邊猛火燒,概保留肉汁又有微微燒焦的香味,同時肉質的天然味道亦得以加強,再一口冰凍的啤酒和三五知己笑看江湖,好得很以前晚上到過尖沙咀的南亭進餐,不錯,今天午膳時間走過銅鑼灣店,於是便進內,可惜失望而回串燒牛肉定食,先來沙律一客,只有生菜及蕃茄和丁點千島醬,蔬菜鮮甜,作為開胃小吃算合格面豉湯,不渴也罷小小定食但物料豐富,燒冬菇不錯,咬下去仍有菇菌的香味,露笋豬肉卷,露笋新鮮,“無渣”,但豬肉偏鹹,豬肉串,燒過火,串上的第一塊只是炭焦,味道一般,主菜牛肉串,沒有牛味,肉質又太沒咬勁,失敗:(午餐時間竟然只得5枱客人,可能日與夜是不能相提並論吧…Read More

已試過樂富很多不同的餐廳,但總是提不起興趣到Menu一坐,因每次走過都見到人流比其他店舖少很多,民間智慧使我假設這家不好吃,但今早還是想試點新事物早餐時候入座率也有七成,找位置坐下後到收銀台前落單,價錢較貴,叫了一個芝士火腿牛角酥早餐,餐飲點了熱朱古力,店員接著說特飲加6元,第一個反應想走,但已坐下便由他吧十五鐘後店員送來芝士火腿牛角酥早餐,芝士連牛角包放入爐微焗,芝士融化但牛角包又同時保持香軟,熱騰騰很好吃,但那杯加6元的朱古力真的出色,顏色是朱古力,但味道淡而無味﹝正確是有丁點甜味﹞往後開始聽到有投訴的聲音從四方八面傳來,其中一人正是我們,十時二十分落單,等了三十分鐘還未有,很欣賞那女店員說對不起的能力,因真的跟她無關,那店長就像一個機械人一樣,不斷面無表情地說“等等”,最後等了四十二分鐘才上枱煙肉火腿炒蛋加雜菜湯長通粉,味道其實還可以,特別是那雜菜湯通粉,用雜菜湯做湯底比清湯通粉更配合更有特色,長通粉彈牙有咬口,不會太稔,但表面油膩了點,可用吸油紙處理再上碟會好些等四十二分鐘的早餐,相信這是本人最後一次光顧了…Read More

影完相朋友請我到上環吃有名的豬扒飯,因已過了二時半,肚子餓得快死了,吃什麼都可以,要點是快店舖是老店,應該已經很多年歷史,過了午膳時間仍人潮湧湧,但兩人位置還是有的,最有名的金牌豬扒飯,份量挺多,豬扒也是鋪滿白飯上,賣相真一般,油太多,一口咬下感覺太油膩,但味道不錯,肉質腍軟不過亦保持咬勁,醃得非常入味,白飯伴以甜豉油,可惜真的太入味,個人應為味道太濃,相比荃灣的“鱻”水準尚有距離奶茶有點失望,明白每間餐廳應有自己的特性,但好茶的基本要求不外乎,茶味香,入口滑溜,水要鮮,奶味適中,可惜科記的茶有點苦澀,味道亦不見香濃,可惜可惜……舊枱、舊椅子,舊式佈局,不計衛生情況﹝不是太好,但就不算差﹞,我一定會再來,畢竟比較集團餐廳,這樣有特色的懷舊餐廳顯得很有性格…Read More

今晚慶祝記念日,預早安排好到旺豪坊Sky Bar,因那裡情調不錯,環境又帶點浪漫…談談心,回味從前每枱放有小蠟燭,侍應細心地安排一旁較靜的沙發位,感覺很好,沒有套餐,只好先點了一客三文魚凱撒沙律,邊吃邊選大盤…沙律份量夠兩人分享,一般凱撒沙律的銀魚柳醬是比較鹹味濃,但這裡的醬汁較少,沒有開胃的感覺,但芝士片加添了香味,煙肉粒亦使沙律入口的口感提升,不過三文魚只是合格大盤要了肉眼扒,我問侍應肉眼若幾多安士,他的答案是500克??? 廚師把五成熟做到剛剛好,外皮香脆,肉汁沒有流失,牛根油脂比例適中,但那片牛油可以不要,會搶掉牛味,蕃茄微酸,作為油膩的牛扒伴菜很好,如果薯條採用原味那種會美味一點另外點了一個牛柳大蝦跟鵝肝,一比較下牛柳太小,味道也及不上肉眼扒,大蝦味鮮甜,鵝肝很有水準,香煎可使鵝肝入口濃而不膩,表面的伴菜像黃梅或草梅醬,確可提高鵝肝的香甜,$208元不算太貴有點奇怪的是為何不用碟卻用一個較高身的盤?用刀切時好像不太方便‧‧‧…Read More

