見到foodie推介同埋見新開張就諗住試下,點知真係中大伏。平日7點入座,店員突然擺底左個蔬菜盤係枱面,又完全冇講解,唔知發生咩事。晚市套餐本身應該有三款和牛選擇,但最後只得兩款,連「和牛精選組合」都賣晒,已經有d失望。🙅‍♀️最離譜係店員態度❌️落單後問店員有冇水或茶提供時,店員竟然反問我「你係咪話要免費嘅水或茶?」然後話「冇」。原來套餐係完全吾包任何飲品,餐廳連最基本嘅水都吾會提供,枝裝水要額外購買,飲品選擇吾多而且好普通,最後揀左枝烏龍茶都都23蚊/枝。🙅‍♀️食材質素同樣失望❌️- 牛肉偏肥,口感油膩- 壽喜燒越食越咸,蓋過咗牛味- 烏冬唔完整,只係啲碎散麵條整體體驗可以用差黎形容,作為一間新開既餐廳,竟然咁hea做生意,服務同食材完全冇誠意,坦白講平時餐廳唔好食,未至於要寫食評。但今次個體驗真係差到一個點係一定要share出黎,試吾試就自行判斷。…Read More

今日放工約左朋友黎銅鑼灣食飯,聽聞依間小店經常排長龍,我地夜晚7點半黎到,已經有7至8個人等緊,初時以為會等好耐,估吾到等左吾洗10分鐘就可以入座,店面偏細吾算大,我同朋友就坐較入既bar枱,由於等位既時候已經諗定食咩,所以好快可以落單。人氣蔥油豬扒飯 ($60)今次黎主要都係想食依個人氣推介既蔥油豬扒飯,佢一上枱賣相已經好吸引,蔥油堆成滿滿一座山咁,而且豬扒都好大塊,成碗飯既份量比我想像中多,性價比黎講算高。豬扒幾乎覆蓋左成碗飯,有略略炸過,雖然吾係好脆口但就鬆化軟熟,好易入口。當然另一賣點係佢個蔥油,蔥油好香好惹味,一d都吾鹹,配埋豬扒同飯一齊食,好正。沖繩豬軟骨飯 ($58) 加炒滑蛋 (+$10)估唔到個飯好香同埋都幾有份量,豬軟骨好大舊而且燜到好腍好入味,大啖咬落去既時候好有滿足感,鐘意食豬軟骨既話值得一試。辣味海蜇 ($20) 海蜇幾爽口,一d都吾辣好夠味,岩晒鐘意食濃味又或者吾食辣既朋友。椒鹽魷魚鬚 ($38) 魷魚應該係偏細隻既魷魚仔,易入口同埋食落幾香口,沾埋喼汁就更加惹味,建議趁熱食。總括黎講,食物質素同性價比幾高,對於女仔黎講份量算多,怕食吾晒既話,落單時候可以寫少飯減1蚊,食完好有飽肚感,仲好口渴,不過跟餐可以加幾蚊加野飲架,值得推介。…Read More

假期既最後一日打算同朋友打邊爐,於是就book左依間位於銅鑼灣百樂中心既海鮮料理餐廳。同朋友兩人6點半左右到,可能時間尚早並吾多人,而且book左位好快入座。店面環境舒適寧靜,店員仲好詳細同我地講解點樣落單,仲提供埋marker比我地,直接畫落menu落單添,幾環保。醬料($15/份) 醬料有8至10款選擇,包括有辣椒、蒜蓉、芝麻、薑蓉、麻油、豉油、炸蒜、芫荽、蔥花、麻醬等,仲可以自己揀落幾多。椰子清雞鍋($218/鍋) 湯底選擇大約有10款,今次試左椰子清雞鍋,個鍋一上枱既時候望落好似好清既菌湯,但煲左陣就開始聞到淡淡椰子香味,店員幫我地加埋雞件一齊煮,仲建議先飲湯,個湯飲落甜甜地有椰子味,仲有一片片既椰子肉可以食,打邊爐飲湯都真係第一次,感覺幾新鮮!至於雞件,食落爽口嫩滑,兩個人黎講份量岩岩好。百花釀油條($58) 依個係必叫既蝦膠釀油炸鬼,油炸鬼炸到金黃色,仲有兩種食法添,即食既話食到蝦膠爽口彈牙,整體香脆可口,吾覺油膩。另外想熱食既話,可以將油炸鬼放入湯浸幾秒再食,而我比較喜歡後者,內脆外軟好特別。大花甲($108) 花甲比想像中大隻,店員仲建議海鮮應該趁新鮮時候食,的確,花甲食落好新鮮,好爽口,好鮮甜,我自己最鐘意吾沾醬油食海鮮,食佢既原汁原味,花甲真係值得一試。特尚手切牛($180/份) 另一主打係手切牛,佢一上枱已經好吸睛,牛肉表面既紋路同脂肪比例剛剛好,而且切得好薄,可見廚師既刀功,方便客人灼一灼就食得。牛肉食落牛味都重,肉質比較爽口,口感吾錯,食多幾塊都吾會膩。田園盛($78/份) 如果想fresh一d,仲可以叫好幾款吾同既蔬菜,而且佢份量都吾少。另外,我比較推介佢個有機栗米,食落好清新好鮮甜,最岩食完海鮮同肉類後解膩,真係吾錯。今餐好豐富,值得一讚係餐廳既服務,雖然店面吾算十分大,樓面既店員亦吾多,但服務都相當細心,不時會幫我地隔走湯浮面個層油,同埋又會留意客人用膳既情況去調較大細火。另外食物質素都吾錯,有機會會試下其他海鮮!…Read More

意樂係間平價意式西餐廳,佢既價錢合理,份量剛好,weekend下午茶既時候等5分鐘左右就可以入座,野食多元化, 總會揀到一樣岩你口味,所以我都經常黎食。香辣欖油煙鴨胸炒天使麵($39) 成個天使麵賣相吾錯,煙鴨胸份量岩岩好,食既時候帶有少少辣味,加上洋蔥、鮮茄、菇,口感豐富,略嫌蕃茄帶少少酸。西西里式鮮茄豬焗豬扒焗珍珠飯($37) 估唔到焗飯上面既茄子食起黎外皮脆脆,好有驚喜。芝士同鮮茄既配搭幾match,吾會令成個焗飯太膩,豬扒軟淋易入口,整體吾錯。水牛城辣汁雞翼(加配$10) 雞翼食落吾算好辣,而且幾惹味,不過跟餐都要加10蚊,就覺得少少偏貴。…Read More