和亭跟和民都是日本餐廳,但總是覺定位不太清色,好像香港茶餐廳一樣,甚麼都有得吃,但沒甚麼特別好吃……始終是新店開張不久,街坊支持少不免,雖然要等10張枱,一於試試店內氣氛不錯,裝潢在平價餐廳中算高尚,服務雖有點亂,但服務員尚算親切及負責任,因我叫了三文魚壽司但來了一客鰻魚,那服務員竟然不知如何應對,然後一名廣東話不純的女子過來跟我道歉並跟進,結果3分鐘內已換上三文魚壽司上枱,很好食物種類繁多,先來一客牛油帶子,香口美味,雖份量不多但每顆帶子都新鮮彈牙壽司真的不行,三文魚跟吞拿魚壽司鮮味不足但不至於太差,但那個所謂的牡丹蝦就真的不可不試,蝦膏太腥,蝦身肉質鬆弛沒咬勁日本牛肉沙律,酸酸的味道確實開胃,蔬菜亦算新鮮,牛肉份量太少蝦雜菜天婦羅烏冬算是水準之作,烏冬入口滑溜,湯底清香,蝦天婦羅爽脆,炸粉適中,其中甜薯最美味整體沒太失望,一般晚飯可以再光顧…Read More

今日午餐因時間有限所以選擇了日本快餐,走到五十嵐看見餐牌價錢非常便宜,可以一試午餐種類多,叫了一個豬軟骨拉面及香煎雞扒便當湯底真是不敢恭維,完全沒有豬骨湯應有的香味,只是奶白色的味精湯,面的質地也非常普遍,沒有彈牙爽口感覺,豬軟骨還可以接受,應經過醬油長時間醃制,味濃而不過火香煎雞扒便當賣相不俗,肉、菜、白飯及餃子大堆頭應有盡有,但雞扒沒有味道亦不香口,餃子粉多肉少,敗筆之處是明顯已煎好很久但上碟前未有再煎,餐湯太鹹,還幸有大量蔬菜,總算均衡飲食……年青服務員態度及禮貌常可,如果能細心點會提升整體質素﹝因上湯面時枱上還未有任何餐具但沒有發現,亦沒有提供茶水﹞,衛生亦中規中矩………Read More

今早落街食早餐,照舊叫了一個蕃茄豬柳米通 (無錯係米通) , 比一般通粉較軟身一點及長身一點, 蕃茄味帶酸很開胃, 又叫了個牛肉米線,一直覺得湯底味道唔錯,價錢又平,個牛角包又好食, 集團經營, 坐位舒適又衛生,但係……為何今日個米線好似咁少牛肉呢,我好奇問下個服務員叫佢睇下,佢答左一句等陣就行開,我以為佢問經理或找其他人查詢,點知佢去抺台, 因為這餐廳早餐時候硬係得三四個伙記 (這裏有一百個位...),不打緊,可能等一下他會替我處理,但坐了一會還未有回覆,我再次詢問,如果答案係通貨膨脹我都可以接受,但他又叫我等一會……我再次想詢問他,但他好似刻意睇我唔到,算數食下包先,突然有人一聲不響在我右眼死角位放下一碗牛肉,係原本份量的一倍,我心想難怪香港那麼多人喜投訴,因為真係隨時有Jetso,但我想講一句,80後的服務員你可以覺得我麻煩,但都可以視為一個機會學習處理事情,希望大家都可以有所進步…Read More

hwchun 因為香港不論高級域地踎食肆啲待仔,都想惡過客,吓吓要凌架個客,以為自己啱晒,竇人工又唔想做,到佢地落場做番食客時又對其他待仔亞支亞左,咁既心態就如豬狗般的全體菲律賓下等賤人的一貫做法不知為何經常在食肆受氣,初初就算數但到依家出蒞做工咁多年待仔都係咁差,真係小小串嘴鬧到佢地飛記,大佬畀錢重要受氣如果你覺得花得起唔係大晒咁你咪撈。自問樣衰又矮一定會畀待仔針對,但問過晒好友同事同學先知個個都受氣,什至被待仔鬧挖苦乜都齊,只不個好多人睇化咗或慣晒算數,得我一個唔化各餐廳老闆好心教育一下員工態度,你啲員工再係咁賤遲早個個人都會返屋企煮飯。好提昌健康飲食,等食肆小啲客
